Ive been satisfied with living here at Georgian the last 3 years. The staff is helpful, and I love the Sr. Property Manager, David. The maintenance staff before 6 months ago were awesome. My radar is still out for the new staff recently. The cost is in the middle of the road which matches the amenities. I would love more amenities but that will also increase the cost.

Sadly after 2 years we had to leave because of noisy neighbors (building 19 specifically). When brought up to David he said they were getting security at night and that did change a lot of the stuff going on but we had already signed with a different apartment. The staff is great and very nice! If it wasn’t for the people that made these apartment rough we wouldn’t have left. We will miss our great neighbors in building 4

I have been here for three years and I can say Mr. David and the maintenance team have been awesome. 2023 was a horrible year for me and I can truly say that Mr. David has been very patient with me. Maintenance always follows up and comes out the same day even when I call them after 5pm.I did want to mention because I see a lot of the negative reviews are based of parking and phone calls. Being that we have so many apartment buildings, it wouldn’t be far or even enough space to have 2 parking spots per tenant. One parking spot is completely fair. Visitor parking spots should be limited because they are here to visit not stay. If not having 2 parkings as a tenant and you have multiple cars was an issue why even move in? You get a tour before you move in. And if someone parks in your spot, tow their car. That’s your right because you pay for that parking spot.If they don’t answer the phone why not just go up there. I’m pretty sure you don’t answer the phone every time someone calls you. Send an email. 90% of my communication with the management team is through email.Management can not enforce certain rules if they don’t see it happening or if no one lets them know. Send an email.You can’t blame everything on management when your neighbors are the issues.Knock on wood! I’ve never see a bug or rodents in my apartment and again I have been there three years. I’m pretty clean also though so that may be why.Keep up the great work Georgian Management team. You are doing a great job!

I went and toured the 800sqft apartment. The leasing lady was really nice, she took me around the complex when it was sprinkling outside. I rated this complex a 4 bc it is a little outdated, they don’t have a fitness center or a lot of amenities. I was hoping this floor plan had a washer and dryer but they didn’t . However, they do have the connections and are able to rent from a third party to complex uses.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartments that we toured looked great! They even helped us change units after choosing one to accommodate how much we wanted to spend on rent.

I usually dont write apartment reviews but Ive lived in The Georgian Apartments for 4 years and I NEED to share my experience about the maintenance staff. Reggie, Dee and Noel are the best!! From the very first day I moved in they were there to assist with any complaint, repair or need I had. Usually at complexes, the maintenance staff or slow and/or unreliable. That is NOT the case with these 3 men. They have always been johnny on the spot and attentive to my needs. They are consistent and go above and beyond to help the residents. They know most if not all of the residents and they know their craft. They are one of the main reasons I didnt move out after the first year of my lease! The Three Amigos and a great team!!

Love the residence , request are handled in a timely manner. I never seen a big roach just small ones so I would like to think roach infestation is well under control. only complain is parking and water leaks. The parking fee is useless if you have to park on your spot with luck. No covered parking so constantly washing car like every 2 days. The paints fade before you count to 10 so visitors can hardly tell it’s reserved, then when you try calling the tow company, you be lucky if someone picks and when they do it still matter less because you can’t even wait for them, you still have to go look for parking like a visitor. Leaks are worrisome but not as frustrating as parking since request will fix that. In general apartment is quite old and it’s some minor issues here and there. I sometimes notice unpleasant toilet leak odors in the bathroom and that may be my only reason to leave as I tend to get pretty uncomfortable and disgusted with unsanitary situations.

My spouse and I have been a resident here for 10 or 11 years, and we have absolutely nothing negative to say about this complex or the staff and management.The community has improved a lot over the years, especially with the arrival of David as property manager. There’s a small dog park for your furry friends, people keep to themselves and mind their business, the grounds are well kept up, and is a very safe community.The maintenance team works hard at what they do. As with any apartment as it ages, there will be a lot needing to be fixed, but only so much that can be done to fix it. Whenever we’ve had maintenance requests they’ve always been addressed the same day or next, unless it was an understandably complicated issue.Management has consistently gone above and beyond, often when they really didn’t have to. Katie and Marissa are always pleasant and helpful, and are always more than willing to work with you.Pay no mind to these people leaving one star reviews or criticizing the community and its staff. Most of these reviews are from people who don’t pay their rent, but demand 5 star service.Thanks for all your hard work and dedication, and for making The Georgian a wonderful experience!

My experiece at The Georgian was wonderful. The staff are extremely nice and professional. David and his team have gone above and beyond any time we needed something done. Repairs were mostly taken care of on the same day of calls, which is very nice. They actually care about their residents, and they are good people. They were my favorite thing about this complex.The parking situation is not ideal, but Ive experienced worse. There is really not much that can be done about the parking, but if you cant walk 50 feet then you have bigger issues to deal with.The neighbors (for the most part) keep to themselves and are quiet. Ive never felt the area was unsafe. For the price and the area I was very happy.To David and his team, thank you for making my stay at The Georgian better than any place Ive lived before!

