    Just moved in and I am lovin it! Tara and her staff are fantastic. I moved into the top floor, and Tara offered immediate move in, 1 month free, and a great price for the unit. I want to thank the team here for everything from applying to now knocking out work orders quickly. I pray for many great months here!

    I really like living here. Ive read some reviews on the office staff, but in my experience, Tara really worked for me. She really didnt have to. She could have given the apartment to someone who had cash on hand rather than wait for the hoops I needed to jump thru.From my balcony I see so much green, so many birds and deer. Its beautiful. I think they do alot to maintain this place. Its beautiful. Mostly quiet. Secure. It is the only place I wanted to live. I didnt even want to explore any other options after I went to arboretum. I didnt even get to see the unit I was going to move into until after I signed the lease! I just knew. This was where I wanted to live. Its been great!

    Well I like it here at Arboretum , it very quiet and peaceful.Tara an her crew is great, Maintenance is perfect. Each time I put a work order it gets done on time. Neighbors are sweet.But there was one incident that occurred which I didnt like. There was this day I was asked to go sign some paperwork work I guess to renew my lease. And Mr David asked me if I have a kid that is 18 and above and I said no and Tara seated in her office on the other Side, who did not say hello when I walked in said what about her daughter that goes to work? I had just got off work very tired and peacefully I told David that my daughter is not 18. This right here made me feel like I was a liar, my family is being monitored..... she is my daughter and I gave birth to her she wasnt 18 and is still not 18 yet.Apart from this incident. This place is over all great.

    I love living here at the arboretum i have been here for 2 yrs now and Tara is one of the best managers you will come by. Very understanding. The whole office staff and maintenance are very attentive when it comes to your home needs. The scenery of a bunch of trees and wildlife is beautiful to wake up to. 5 stars here. Me and my family love calling this place home 🏡 I do love nature! ❤️ 👍😊

    Here are the top reasons you should move here:: The genuine welcome and care from management; the well maintained grounds; the quick response from maintenance; the simple beautiful of the property; pet friendly with a nice dog park; fun and educational activities in community room; location to everything you could need; great pest control-NEVER have I seen a cockroach in my apt; balconies to grow things ; walkable and nice area of city; quiet; gated community; city bus stop in front of building and the over all feeling of being safe. For these reasons and much more I can truly say this is the nicest/best place I have lived all around.

    I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I’ve yet to have any real issues yes there were wasps but they were taken care of pretty quick and every time I put in a maintenance order it’s taken care of Tara was amazing and super helpful when I was renewing my lease and super understanding when I was a few days late on rent glad I chose this place

    The apartment managing staff are always welcoming and friendly. if I ever have an issues they are always willing to help me solve the issueTara and David are such wonderful people. I can honestly sayIm happy to be living in such a great apartment community.The maintenance staff is friendly and always willing to help. any time I have a issue they are always coming out in a reasonable amount of time to fix the problem and they are always communicating if we need more time to get something fixBy far one of the best apartment communities I have lived in.

    Even though I dont agree with the way tara goes about things I do love these apartments its very quiet and peaceful the neighbors dont really bother me I hardly ever see the police here these are really good apartments better then other ones Ive been too with alot of violence :/ its so calm

    My mom and I moved in back in July! We were practically homeless, living out of a motel. We came across The Arboretum. Tara and Marlon are excellent! They went above and beyond to help us get approved, and moved in promptly! Now my mom and I have a nice cozy, new forever home, and weve had no issues! Its super quiet as well! Thank you Arboretum!!!

    The Arboretum is very nice and the staff is incredibly helpful. Tara, the property manager went above and beyond to help us with choosing the right apartment. The apartment is very clean and the community is wonderful. Excited to be a resident at The Arboretum.

    Tara Benford is a great manager. She is friendly, patient and helps to the best of her abilities (even under pressure). She listens carefully to concerns and works to resolve them. She has worked on the property to get it up to par and looking nice. Great place to live!

One other great thing is it’s right down the street from all these new great places I can’t wait to try. huebner is expanding and I love every bit of it.

    Even though I couldnt afford the apartment, Tara is the sweetest girl.... I am new to being low income and wasnt sure what to ask for and she went above and beyond to help explain the differences in the affordable vs income restricted rents..... I wish I could live there, If I am not even a resident getting THAT taken care of I cant imagine living there...... Thanks lil lady, for being a good heart, kindness is free and you are a true example of that.

    I have lived here few years now, I soon referred my mom and we are very happy. We are happy with the wonderful management, both Angie and Stephanie go above and beyond to make the residents feel welcome and to take care of every issue in the best way possible! They are true angels. The same exact words go to the wonderful maintenance staff! Rob and Joel are excellent at their work as well and always in such timely manner! It’s just amazing!The grounds are beautiful. Everything is well taken care of. There is a lot of amenities: beautiful walking/running trail, dog park, pool, gym. There are community events every month! There is a calendar of events we get each month with birthday wishes for those who have them that month! Isn’t this just going above and beyond?!The floor plans are very nice, the neighbors are chosen carefully and so the community is really nice and quiet and a lot of people know each other and become friends. I truly recommend this community to call home, I’m very happy here!

    I recently moved to the Arboretum 6 months ago I love my 1 bed room apartment it is big my living room and bathroom are huge so is my bed room The Arboretum is very nice and quite very comfortable living near HEB and Medical center .I also love our community Team Tara Benford is very kind and helpful with any questions you may have The Arboretum community is very sweet and kind so Im going to give them a 5 star rating..

    The Arboretum Apartments are absolutely fantastic! My Special Education seniors received a sit down meeting and a tour of units today. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, they took the time needed to speak with and help all of the students. They were able to give my students a taste of what independent living looks and feels like. We will definitely go back again and I hope that our students will lease with them knowing they are not alone and supported by the wonderful staff and the community they have built!

    So let me tell you about my situation! I separated with my wife over the course of a weekend and had to find a place to live on the fly. Because of my lack of renters history I had to stay with a friend across town and my relationship with my child was struggling. I was very interested in Arboretum Apartments because it was very close to my child and he had mentioned he wanted me to get a apartment near him. I was depressed and going through the worst time in my life!! From the time I stepped in the office at Arboretum I was treated with respect and they found a way to give me a chance. The office Manager has always greeted me with a smile and has offered to buy my Jeep😂..This place saved my life and my relationship with my son could not be better. Thank you Arboretum for not judging me and always treating me like family. I’ve had a few issues with a water heater and leak but maintenance has been extremely good about fixing things very quickly. They have a Dog park and a nice walking area. I highly recommend these apartments!

    I love living at the arboretum, been here going on 4 years in September..The apartment manager Tara B is the greatest she goes out of her way to take care of your needs.. she always have time for the tenants..     Food is awesome 😎👍 location is always busy cuz I normally just be at the public transit stop aw8tn on VIA to travel back home to my husband from attending business & family errands. This location has plenty of other restaurants nearby off 410 access rd & Broadway alongside banks and USPS NEAR the airport.

    This apartment complex is a dream for me, nice and quite evenings and nights, I lived here for 12 years now, and they keep up with the maintenance of the complex and apartments, the only issue is that the turn around of mgmt happens quite often. But I wont move because it is so convenient for me and my dog.
