Marina and Wade were amazing. Such a great community with wonderful amenities. I love being right next to the lake to walk my dog every morning and having an HEB just down the street.Also kind of random but I LOVE having all Samsung appliances. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new apartment.

Great place to move to if you want to be across the street from Lake Pflugerville. Also a plus is the GYM. Brand new HEB being built down the street! Excellent front office staff; Wade was phenomenal and helping with the entire process of leasing and moving in.

We have been living here for several months now, and we absolutely love it! The entire staff and maintenance have been so helpful and friendly, especially during our move-in process and with any requests. The gym has to be one of our favorite amenities. The quick walk to the lake is also very nice. We are very delighted with our move here!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with the team at Tacara Weiss Ranch! Our tour with Jared was exceptional; he provided a personal touch that truly helped us find the perfect home for our family. Wade was also wonderful—he guided us through the application process and got us to the finish line seamlessly.We’re so excited about moving into our new home that will be overlooking Lake Pflugerville and can’t wait to enjoy the pool! Highly recommend Tacara Weiss Ranch and their team for anyone looking for a great place to live!

I was looking at another option for new apartments nearby a couple of hours before arriving at Tacara Weiss Ranch, and although everything also looked very nice, I felt much more comfortable with Marina. The tour with her was great and I loved the amenities at the place. I recommend the place and I recommend Marinas customer service. The best thing is that now I have a great place to live!

I recently moved in, and I have to say, its been an amazing experience from the very start. The property is brand new, and you can immediately tell the quality of the build. The interiors are absolutely beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully designed. Plus, the location couldnt be better—being right across from the community lake offers such a peaceful and scenic view every day.The office team here has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. A special shoutout to Jared, one of the leasing professionals, who made my move-in experience seamless. From the moment I toured the property, Jared was extremely professional, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt confident in my decision to make this place my new home. Marina, another leasing professional, was also fantastic, always ready to assist and provide information whenever needed.Wade, the community manager, deserves a mention as well. His leadership is evident in how well the community is managed. The office team really goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and everything is running smoothly.I also have to commend the maintenance team—theyve been excellent! Every work order Ive submitted has been completed quickly and efficiently, which really adds to the overall positive experience of living here.Ive lived in a few Greystar-managed properties over the years, and this one truly upholds the standard of excellence I’ve come to expect from them. If youre looking for a place thats beautifully designed, well-managed, and supported by a great team, I highly recommend them!

The property is brand new and beautiful. It’s right across from the lake! Everyone in the office so far has been very helpful and responsive. Jared has been great; very professional, letting me tour several properties and answering all of my questions. Upon moving in the office has been very responsive. I called for maintenance once and had a quick response and they fixed everything the same day.Greystar properties are the best, I have always had great experiences with them!

The place is breathtaking. Beautiful apartments in a great location. New construction and great appliances. It’s so nice to walk around the lake or spend time at the fantastic gym. The place is beautiful and so is Jared with his great attitude and elegance. He showed me the place and I just found my new home. Thank you for all Jared. This place is amazing and you are a real gentleman.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. They are still actively building but the staff have been extremely helpful. Wade specifically has been PHENOMENAL! The gym recently opened and it is amazing. I have only been here for 3 weeks and I love it here. 1000/10 do recommend.

Toured the property recently after watching it be built when I run the trails around lake pflugerville. I love everything about this place like the location, the amenities (especially the gym) are amazing, they have elevators in every building and the apartments look modern and can see the quality from the finishes throughout the apartments. I toured with the leasing agent Jared and he was so informative and detailed about the property and I was very impressed. He went over pretty much everything that I was going to ask before I even had to ask. The few questions that I asked him about he had answers for me without any hesitation. Once I’m closer to my lease ending I will for sure be applying for a new apartment here ! Had such a great experience!

Wow, this is the first time I have ever lived in a brand new property and what a difference it is!!! The office team is very responsive and works well together. OMG! I just moved into my new apartment and it is stunning!!! It’s a brand new property with tons of natural light and across from a lake - being from SoCal, this makes me feel right at home. Since I was relocating from out of state, I was not able to do the normal walk-thru which freaked me out at first, but Jared was super helpful through the leasing process. He went above and beyond to ensure I was totally happy and felt comfortable with signing before I ever stepped foot on property. I never write reviews but the other properties treated me like a number and he took the time for me. Now that I have moved in, I am totally impressed and know I made the right decision.

Awesome place to call home in PFTX! Moved in from NJ and Wade and his team has been extremely wonderful to work with - from the hard hat tour to move in. Deserves more than 5 stars just for the teams constant and clear communication with everything you have to know. For context, I viewed 18 different apartments in Austin, Pflugerville, and Round Rock and this community tops the bunch - and construction isnt even done yet! In-home amenities are amazing (with all stainless Samsung kitchen appliances and W/D), elevators in all buildings, fully equipped gym, upcoming on-site retail spaces, proximity to the fire station, hospital, and a new HEB down the road opening soon!