Overall great apartments. Quiet and clean. The only bad thing that I have experienced so far in my short time here is that parking sucks and because parking sucks you have to park very far away from your apartment and I have had parts stolen off of my vehicle and my car broken into as well as other people in the apartments. So as long as you have an alarm on your car and can secure the parts in your car that may be showing, this apartment will work for you.if youre not disabled and can walk far distances, this apartment is for you. Lastly, the night life and being close to all the highways is very convenient.

I began my moving process with Malshon and Kristen here and they have been 100% helpful, courteous, and assisting through this entire process. Everything has been quick and easy to complete and they have been excellent in staying on top of everything and making sure all my stuff was completed before move in. And even after, I’ve seen nothing but kindness and assistance with even the small issues. I’ve moved in and I absolutely adore the complex, and my apartment. Parking is ok, the pool is very nice, and my balcony sits in the corner of a closed off shrubbery walk way which offers me copious amounts of privacy.

My name is La’Darrian and I moved to the DFW area 7 months ago it’s been tough finding an apartment but this was a lucky find. So far I’ve lived at the Georgian long enough (about 3 months) where I can give a decent review and to determine if I like it. My experience here with this complex has been wonderful, peaceful. My apartment is spacious and comfortable, working on furnishing it. It’s tucked away in the back how I prefer. I moved in on a special, I do not yet have a car but the money I pay for a space is convenient. I’ve had one situation that involved the towing company where a family member’s car was towed and I had to be the one to retrieve it. But outside from that it was more the towing company not the complex. Things have been amazing I moved in having some money troubles but Katy and David have been more than understanding, very helpful. They’re always so nice to me when I am actually visiting the office. Any maintenance issues I’ve had were addressed and fixed in a timely manner. I work a lot and I get around by bus/train so this apartment while it’s a little bit expensive it’s worth it. I’m on a good bus route, around food & grocery places. I can see myself being here awhile and I have some quiet neighbors but then again I’m quiet so I doubt they’ve noticed I’m here. I plan to be here a couple of years and hopefully upgrade to a two bedroom in case I need more space. 😊

I have been a resident here at The Georgian for a little over a year now. I have no complaints about this complex, my time here has been very quiet and pleasant. All of the office staff are friendly, caring, and attentive. I recently got engaged and I submitted my notice to vacate. Even though I have submitted my notice to vacate, Shon the Assistant Manager did not hesitate to go out of his way to help me resolve an issue that I myself caused. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone! Thank you Shon and David and the rest of The Georgian staff, you have been amazing! I will definitely miss the place.

As of July 23, 2018:I love this place! The two bedroom layout has a good amount of space, and the upgraded unit appliances have worked great so far!Maintenance is prompt and easy to communicate with.David, the manager, is excellent! He’s been more than willing to accommodate for my disability. When I told him that I would prefer having a fridge with a freezer in the bottom, he actually ordered me one and replaced the old one free of charge!Office staff is okay. Katie, the blonde one is good and professional.There was a snafu with move in and I’m pretty sure Marissa (the dark haired one) is responsible. I needed updated renters insurance that showed I was living at The Georgian before they could give me the keys.When I called to confirm the day before that everything was ready to go for move in, they said nothing about needing that information.Thankfully I got a hold of my insurance and got it fixed before it was a big thing.There has been one reported crime on the premises since I moved here a few weeks ago. But I think the management did a great job handling it. Instead of brushing it under the rug, they informed residents of all the information they had and offered some safety tips.Even then, I haven’t felt unsafe here.I’ll update as things happen!

I had lived here a couple of years ago, enjoyed it and then decided to come back to when I had the chance. We have a pool and “Yes”, there is no gym here… but there are a lot of fitness places less than 5miles away from the apartment complex. I like the layout of each apartment here and the rent is still reasonable compared to a lot other apartments around Dallas. I also like the fact that there is now reserved parking. I was very skeptical on whether it will actually work, but it really does work! I might come back at 3am but never have to worry about not getting a parking space close to my apartment because I know that I have an assigned spot right in-front of my apartment. Management is so nice and always willing to work with you. Maintenance issues get fixed as soon as possible right after being reported. So it only makes sense to live here. Nowhere is perfect, but this is as perfect as you are going to get.

This is a review based on the in person tours and property presentation and is not reflective of a residence experience.Megan was our in person tour provider and although the exact floor plan we wanted to see and desired to lease was not available to view she utilized aspects of the model aapartment to give us an understanding of what our prospective home would look like. Her willingness to answer questions and her expertise were the highlight of the experience. She is great at what she does and deserves some praise for the level of care and consideration she has in her customer interactions.The property is really well managed as well, with lots of greenspace and well kept amenities (the pool looked immaculate). The only deciding factor in us choosing this apartment or not was the parking situation. They have reserved parking and open parking in certain locations (like near the pool or on further ends), but for multi vehicle households it might get a little pricey to purchase additional parking. Not to say that there was a lack of parking (as many spaces were available at the time of the tours) but that there was a lack of visitor or unreserved parking.Customer Service-10/10Apartment Amenities/Space-9/10Parking-6/10Property- 9/10

Assistant manager Shon is awesome! Hes very helpful, understanding and prompt. Ill be here for a while, I have no complaints.

