    We haven’t moved in yet, we actually landed here on a whim. From start to finish Rachel was absolutely incredible, I cannot say that enough. It is extremely hard to come by someone that professional, patient & helpful when apartment looking. We were so happy to have someone that shared our enthusiasm to finding our ‘first’ place to call home as a couple. The property looked very clean & well kept & the yards are turf which is so nice with 2 dogs to not need to maintain grass!! I also personally think these are some of the more fair priced apartments out there given how up to date & new they are. Rachel got everything done for us very quickly. She also just might have helped us name our puppy :)) We are very excited to move here & see how things continue. Thank you so much Rachel for everything today— you are amazing!!!

    Here we Goooooooo!!!!My wife and I have been looking for a great new community to live in, and guess what?!?!? WE FOUND it here at The Gin Mill!From the time we entered the office, we had a GREAT vibe about the place. It is very Esthetically pleasing to on the eyes. When we entered the office, Diana and Kody greeted us with warm smiles and were VERY informative. We were able to collect all of the necessary information for our move, AND we were able to spin a wheel that they had in the office for several amazing gifts.On move in day, Kody made sure we were well informed about the rules of the community and informed us of the next steps of them following up with us after the move in. OH, I forgot to mention the ammonites. If you have a gym membership... you can CANCLE IT. Im a bit of a gym rat, so this was a HUUUUUGE plus for me. There is a nice clubhouse with an upscale pool table and shuffle-board table. There is a table with card games in the event you want to entertain friends. The pool area reminds me of going to Spa Castle. I cant wait to bask in the sun OR fire up one of the grills next summer.To make a long story short, we are under a week in our new space and LOOOOOOOOVE IT! If you are in need of a great resident community, you should consider moving here. Just make sure that you mentioned Kelvin as your referral ;-)

    Kody and his staff are beyond amazing. They really treat the people of this community like family and constantly has activities to get the community involved. This property is great place live.

    If you are looking to move in , do it. Our move in process was so smooth! Thanks to Jeff & RachelWhen we went on tour with Jeff he used the words “this is your last stop cause you have found the one” he wasn’t kidding. We haven’t had any problems with our unit. We opted for a 2 bd 2 bth and the space is huge ! Property stays clean, and neighbors are pretty good. Pool is always clean, and Rachel is always giving a treat if she sees you swimming 💗

    My experience from touring to moving in has been great! Kody, has been so helpful and has answered all of my questions! Management has been 11/10 and could not recommend living here more!

    I came in to get information and spoke with Ashley she was professional and very friendly, she gave me information showed me the apartment told me about the community and the activities and how friendly everyone was that I ended up filling out the application and moved in the following week so far I’m loving my new home, thank you Ashley.

    I have lived in Gin Mill since October 2023, they were still building, and it is a very nice new apartment complex. With that being said, the only issue I have is the apartments dont have carpet and if someone lives above you with kids you will be very annoyed. Jeffrey and the staff are very professional, and I have had no issues with them at all. Even when our mailboxes were late, they were great. I cant vouch for a anything someone else has posted. My time here has been pleasant. The apartments give a farmhouse feel with the colors and floors. The complex is small and there are garages if you choose to pay for one. There are condos on site as well if you decide you dont want to live in an apartment. Altogether, its a nice complex and brand new. Every complex isnt going to be perfect, its what you make of it!

    Jeff and Rachel have been incredible. They started helping us months before we even moved in! Ever since we have been here it has be a well maintained and taken care of! Very clean and inviting! We really are glad to call this place home! Thank you again Jeff and Rachel for all you do!

    I first met with Jeff way before the apartment was ready for move in and he and Rachel have been tremendously helpful every step of the way. The apartments are modern and spacious. I love my apartment and plan to be here for a good while. I’m excited to see what the community will look like when it’s completed.As with any apartment complex living…there are minor issues (I.e., loud neighbors) but they are quickly addressed and do not go ignored by Jeff and Rachel. Notwithstanding, our maintenance worker, Chris, has been fantastic and quick to handle maintenance request.With Jeff and Rachel leading the way in the leasing office, I do recommend this place for anyone looking for a new place to call home.

    I can not recommend this property to call your future home enough! Jeff and Rachel’s knowledge and professionalism is beyond exceptional. They are always pleasant, helpful, and most importantly - efficient in everything they do, making my decision very easy. I’ve visited several other properties nearby for a couple months and once I got to The Gin Mill, I knew this would be the home for my family. I can’t wait for the rest of the complex to be completed, it’s already so modern and gorgeous. Keep up the great work, guys! - Sophia :)

    This place is absolutely amazing! Rachel was soamazing and patient with me! She was able to answer every question I had! Not only that but she called a week later just to check up and make sure I had no further questions on the applying phase! The place is well kept up and overall gives off a very homey feel! I love how quiet and peaceful the environment is as well! Wish I could give this place a higher rating! Definitely recommend!

    This has been such a great experience for me thus far. I recently transitioned from living in a home and was very leery about living in an apartment again due to my experiences in the past. Jeff and the staff have been amazing at managing the property and being very attentive. Im very satisfied with my unit and the amenities are super dope. I’m glad a chose The Gin Mill for my place of residence.

    I LOVE these apartments! The staff is seriously one of a kind. If you wantto live somewhere you feel valued and be treated with warmth and kindness, which can be so hard to find these days, THIS is the place to live. Not to mention the gorgeous design and feel of these homes. These apartments are an amazing package of comfort, warmth, and style!!

    I had the pleasure of touring this community today, and from the moment I walked in, Jeff warmly greeted me and graciously guided me through the property. I really liked the design, color scheme and overall functionality of the floor plans. Although, I’m not sure about making the move to the area, I highly recommend the Gin Mill.

    Rachel was very helpful, friendly and informative with answering all our questions. The model we viewed was super cute. I would definitely recommend taking a look if you’re thinking of moving to the area. I did not lease only because my current lease isn’t over yet. These are definitely my number one so far.

    Love this property that we get to call our home, Rachel and Jeff have been AMAZING during the whole process, communication was exceptional and this community is so far everything we wanted. Plus my neighbors have been more than kind to us, some of them even helped us carry some stuff to our unit. Can’t wait to see the whole community completed.
