These are nice apartments. The office staff is wonderful and they are very helpful. The maintenance crew is great. They are helping my son get his internship done for hvac. They are also teaching him how to be a maintenance person.

I’ve been living at the element apartments for almost a year,very great management.The Element have lots of nice activities for their tenants.I would give these apartments 10/10 recommend Ms’Alondria gives nice professional help and very quick in response to any apartment needs. If you are looking for somewhere nice and quiet to stay come to the element their Management is always looking forward to welcome you to our community.

The Element is a great place to live! Branden, the manager, and Alondra, the assistant, are always helpful and make sure everything runs smoothly. The staff is attentive, the amenities are well-maintained, and the pool is perfect for Houston’s hot summers!

I know almost everything about this property because I am securing it. They one & two bedroom apartments.Two bedroom apartments are like Town Houses. They are in the last buildings in a row attached to the next property.This apartment complex is situated in a very nice place. Just visit one time, you will like it.

The Element Apartments is a good choice for anyone wanting a good place to live. Ive been here almost a year and never had any problems. There is a security guard here day and night if any problems arise for residents. I previously rented an apartment off of Westeimer Road and there is no comparison. My former apartment complex had a seemingly constant police presence due to bad people living there. I have never seen police having to be called. There are no loud residents no obnoxious tenants blaring music out of their apartments at all hours either. I did not have to buy multiple cans of roach spray to deal with cochraches either. Trash is picked up regularly and not any litter to speak of. Greenspoint is no longer a hotbed of criminal activity either (check with Houston police to validate my) my claim. My overall experience has been terrific. In conclusion when I moved in their have been no real maintenance issues and my apartment was clean and everything was functioning. Thank you to the new management of Element Apartments and to the owners of this complex.

Ive lived here 18 years and the new company is very helpful with any issues I have. They are updating the property which was much needed. Great maintenance and security company. Branden is manager Alondra is assistant manager and Ileana and Marlen are great in the leasing office.

Ive been living here for 5 years , I am happy with the staff on how they have taken care of any matter my mother has had in her apartment homem . Any time she has made any request the girls in the office have made sure she is taking care . She did have someone parking in her spot for a while and she did not want to say anything however i made her talk to the office staff and they went ahead and took care of her spot . Element is coming along good job keep up the good work !

Ive lived in many apartments but Element Apts are by far the Best. I just signed to renew my lease for another year. They are very responsive to all maintenance orders, the property is always clean, and security is A+. Plus everyone in the office is very pleasant. Great Place to Live!

After 5 years and two owners, I must say the current owner, Madera has delivered a new level of service, safety, and more service. Element staff under Mgr. Jessica has been extremely responsive to every issue I brought to their attention. For example, I brought an issue of a walkway blocked by a parking space tire stop. It presented an extreme walkway safety hazard at night. I had complained several times to the previous company, all to no avail. Element corrected the issue within days. Having lived here for five years, I could go on and on. I can only say one thing. Im glad they handle things now. Security is always on after dark and water never enters the apartments. Do yourself a favor, Move Here! Lots of families and no saggy pants!Carlos B.

My stay here has been nice and peaceful. I have been here for almost a year now. The staff is helpful. If there were issues they were solved right away. They have remodeled and the parking lot stays clean. There is a swimming pool, which is very convenient during the summer. The location is good. There are a lot of places in walking distance. I plan on staying here for a while!

With the return of Ms Lasso Galvez there has been a complete 36O on the property. She genuinely cares about her residents. Past management was the worst and very rude. When I walked in and saw Lasso there was definitely a sigh of relief as I met her when I first moved in 7 years ago and was sad to see her leave when the new management company took over. I am definitely glad to have her back. The caliber of her service to her residence is unmeasurable.

Well to all those who wish to come and live at the element apartment complexI would like to give my opinion personally, I have been here for a year and for another year, I recommend the girls in the office, I am very friendly and they will be able to help you in the process, it is easy and this place is located in a place where we have access to everything 45 north belway 8 and what i like most near continental bush airportSo come believe me. They are going to love it
