Everything is great. Events, amenities and apartments are great. As with most new apartments, the walls are little thin, but most neighbors are considerate. Some neighbors arent the greatest, but thats people. Not everyone can be happy all of the time. Overall, the people here are nice, respectful and take good care of the community.

The managers are amazing! We have been at this community almost 3 years and have really enjoyed it for our family. The food trucks, community events, gym, and pool are all amazing. When we buy a home it’ll be hard to leave here because of the amazing amenities and friendly staff.

Im really loving living here. It blew me away that Stephanie remembered my name weeks after helping me move in! The staff here truly care about the residents and the residents love the property. Ive witnessed multiple residents picking up and properly disposing of blown in litter from the grounds. Friendly people and clean, well-maintained property. It doesnt even feel like apartment style living. This is luxury! Im proud to live here.

I finally have time to write a well deserved review. From the very start with my tour, the application process, and answering all my questions, to my move in. This has been the best move I have had. The ladies in the office are amazing and beyond helpful. When I forgot plates, and napkins for my movers, they went out of their way to help me. All three ladies really go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Even to maintenance, Matt came not only once but twice to even adjust my shower pressure. I have never been so welcomed by so many other tenants. The grounds are kept beautifully. Best decision I have ever made to move here. It truly feels like a little community and the staff really steps up to help you with anything you need. I truly feel at home!!!

Beautiful property. Always kept clean and tidy. Staff is the absolutely best. We love the food trucks that come every couple of weeks! I also adore how the staff does special things for their residents like bring breakfast tacos or have valentines goodies in the club house. Maintenance is so fast and very communicative. We love living here ♥️

My experience with Tacara over the past couple months has been the best I’ve had in apartment living. During my consideration process, the office staff greeted me pleasantly EVERY time and took so much time answering questions/concerns and walking me around the community to tour everything. The maintenance crew has been next level as well. They are communicative, pleasant, and speedy with requests. With the exception of one time, it has been a quiet and peaceful living experience. In addition, it is close to shopping, restaurants and highways. I couldn’t be happier!!!!

I moved in but a couple of weeks ago but I was compelled to write a review for those thinking about leasing because the reviews helped me make my decision too.It is beautiful here. My 1bed, 1bath is just the right size and the layout perfect for home living. The designer touches elevate my decor and gives off good energy. I love coming home to my new place.I feel safe and am surrounded by friendly and helpful neighbors. Not sure if every building does this but my immediate neighbors decorate their doors for the season. It’s so casual and comfortable and it makes me smile. I’ll do the same shortly.I did have a few issues getting settled but Angie and the staff in the office quickly resolved them for me and maintenance jumped in and fixed the minor issues that come with any move. And I have to say, the maintenance men were gentlemen and professional while they worked on my apartment.All-in-all I highly rate and recommend this community. I’ll be sure to follow up when I depart (if I depart! 😉) “Welcome home.”

My son just moved in a 1 1/2 months ago. His studio apartment is beautiful with all updated modern appliances. The complex is wonderful and well maintained with great landscaping. Our experience from the beginning with moving him in has been so easy overall. Emery exhibited the upmost professionalism, provided us with all the information we needed and answered all of our questions. She was so welcoming and made my son feel right at home. The additional office management staff members have been wonderful as well with initial maintenance issues. The maintenance personnel have been professional and quick to resolve any problems. Thank you Emery and the Tacara Westpointe Village management staff for providing such a wonderful home for my son.

My mom moved here about a year ago. She has been very pleased with the layout of the Apartment Community, and the helpfulness of the staff. She’s 83, and there are families of all ages living there, and it works beautifully. The sidewalks are super accessible for her, and parking is great.She had a maintenance issue this week. I submitted it online for her and the job was done within 45 minutes. It is just a great place for anyone looking for a place. Shopping is close by, the apartments are amazing. Go check it out.

We moved here from Oregon having never seen the apartments. Now that we have been here for 5 months and have seen many of the other apartment complexes in the area, I can saw 100% these are the BEST apartments for us. The complex is well taken care of. The neighbors are quiet and polite. There arent a million cars in the parking lot. It is in a very convenient and low-key part of town. The apartment itself is beautiful, most décor styles can blend in nicely. No complaints!

Tacara is a wonderful place to live, my family and I have been here four years now and dont have a single complaint. I have to say one of the main reasons why we have been here so long is how they take care of us. Fabian (Maintenance Specialist) is amazing!!! Anytime I need something fixed he is always there with a smile, he works hard, and doesnt leave till the job is done and everything else you may need is taken care ofI had a water issue at 6 this morning he was here less than ten minutes to fix the issue, with a smile no attitude (even if it was early). there are many things i could say about this place but todays dedication to awesomeness had to be shared.

Nice looking apartments with Samsung appliances. No linen closet was a deal breaker for me. Also, the walk in closet is separate from the bedroom. You have to walk through the bathroom, in order to get to the walk in closet. Instant deal breaker

I am actually not a resident, I was a temporary guest of a current resident who was out of the country for 3 weeks and house sat and, more importantly 🐶 sat for her. Loved it and the floor plan was awesome especially the island in nice kitchen Loved the burners and oven she gave me permits to use the kitchen within reason, just basic cooking nothing huge it was very efficient and the shower 🚿 OMG & it had its own light. I think it was a closet and didnt open it. I thought it was a 2nd bedroom, closet, and I a brief glimpseHuge? Didnt open it again. Loved the views of the Hill Country facing the I - 10 direction north, I think. At night time 🌃 very lovely. When I 1st got there, I familiarized myself with the apartment because I knew I d be there just about every day or night. I did go to my house and checked on my home but stayed there.

