I have lived at The Establishment for over 6 months now and I absolutely love it! My apartment is beautiful and has the feel more of a house than an apartment. Carolyn, Liz and the entire staff are so wonderful to work with. They truly care about their tenants, and it shows in every single interaction with them. When you put in a work order it is completed promptly. It is very quiet and peaceful here, and parking is nice and spacious. Living here definitely feels as if I’ve come home!

Ive lived here at The Establishment for almost 7 years collectively. I left at one point, but gladly came back. Carolyn has been an awesome Property Manager. If I had any maintenance issues or concerns, shes always made sure to attend to them. Im actually moving to another city for work, but leaving here feels like leaving home. If you want to live in a well kept, quiet, cozy, friendly complex, I highly recommend The Establishment!

The Establishment Apartments are a fantastic complex to live in. The neighbors have been friendly and welcoming since the first day I moved in about 1 1/2 years ago. The property is clean and extremely well run. The staff respond quickly to every need, question or maintenance request. Carolyn is a great property manager that will go out of her way to make sure all is going well. The units are also clean, nice and well maintained. A great place to stay at a fantastic value!

Ive lived at the Establishments little over two years. The grounds are kept clean and well-manicured. This is what originally attracted to stop by the office and get information. I met Carolyn the property manager. Carolyn has been great, she is very personable and knows residents by name. She truly cares about the complex, the residents, and their safety. The apartments are affordable, well built, and in great condition compared to new apartments. The residents are all respectable and quiet. I haven’t had any real maintenance issue other than low freon in the a/c, which was resolved same day and after hours. There is shopping, restaurants, entertainment minutes away, it’s a great location.Sincerely, Tim

Ive Been living here just over a year and would not consider moving anywhere else. Feels like home w/out having to care for the yard of a home. The property is and always maintained at its best!!!! The manger, Carolyn strides in keeping us all happy:), along w/Mike in handling with any repairs needed, without delay!! ,the landscaper, so very nice and does an outstanding job!! We all take notice of each and everyone, Thank you and bless you All!!

Tyler Gem! End your apartment search now! From the grounds to the customer service, the Establishment is all about the details. Relocated for work and have lived here for nearly 6 months. Carolyn and her staff do an amazing job maintaining the property and its grounds. The community is small enough that every interaction with the leasing office feels personal. If you are looking for a new home, The Establishment is it.

These apartments are older but very well maintained. I have rented a one bedroom for 8 years now. The management is so available and friendly. They are quick to respond with a maintenance person for repairs. I like that it is a quiet and well-lit complex. I always feel safe when I walk at night. I also like that i am in a convenient location to many things here in Tyler.

My wife and I have lived at The Establishment Apartments three different times. It started with my wife and her family living at The Establishment when she was a child. I have heard so many stories of the good times they had while living here. When my wife, Kenzie, moved out on her own she turned to the apartment complex that felt like a home. She started living in a one bedroom before we got married and as our family has grown we upgraded to a townhome. We couldn’t imagine starting a family in any other complex. This feeling of home and not just some other apartment complex is all because of the thoughtful, caring and dedicated attitude of the property manager, Carolyn Doherty. When three generations of a family decide to live in the same apartment complex, you know it’s because they are doing something right.

I’ve lived in the establishments for about a year. I lived in a couple of places in my short life and the establishment has felt more like home than any other place. I would not be leaving now if it were not for life and it’s circumstances, but I can say that the establishment is a phenomenal place to be and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They do everything they can to work with you and they make sure that when you put in a request it’s done timely and In a manner that is professional and pleasing as well as timely. It saddens me to go but I would come back in a heart beat. Wonderful place.

I have lived at the establishment apartments for 3 years, left to try something new, return to rent for 2 more years because this staff is so wonderful. My hubsand and I can not praise this staff enough. They go above and beyond from clean grounds, to fixing issues in timely manner, and saving boxes when they know your moving. We had a wonderful experience renting from this company till we purchase our home.

I have lived here for 4 months so far and couldnt be more pleased. I have rented from other apartments in Tyler and this place stands out in how wonderful the staff is and the quality of the apartment. Their application process was a little difficult but it has been totally worth it so far.

I don’t live here yet but I have had my heart set on this place for three years now. It’s in the perfect spot in Tyler, the grounds are always clean, and the tenants seem happy. I’m hoping and praying I get the only available 1bd townhome after all the paperwork is finalized. Fingers crossed! Hopefully I’ll be a member of the Establishment community soon!

I’ve lived here since 2011 and absolutely love it here! Caroline is super sweet and always handles requests in a timely manner. The location is great and the neighbors are all respectful and quiet.