I would have given 5 stars but, the office never answers phone calls!!!Nothing seems to get done about the people that dont pick up after their dogs either!!Beautiful trees! Friendly tenants. Quick maintenance response.Large pool. Visits on grounds by possums, rabbits, and a couple of skunks!! They are so cute!!

I like the complex. It is quiet and clean. The greatest thing about my apartment is that I have never seen a roach the 3+ years I have lived here. The negative thing about the complex is parking. For starters, no covered parking and parking spots are really limited so if you have a guest its a problem. The rent is getting to a rate whereby buying a condo/townhouse is more sensible.

Youll need a reserved parking spot as the unreserved spots are hard to come by...Other than those two issues the apt complex is really nice.

I absolutely loved the Georgian Apts. I had to move back to Florida and all could say was what a peaceful place to live. I will not sugar coat anything, but my move out should have been done appropriately on behalf of my part. Despite any issues others may have had, this is by far the most peaceful place I have lived yet. The staff are remarkable and the manager is super funny. There is a quiet in-expensive laundry facility on site and the maintenance ROCKS!! He works overtime to make sure things are done. They all work so well together like they are in sync. People are not Robots and they do what they can to assist the tenants in every way possible. There is assigned parking so that fixes the parking issues, and if you have more than one vehicle like I had, there is visitor parking for the vehicle and the guests thst you may. The prices are so affordable and I love that they did not price hike like the rest of the communities in the area. They are remodling each apartment so i now understand the care that they have for the next tenants comfortability and satisfaction as I was upon moving in. They care about the tenants very much. There is a safe mailroom so no worries about safety checking your mailbox at anytime. They have a very Serene Club house and pool area for the tenants and their guests. I did wonder at one time did any children live over there, because I never saw any outside playing, but they were all perhape inside, but definitely not outside running rampant. They do all they can to make living there feel like home. It is very CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and very up kept older like property mins aways away from the mall and expressway for easier commutes to and from daily commitments. My air went out once and it was like mobile service it was done so promptly. My daughters unit also went out and was done the same. I never had any issues with maintenance or things not working. One thing I have learned about living in apartment communities is communication. I know sometimes we get angered because of mishaps, but we must also be patient and understand there are other people who need service and only so many hands at a time. David never let me down on anything, and I will truly miss those guys. Katie was the sweetest thing ever, so please dont be rude and aggressive with her on issues, she truly has the tenants best interest at heart and will make sure things are done in order. I didnt get to know the new staff member, but I know her memory was phenomenal and very pleasant with my pop up questions and my requests. The Georgian was a wonderful place to live. The cats will even agree😁 and by all means take care of that carpet!!!

I LOVE my apartment! Its so cute with lots of charm, a nice layout, and a sizeable kitchen. Space in the places I want it most. I feel like this is home. The maintenance team is very helpful and friendly. I expect this will be home for years to come.

I went into the office to get a copy of my lease and it was no problem at all he was eager to help. Greatest apartment complex I’ve been in since I’ve moved to Texas honestly.

What I like about living here is the staff very nice and understanding people very well kept property neighbors are nice very peaceful you can go by the pool at night and relax. The maintenance guys are very on point they make sure the jobs is done well with no hesitation. Laundry facilities are clean the units are spacious and cozy just a nice place to live. Only a couple things that I do recommend is a work out facilitie and the dog park can be much smaller and add a childrens park so the kids can have somewhere to play and meet each other on the property. Other than that anyone will like to live here.. Im not going anywhere no time soon.. I might upgrade to a bigger unit but move thats not in the plans. Thank you Shanika Hill

I have been with The Georgian for 2 years, and have few complaints. The neighbors are friendly, the area is quiet (except by the pool in the summer), and I have had 0 bugs. Staff turnover seems high, and the apartments have a had a few reports of break ins, but nothing out of the ordinary for Dallas.

Ive only lived here for a month, but from the day I applied for an apartment, I knew Id like it here. Office staff is friendly, as well as maintenance. My only issue is people not leashing their dogs. I have a small dog and everytime I take him out for a walk, I have to peak around corners or watch where I walk him to avoid large dogs not on a leash. One of the larger dogs can eat him up in a heartbeat, and I worry he and I both could be attacked because of the lack of responsibility of other residents. Its in the pet agreement to leash pets. Whether small or big, do it as a courtesy to other residents. Other than that, all maintenance issues have been fixed in less than 24 hours, and the area is very quiet. Love it so far!
