    I lived here for almost 9 years and so far this property has been a beautiful place to live and very quiet which I love. This property is very pet friendly and this property is well kept with landscaping and amenities. If you plan on moving here I do know you will love your stay. Tina also keeps us inform on what’s going on in the property through a email,text, are notes on the door you will always know what’s happening on the property. Ray makes sure maintenance is done in a timely matter as well. The pool and gym area you will love so if you thinking about the move think no further just like Nike just do it you want be disappointed.

    Ive been living at Farrington for 8 months, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The community is wonderfully safe and quiet, making it a peaceful haven to come home to every day.Special shout-out to the manager, Tina, whose responsiveness and attention to detail have truly set a high standard. Whenever Ive had a question or needed assistance, Tina has always been prompt and helpful, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.Maintenance, led by Ray, is equally impressive. Whenever there has been a minor issue, Ray has been quick to respond and resolve it efficiently. Its clear that both Tina and Ray genuinely care about the tenants and take pride in their work.Overall, The Farrington offers a superb living experience with outstanding management and maintenance. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and well-maintained place to call home.

    I’ve lived at The Farrington Apartments for about 6 or 7 years, and it’s been a great place to call home. The community is well-maintained, and the management team is always responsive and helpful. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally.     Recently just moved out after living here for 11 months. I loved living here!! I only moved because I got a new job, but I genuinely would have stayed if my job was closer. Tina, the property manager, is so kind and understanding. Ray, the maintenance man, is always so helpful. They are very attentive to your needs. My washer got stopped up and started leaking, but maintenance came and fixed the issue immediately. The neighborhood is safe, as there is a police station just right across the street. Overall, this place was such a great place to live! If you have the opportunity to live here, definitely do so!

    I recently relocated to the and selected this complex. I am extremely pleased with the location the school district is excellent, and the management team is outstanding. Additionally, we have wonderful neighbors are supportive of each other.

    I have been living here for almost a year now, and I love it! Tina has been nothing but helpful and understanding with anything and everything I needed. My only wish is I wish there were 3 bedroom units as well here. But other than that, I love living here

    Great complex! Well kept property too! The apartments are nice and clean. I never had any problems living there. I recently moved only to be closer to family.The manager Tina is totally AWESOME! She is so nice and helpful, I wish she was the manager everywhere that I rent from. LoL. She deserves a raise. 😀Thank you!!

    The Farrington is a great place to call home because with gated access and only 104 units, its large enough to enjoy amenities like the pool, gym, bbq pits, keyless unit entry, paid assigned parking spaces, but small enough where you feel safe. Most people just keep to themselves, but they are not unfriendly. Kudos to Tina in the front office! She is the ultimate professional and always willing to assist residents with service requests, texts regarding inclimate weather, or any unique situation they are experiencing. Also, it is a pet friendly complex with many pet stations to keep the grounds clean. When you have arrived at The Farrington, you are HOME.

    Tina is always trying to improve community and keep everything clean and taken care of. The improvements on the property are just so amazing. She is such an awesome property manager and has made this complex more of a home. He property itself is a work in progress but is getting better every single day. I look forward to what else is coming our way. I have been here going on four years and I Love this place 💕💕💕

    Great place to live at. Safe and quiet and the leasing office team is amazing !! Tina from the beginning was very nice and helpful to my family and I , when I got locked out my car she helped me use their phone despite me not living there no longer . Donna was also very friendly, and made sure to give me some photos my family and I accidentally left after relocating . Best part of this place it’s that it is secluded and a small complex , and because it’s small you get more quicker service than most places . Thank y’all for everything.

    We are into our 2nd year lease at The Farrington. We enjoy the atmosphere that surrounds our community. We enjoy walking our fur baby and conversing with other fur baby parents. We enjoy interacting with the property manager, Tina, she has given us several tips on places to visit. Our apartment is well maintained, and any issues that we have had has been promptly resolved by Tina and/or Jesse. We would recommend this property to anybody looking for an apartment.

    If youre looking for a quiet and inviting place to live, then come here. The staff is super friendly and has effective communication. The only problem I can think of is having an area for children to play.

    Lived here from Oct 2017 to 2020. We really enjoyed our stay here, the facilities were always taken care of, constantly keeping things clean and tidy. Because there are not that many units, service requests are serviced usually in less than a day, although most of the time they would come right away and help me with anything I needed, the service staff is excellent, courteous and honest. I experienced 2 teams of management, both were always polite and friendly, maybe on my last months they got a bit scarier with community policies but overall everything was great. We cannot recommend it enough, we ended up moving just because we bought a home, so do not hesitate to give them a visit or rent here!

    I am almost at the end of my 2nd lease at The Farrington, and it has been my best apartment experience, hands down. The apartments are beautiful, yet affordable. The residents are very friendly, and the office people are always friendly . My maintenance requests have always been fulfilled within a day. I like the privacy I have in my cottage. They run contests for early rent payments, where they do a drawing for $500, $200, or 100 off the next months rent. I won last month! I love this place!

    Ive lived here since June of 2020.I love these apartments, the staff are great.Management are so understanding with rent, theyve helped me alot throughout the pandemic. And I really appreciate them for everything. I am wishing that I could renew my lease but I cant due to income. Had my income not changed I would be staying. If you are looking for great staff, understanding management, beautiful apartments The Farrington offers just that and more. Go check them out.

    5+ stars!!!! I have lived here nearly a year and I cannot express how much I love this place! Not only is the staff the most amazing people I have ever experienced in the apartment community, but the location is perfection! Lisa and Fallon are the BEST at what they do and can move mountains if you are in need! I am a real estate agent in The Woodlands so I deal with a fair share of property management companies and know they can sometimes be a nightmare to deal with, but not here!! I would highly recommend any of my friends and family to live here, and I have never said that about another place I have lived. It also has an amazing gym and pool as well! The units themselves are updated beautifully! They are still working on a few more but are moving so fast!

    Me and the management at this place has definitely had our “ups and downs” but they have really been great to me and my brother overall. Tina was more than happy to help us out during the pandemic anytime we had trouble paying on time and would do her best to work with us every time we needed help. I really can’t thank them enough! Great place for anyone looking for a 1-2 bedroom in the rayford area and they allow pets as well.

    This is a great place to live. Lisa and Fallon go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of and the maintenance staff always has the property looking nice and they are friendly as well. They will wave and say hi if im getting out of my car. Havent had any issues in my apartment but im sure it would be taken care of quickly.

    Wonderful Apartments.. Beautiful charming community.. and sweetest property manager... It is a small community so therefor there is a small parking lot which is why I am thankful they have the option of renting a spot... Really good rates for the area... I live in a town home and could not be happier

    Wonderful, supportive staff, beautiful units. Was very sad when we flooded and had to move. Just get flood insurance, the people and units are worth it.
