    I’ve been a resident here for a few months now. I love how quiet the area is considering we’re right next to one of the busiest arteries of Wichita Falls (SW Pkwy).The units are cozy and comfortable. Ours has washer and dryer hookups, as well as onsite laundry room!Compared to most other apartments locally, these units are affordable, and are great for starting out on your own.All of the staff here are absolutely amazing! Amber at the front office consistently goes above and beyond to make sure she can answer your questions, and has a sense for the finer details that a lot of folks may miss. She’s a superstar!Maintenance has always been quick to respond, and has always remedied my reported issues in a timely and acceptable manner.I’ve spoken to a few of the neighbors here, and while we may not regularly interact, we have developed sort of a community of folks watching out for one another. We all have each others back hereThe property is also beautiful, full of natural shrubbery and foliage. Of all the complexes I’ve lived at here in town, I’m choosing the Edge every time

    I’ve renewed my lease here many times. I stay because the people are incredible. Management and maintenance both work so hard. A few quick examples of what makes this place so special:-I injured my back and needed to go to the doctor. The property manager offered to drive me there herself. Then as I was healing both the manager and maintenance helped carry packages up the stairs.-My refrigerator went out. I reported it about 10 am. When I came home for lunch at noon, it had already been replaced. They responded so quickly that none of my food went bad.-During the pandemic when many were out of work, the owner of the complex went door-to-door to hand out assistance applications. He could have delegated that out. Instead he did it, introducing himself and thanking people for their residency.Not every complex offers that level of care and compassion. These people really are special.

    Great cozy apartments at a better deal than the rest! Amber definitely adds to the cozy, tucked away charm that is The Edge apartments. Very helpful and consistent management accompanied by beautiful foyers, neighbors, and the coolest pool in the summer! Reliable amenities and very comfortable floorplans are what you can expect with your stay at the edge! All of this mixed with the central location in town leaves you with nothing more than to enjoy your warm, easy to love home!!

    My heater stoped working in my apartment on a Sunday afternoon when it was 17 degrees outside. I called Management and she had someone at my apartment within 20 minutes after calling. The maintenance man was very knowledgeable and figured out the problem right away but unfortunately they had to order parts. Management and maintenance exceeded my expectations and brought me space heaters to keep me warm until parts arrived the following day. This is by far the very best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management really helped me out and took care of me right away. If you want to live in an Apartment complex where the employees treat you like family and take care of issues at hand in a timely manner this is one place I highly recommend. I’m so blessed to have found such a great place to live.

    I lived at this apartment complex for 3 years and it was your average apartment complex. What sets it aside from it being the same as the others is the Apartment manger. She was awesome! Very helpful, friendly and she communicated very well with the people living their. She definitely deserves a raise!

    I live at the edge apartments maintenance and management is very kind and respectful and they work very quickly If your looking for an apartment I recommend you come check it out

    Honestly its a great location for pretty much anything If youre into working out its a swimming pool and the trail is right next to the apartments. In lets not forget the restaurants...

    Outside lacks quite a bit, it’s an obviously older complex. But the inside is very spacious and it’s a good complex for the fairly low rent. You get what you get. Management has been hard to ever find in the office, when you needed them (not sure about now, I haven’t needed them.) If you choose an upstairs apartment, the floors do creak, but it’s not loud enough to be a nuisance and it’s very easy to overlook. I’ve been here since November 2018, maintenance comes when needed. AC isn’t that great in the summer due to window drafts coming through. And heater isn’t that great, for the same reason. The pool wasn’t opened til the end of summer last year, but we have hope it won’t be like that this year. Everyone stays to themselves here, but when nearby I’ve never encountered someone who’s rude. Best part of this complex is, having the weeks park trail next door, if you like to ride bikes or go on runs, jogs, or walks. No one sits outside unless it’s to smoke so it’s really a quiet community. Residents range from college students to grandparents. College students have never caused a ruckus.

    I didnt stay at The Edge apartment but I did live at the ones they own on Ave H. Very nice apartments. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Never really had maintenance problems but when I did have a miner problem they were always there to fix it. Highly recommend these apartments. Amber in the office is very understanding an will work with you on any problem you have.

    I loved everything about these apartments. The manager was amazing and attentive. The maintenance was amazing as well. It’s in the perfect location, located on the same street as MSU and just minutes away from Vernon junior college. The landscaping of the apartment complex is beautiful and well taken care of.

    I just moved into The Edge, from the moment I walked into the office I felt almost like family the staff was sweet and honest. Everyone seems to know everyone. I had a problem with my blinds when I moved in the day after I showed my concern they came to correct it. I can ask what the neighbors around me are like and it amazes me that Donna seem to have some kind of summary like she takes the time to know her tenants. I couldnt ask for a better experience for my first apartment!

    Just signed lease for year #5. Loved the apartment layout from the first moment. Needs more renivations but they are maling progress. This is not just an apartment but an apartment home.
