Alta Leander station apartment community is the best community I have ever rented from. We were the first family to do the hard hat tour. Leticia, Cenorina, and Kevin are amazing. even though we came in many times Leticia was always willing to talk to us and go over details again. Cenorina and Kevin are amazing in the office. They are beyond professional helpful and insightful. Maintenance manager Luis is amazing as well. He is very quick to respond The minute you walk in and tour you feel like you found your home, the community is awesome. We truly feel like we are at home not just a apartment sometimes its easy to just think that you know its just somewhere where you exist. However here you get to know all of your neighbors and youve got a carport parking and and an amazing pool as well as a 24-hour gym and shuffleboard.

The location is fantastic, with easy shopping, dining and major highways so close by :) I love being right across from HEB! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to live in Leander!!

So I moved here, Christmas Eve from another apartment complex I love the layout and having a nice size patio. But the most important thing to me here besides, the amenities is the way that the community is kept, the sidewalks, and landscaping, and just overall appearance, and the community seems to really care about how their complex looks. The management for me is wonderful. I have never had an issue and I have. They’ve always been there no matter what I needed. Thank you Sharon and your team for always making it a wonderful experience.

I recently just toured here with Sharon and Hannah and Im seriously ready to call this place home! Both Sharon and Hannah were so genuine and provided me with all the information I needed. The entire complex is spotless and you can tell everyone in the community love where they live. I cant wait to lease in a couple weeks! Oh.. and these kitchens.. BEAUTIFUL!

I love my apartment and I love the people in the leasing office. The combination of Hannah’s and Sharon are awesome they are super friendly and attentive I put in a work order for a new water filter and was surprised when maintenance came in less than 30 mins to deliver it. And they always have community events every month they are awesome.

As a business owner I know how important Feedback is and thats why Im here today letting Yall know how awsome it is to live at The Chloe Leander. Let me start by saying how great are the Staff here super helpful and professional when it comes by showing you units and explaining the lease contract. Ive been living here since December 2023 and and cant say enough positive words about my apartment from parking lot being always clean to friendly neighbors. They also have a swimming pool with grill on site and work out gym for those who love their working out and dont have to drive out to the gym. Pet friendly is the way to go this days for those who love their furry companions , So if your looking for a new location clean, quiet, friendly dont search any more The Chloe Leander is you new place to call home!

I had a wonderful touring experience with Yolanda! The amenity spaces in particular were a highlight. If you are looking for a clubhouse space that provides conference rooms to work out of and a cool hangout space, this is a solid choice. We looked at a 2 bedroom that had a pretty homey and spacious layout. Highly recommend checking this one out if you are moving to the CP/Leander area

I had a fantastic experience during my tour at The Chloe! The workspaces for residents are super cute, and allow for privacy, which provides for a productive environment. The yards attached to the apartment homes are great if you have a dog! And the staff gave me a thorough and informative tour, they are definitely my top choice in considering my new apartment home.

I had a very pleasant experience with Yolanda. I toured a 1 bedroom as I’m getting ready to move to Leander. The community was clean and she was very helpful in telling me about the area and the move in process. I’m between here and 1 other place due to what’s available but Yolanda really made me feel at home. Some of the reviews worried me when making my appointment, but I’m glad I did!

We moved in August of 2022 and have had absolutely no complaints! The community is peaceful and friendly. Our apartment was equipped with stainless steel appliances, brand new washer and dryer and overall incredibly built. The office staff and maintenance team are extremely attentive to their tenants. Specifically Kevin was super helpful in our initial search for our apartment. Chris and Leticia are amazing and have been pillars for us any time we’ve had questions or concerns. We’ve loved calling Alta Leander station home!

My wife and I had one of the longest moves ever. However, moving from Chicago to Leander went super smooth thanks to the leasing team. Leticia the director has exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable. She genuinely makes you feel at home and answering questions, and Natalie who also helped us out along the way built excellent rapport with us. I highly doubt that our experience here can be compared to other apartment complex places because they go above and beyond.If you want to move in here expect the best of help which to us is very important. Our apartment is also amazing the images dont do it justice on how truly amazing it looks inside

I relocated to the area this week for a new job and needed to find a place asap. i visited Alta Leander Station and from the moment i arrived to the leasing office i was extremely impressed by the customer service provided from Leasing agent, Ms Leticia. She exceeded my expectations and answered every question i had in mind! Leticia was professional, kind, and above all the most helpful person in this entire process. By the end of the tour i felt i belonged to this community and felt at home. Throughout the application process, Ms Leticia kept excellent communication with me from the moment i applied to the days that followed. i have been here almost a week and Leticia continues to follow up on my transition to Alta Leander Station. She is THE BEST!

Ive been working with the leasing staff here and Im very excited about this apartment! The staff was beyond attentive, helpful, and courteous! Ace was so knowledgeable and personable and helped me feel good about deciding to live here! The staffs attention to detail was amazing. The property manager, Leticia, and leasing specialist Ace worked well with each other and have a great working chemistry. It was already a well-oiled machine. I can only imagine how great it will be to live here with this attentive, supportive and knowledgeable staff managing this place!

We moved in a month ago and we couldn’t be happier with our new home! Office staff and maintenance team are unbelievably friendly and helpful!A few of our favorite highlights!:- They host resident parties so we can all meet each other!- mail boxes are inside the clubhouse, behind locked doors so only authorized people can access them- most staff live on property. (Really says a lot of good about the company!)- beautiful pool with the COMFIEST cabana lounge chairs!- lots of green grass to walk our puppies!If you are looking for a community of people who care about one another, this is the place for you!Ps. The apartments are even more beautiful in person!

Otherwise I see management actively taking care of the place - the place looks shiny, not a single dent. Cant wait for BBQ weather so we can finally grill some meat and try out the pool cabanas.

5 stars is an understatement for my experience with this complex. For starters the property itself is well built, designed, maintained and is in a great location. The apartments themselves are as spacious as they are visually pleasing. As soon as my wife and I walked in a gentleman by the name of Ace took care of us from start to finish with not so much as a wrinkle in between. Fantastic knowledge of the complex, amenities and leasing - with a surgical level of attention to detail for our needs. I can confidently say I’ve never had such a streamlined experience when apartment hunting. I highly recommend asking for Ace when you tour!

Love love love! When I looked at the Google rating, 4.9, I was not surprised. Staff is amazing. Coming from a bad situation with our previous apartment community, Alta is a breath of fresh air! I know that the whole staff is amazing without a doubt but these two ladies have been in constant contact with us before, during, and after our move. Everything was smooth and stress free (as much as moving can be)! We are beyond thrilled to call Alta Leander Station home, for a long time to come! I have been living in this place for a year now. This is my first place and I really like it here. I would like to start with the territory of the community, it is monitored, it is always very clean and tidy. In summer time there are almost no insects here, as disinfestation is carried out. I would also like to note that the pool is very cozy, on its territory you want to spend time even outside the swimming season, you can always come and lie on comfortable sofas or grill meat. I would also like to mention very good noise isolation in the apartments. I checked out the music with my neighbor, so if you plan on having a get-together with friends, dont worry about disturbing anyone. The nicest thing you will find here is the staff and the administration. If you have something broken or a clogged sink, they will come and fix it very quickly. And the administration is always ready to meet you and help you if you are respectful and punctual.
