I found my visit to these apartment homes to be highly impressive. The propertys cleanliness and organization were evident. The pool area was aesthetically arranged. The staff displayed remarkable attentiveness and warmth. Furthermore, I valued the communitys pet-friendly atmosphere. This positive experience has led me to recommend this residence to friends seeking new accommodations.

Overall our experience has been very positive. We have been residents since July of 2024. Staff has been friendly and maintenance is very responsive. We manually self prorate our concession (means you have to pay more at move in and then self pay accordingly). The trash service is not the most consistent and the WiFi is our biggest complaint to be honest. It’s mandatory and for the cost at the rate in which is does not work consistently is frankly sad. We put in ticket after ticket with gigstream as requested by the onsite staff for nothing to be resolved and gigstream trying to say nothing is wrong. Since we can’t choose our provider it leaves us stuck. My husband works from home full time and I work from home occasionally and it has presented a lot of issues with our employers. For this reason it’s enough to not want to renew if it does not come with a significant reduction in the cost for Internet monthly. Outside of that I would recommend The Darby if you don’t need your Internet connection for work from home needs.

The Darby is a gorgeous brand new community in Manor! I’m a real estate agent that has been referring clients there since they opened. The staff is excellent with communicating and deliver amazing customer service. They get new applicants approved and moved in fast! My clients have been very happy. Huge shout out to Ashley and Jaron Who go above and beyond! If you were looking to move to Manor, this is the property for you!

Love the new apartments. Everyone was sweet and friendly. We went for a pool party and the pool area was amazing and the other residents were also friendly. The apartment layouts are beautiful and spacious. I especially love that they are dog friendly.

I am relocating for work and have had to do all of my searching online as I have not had the time to make it in town before my move. The leasing team has been very responsive and helpful through this process. I appreciate the time they have taken to send me photos and videos to make it seem more personal for me like they truly care. Thank you to everyone that has helped during this stressful, quick transition. I am looking forward to my move to The Darby!

This would have been my home if I didn’t get an employment opportunity elsewhere. Great location to be away from city but close enough of a drive for the activities down town. Everything I need close by great pool and at the time of visit quite neighborhood. Will consider this again first choice if I get the chance to move up here. Impressed with my visit.
