My experience in The Boulevard Apartments has been really great!!. This complex is quiet, staff is so friendly. It has everything around you: Schools, parks, restaurants, supermarkets.. I definitely recommend it.

Lovely landscaping! Luis the maintenance man is the best. Laurie was able to help me out of a terrible roommate situation into our own separate units last year 🙏 The pool is gorgeous, very serene. Although it’s small, it’s rarely crowded. Building 3 was suuuuper quiet. Close to a lot of fun Houston stuff to do 🤩 Thanks for everything!

I lived at The Boulevard for over 5 years and recently moved out due to relocating out of state. I absolutely loved living there. The price is unbeatable. The apartment units are very well maintained, and the layouts are well thought out. The location was the best of both worlds - tucked away in one of Houstons most beautiful neighborhoods but quick access to Kirby and 59.All of the staff at The Boulevard were amazing. Jennifer and the rest of the office were great to work with. Luis, the maintenance supervisor, has to be the best in the entire city. He fixed everything quickly and was always so kind to me and my dogs.I highly recommend The Boulevard!

I am so thrilled I moved to The Blvd. I love it here!Its clean and quiet, and the Staff is fantastic. There was an issue with two of my appliances; they replaced them with new ones, not some recycled leftovers. ((**_**))Its in a great area and has easy access to the freeways. Most importantly, its in the heart of The Medical Center.MRS

*Update: I ended up renting from them again for a couple years. Such a gem! Miss this place and the people 🥹*This place has been lovely. Layed back. Laurie and Jennifer at the office are absolutely wonderful and so nice. I took over my friend’s lease for about 7 months in 2020 and they were very accommodating for me and my sweet old pupper who lived out the last of his days here with me. Luis the maintenance man is very nice. Most of the neighbors have also been extremely friendly towards us (with the exception of two people who were rude about my dog). The apartments are beautiful and a fair price for the location and neighborhood they are in. Would definitely recommend!

I have been living here since 2018 and am so thankful to have found this place. The staff is outstanding and very responsive to the tenants needs.Luis the maintainence supervisor is very reliable and always very helpful and pleasant. He knows and does his job well.Jennifer and Laurie are excellent- always polite, clear in communication and responsive.I decided to move from a one bedroom to a larger apartment and did look elsewhere but stayed with the Boulevard due to the good staff and clean, pleasant environment.Noor

Living here for 4 years has been great. The price compared with the location is truly unbeatable. The amenities are great (the little gym is perfect for a quick workout). The complex is very safe -- have not had any troubling issues. Also, maintenance of the complex grounds and individual apartments is great -- issues are always addressed promptly by the staff.

The Boulevard is a quiet apartment community nestled in picturesque West U that offers close proximity to Upper Kirby, Montrose, downtown, the Galleria, the Med Center, Rice University and everything in between. Other apartment communities in the area boast high-end amenities like concierge services, granite counter tops, and hard wood floors, and their residents end up paying top dollar. The Boulevard, on the other hand, may lack the sparkle of its flashy neighbor communities, but it makes up for it in value. The buildings and interior are somewhat dated, but the pool is always clean, theres an exercise room, the residents are quiet and respectful, and the staff provides adequate service, all at a relatively affordable price.

Location,location, location, it is a great place with a great staff. A gated community that is within walking distance to many neighborhood restaurants, sport bars, and a couple of beer gardens. You will find people exercising by walking around the property or going out to use the jogging track at Rice University. The Boulevard also has a wadding pool and an exercise room with weights and several jogging machines. H-E-B and Krogers are a short driving distance. This small piece of heaven is great living.

We just moved in to this apartment last month. We found this apartment much better than our anticipation and acceptance . The behavior and the proactive projections of the costumer service personnel is of paramount excellence. The tidiness and well managed amenities are of highest degree of appreciation.

Hey Guys,My name is David Orozco Ive been a resident for 2 years and I dont know why theres negative reviews here but the staff has treated me very well. Issues it get resolved quickly. The convenience of this location makes it perfect because you can get anywhere rather quickly, the commutes are around 10 miles or less.I would suggest getting with Anthony or Jennifer and theyll take care of you especially the super. The place is wonderful for living. The neighborhood is very nice with rice university near by. The maintenance services and the leasing office are very good and helpful.
