Joannie Rivera was remarkable. She gave us a phenomenal tour of the property and we immediately fell in love. I love that classic feel of the property and the amenities! We met a couple of residents who spoke of positive experiences on the property. Come check this place out and make it your home.

I’ve recently had the pleasure of living at this apartment complex and the customer service has been absolutely outstanding! From the moment I inquired about the apartment the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. They were friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any issues or concerns. I truly feel valued as a resident and its made my stay there incredibly enjoyable and highly recommend for their incredible customer service. thank you Jaquelin!

I cant say enough about the amazing customer service at The Forest Apartments From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. Its clear that they genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond to make them feel valued. These are my first apartments I lived in and I love it! Its quite, very friendly and family oriented. Thank you to the forest apartments staff for taking such good care of me and to the management Joannie and Jackie for always going above and beyond for your residents. Im definitely renewing my lease for my 2 years! 😁

I will give this apartment a four stars Ive been here with my family since 2021 I moved out here and theyve been really professional very friendly and I havent had no problems. Plus they take care of something if it needs to be done. .

I have been a Resident for almost a year already and planning on Renewing my lease right away . Management is the best with Joannie and Lavi. Both are very professional and attentive. Apartment maintenance always at their best as they always there to fix any issue I have right away, they keep the whole complex clean. If I could give them more than a 5 star I would as they deserve it

Its been a yr since Ive moved here. Only had a few issues from gun fire in front of the office while my son and I was working on my vehicle, and this past Nov. this yr my tool box was stolen from the back of my truck. All in all its been farely quite and peaceful. I dont bother no one or no one bothers me. Maintenance also get things done when requested and management has been great and works with you during this pandemic. Well done Edgar and Joanne.

This complex has some of the best staff I have ever worked with in a property. The current property manager is very attentive, addresses issues on time and follows up to ensure one is satisfied. The grounds staff are very friendly and hard working.Thanks for making our stay here worthwhile❤️

I have been a resident for 2 yrs at The Forest. I have never had a problem with apartment maintenance, office staff or residents. This is by far one of the safest apartments on Imperial Valley. Im single and would never move into a complex where its unsafe and people are unfriendly. EDGAR AND JOANNIE are the best . They really have been utmost reasoning and respectful to all. Proud to b resident. 🎯💯🔥😉🤙🏾😘

Really good property, they have a really good maintenance team. I never have issues with work orders not getting completed. Edgar & Joannie are really sweet people, they always do what they can to work with you. . Would definitely recommend.

I give them 5 stars because..I really like the worker Mrs.Lus..I was out looking for a apartment..I came across The Forest Apartments..When I came in she was so welcoming..she was very upbeat and professional at the same time..Her attitude was wonderful..I just wanna say great job and keep up the good vibe you have..🙂🙂
