Just wanna say, THE STAFF WAS AMAZING , i dealt with ms. Yuliana , an the professionalism was unmatched !! top tier, wonderful tour, great facilities , amazing vibes all around !! i loved it, i drive trucks so personally i won’t be there too much , but i do need a place to crash an call home when im not on the road from time to time.. !! currently i’m applying for a 1bdrm1bth.. but Yuliana was amazing , the Manager was amazing as well !! this property was VERY CLEAN , which is a must when living someplace, great area , HEB close by , wonderful options just within a walk , an units have a YARD.. , that’s hard to find at such a great rate here n houston / spring area .. 5 stars for the whole experience, it won me over . my search finally is over. i’m sold !!

Living at Territory at 2920 has been a truly exceptional experience. The management and staff go above and beyond to provide understanding, attention, and unwavering support to residents. From the moment I moved in last year, it was clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of their community.Whenever I’ve had questions or concerns, they’ve been quick to respond with solutions and a positive attitude. The team, especially Yulie, Rayven, Brendan, Adriana, & Paris, is proactive in ensuring that all residents feel heard and valued, which is rare to find these days. They’ve consistently demonstrated patience and flexibility, especially during pivotal times when understanding is most needed.The property is well-maintained, and the amenities are thoughtfully cared for, reflecting the pride they take in creating a welcoming environment. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. If youre looking for a community that prioritizes its residents, Territory at 2920 is the place to be!!!

I’m so glad I found this place . Adriana was so sweet and professional . The tour was great and the application process was easy . After getting approved , the move in process was smooth ! I love my unit and am happy to be a resident here ! Every single person in the office is so welcoming and friendly . The amenities are unmatched and the property is gorgeous !

Brenden was amazing during our tour and during the move in process. I really love my apartment and having a yard is a huge plus! It’s also a great location as it’s close to so many major stores like HEB. My interactions with the property manager Adriana were very pleasant as well, it feels like she really cares about the property and her tenants experiences.

The absolute best tour I have ever been on! Brendon was an expert and quickly helped me decide on the best floor plan for my family. The amenities here are incomparable and beautiful! He has made move from Florida so much easier. I absolutely recommend touring with Brendon! He is an outstanding leasing professional!

Nice apartment. Easy access to 99 and I-45. Though some problems with the gates, management keeps on top of the problems. Nice swimming pool, workout gym, and club house. Very pet friendly though I dont have any pets.

The BEST apartment I rent by far. Since I travel from Dallas to Houston quite often. This is an eye catcher when I passed by. Staff are great, location, amenities, and the apartment itself. Rayvin was very patience and very welcoming. Thanks to her I been having quiet and a peaceful sleep. Also, I appreciate Adriana for the warm welcome to the community. For sure going to refer some of my entrepreneur buddy to stay here if they come to Houston often.

I will be moving here in August and I am so excited to be living at this complex. The floor plans and amenities are amazing! Rayvin, their leasing agent, was SO helpful during the entire process and had such a positive attitude! I cant wait to move in!

I haven’t moved in yet ! Will be next week! How ever as you can see the complex is gorgeous and more impressive in person. My leasing agent was Yuli which I believe is assistant manager also. Words can’t describe what an amazing touring and leasing experience I had ! Both Yuli and manager Anderiana ( sorry if I butchered the spelling of your names ) were both amazingly nice and patient with me and did whatever they could to accommodate my needs for my new home ! I mostly dealt with Yuli and could honestly say I had a fun experience through the whole process! Also want to give a shout out to Raven another leasing agent who is also very nice !Thank you Yuli