I was looking for an apartment last minute and was in a rush due to closing on the residence I resided in at the time. I walked into Tacara Westpointe Village and was greeted with a smile. I was showed the property and was lucky enough to complete my online app in time to get the apartment I wanted. I’ve been here 3 months now and the staff has been extremely friendly and maintained professionalism in all their duties. As a resident you often see staff members walking the property either showing potential residents around or just doing their job in general, and they make sure to greet you in passing. It might seem like something small, but that little bit of effort goes a long way.Service is quick, we have our own community portal that the Property Manager and Staff actually participate in and respond within 24hrs. If I have any questions I can use the portal or walk into the front office and usually Emma is there at the front desk to help out and greet you with a smile.I personally have run a family business for 15 years and know how important it is to have a good working relationship with your co-workers and it’s easy to see that the girls in the office have a good system going. Customer service is definitely on their list of priorities.

I called to ask about available apartments and ended up speaking to Angie. During the phone call I realized that the apartments weren’t the best fit, due to the fact that I am looking to stay within a specific school zone, but Angie went above and beyond to help me find available apartments in the New Braunfels area that fit my criteria. She reached out to her network of apartments to see if there was anything available that fit my needs. She called me back within an hour to let me know what she found. I called right before their office closed, so the fact that she took the time to do this truly meant a lot. While I can’t speak to how great these apartments are, because I’ve never been there, I can say that their leasing staff is AMAZING…especially Angie!

I was really in a bind, and the managers were BEYOND ACCOMMODATING in a mini-personal emergency.I’ve lived here for about 8 months, and it’s been relatively peaceful. No issues whatsoever, which is a rarity sometimes with property management. My unit is very nice, and feels luxurious as well. No complaints thus far! Thank you Tacara!

I moved here in August, and I LOVE IT!! My studio apartment is gorgeous, and the complex is beyond beautiful. Maintenance is quick, and the grocery store is a quick 2 minute drive (about a 5 minute walk) away.I honestly do feel like I’m living in a luxury hotel room here. Everything about the complex is simply perfect. Keep up the great work, y’all!!

I moved in my third floor apartment in June. From the very first day, I found the residents to be very friendly and inviting. As a Realtor, I like to recommend beautiful, well-managed, living spaces and TACARA is high on my list. The grounds are immaculate and Management does a good job to enforce the rules. Im sorry the office has been closed. Many of us here would like to see more community events but we are pretty good at planning on our own too. The amenities are great! I brag about our gym, business center, and that coffee bar! I miss the Froth - I finally found out how to use it, lol. Great place to live and grow!

I was impressed with the way I was treated here, the girl I talked to was Emma. She was extremely courteous and had a great attitude . My son was running around being annoying and she was so nice to him that he actually started behaving better. I wish we had people like this in other properties since I was treated rudely at other places. What a nice property with nice people!! I loved it and will be signing my lease soon!

Went In to tour this weekend, the property is brand new and beautiful! The prices are great and worth it. The whole staff was great and welcomed me as soon as I got through the door! I would lease here just to know I have a staff that took care of me just the way they did, getting the apartment is just icing on top of the cake! This is for sure a 5 star property.

My experience with the management, leasing agents, and even grounds/maintenance staff here at Tacara Westpointe Villahe has been wonderful. I started looking into apartments in January, which was prior to actual resident move-ins. I have worked 2 minutes from the community. When they started breaking ground i knew i wanted to follow the building process and this would be my new empty nest home.Once tours were available Tacara dud not disappoint. I spoke via email to Emma G, and although i requested a tour only 1 hour after our email communication, she gladly accommodated me. I went in at my lunch break, and was greeted with a smile, courteously and given a tour of the grounds.I was in love the amenities before even seeing the apt. I was initially looking at a 1 bedroom. As i was unsure of the exact size i wanted, Emma showed me each 1bedroom floorplan. This just sealed the deal for me. Well after some thought, I decided to go with a 2 bedroom. When i reached out to Tacara westpointe village, they were very accommodating. An appointment to view 2 bedrooms was setup. I viewed the apt alone due to work scedules. However when this was mentioned, Emma offered to show the appt to both me and my spouse on Saturday. Once done, I and my spouse completed the application process which was fairly easy and quick. We initially decided on a May Move-In BUT after further thought again needed another change, as we needed an earlier movein date. Once again, the staff was friendly and flexible to our needs. All this was said to say this has been a great move for us, and Emma and the staff have made this process easy.Thanks to Tacara westpointe village staff.

I have been undecided about where I want to live because of my tight budget but that just changed after the tour I got here with Emma! I have never been treated as good as I did here! She was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions since I’m soooooo picky!! She was so patient with me and always with a genuine nice smile on her face! And she made me laugh which is not easy! This is making my decision so much easier because this is how I want to be treated where I live! I also sent my sister and had her ask for Emma and my sister agreed with me. People like this are very rare to find since I’ve looked at 6 other places and they were not this nice.
