Needed a place to stay right away. The Management at Tacara @ Crosswinds made happen the same day. I been very happy since moving here four months ago. Pricey but worth the extra, the place is just over a year old. Very clean and beautiful, pet friendly. I have included some photos of my one bedroom apartment.

I had a most wonderful experience touring Tacara @ Crosswinds. Sandra Fierro, the assistant manager, was professional and very knowledgeable about the property. My granddaughter and I both fell in love with the pool area. The property looked very inviting and a place one could call home. I appreciate the time Ms Fierro took to answer all my questions. Again, the tour was a very positive experience thanks to the knowledgeable and professional staff.

I’m incredibly grateful for Peyton at Tacara at Crosswinds Apartments! Over the holiday season, I mistakenly sent multiple Christmas gifts from across the country with the wrong apartment number. When I called, one package had already been delivered, and I was panicked knowing the rest were due to arrive in the coming weeks. Peyton was a lifesaver – she calmly listened, immediately understood my concerns, and went out of her way to help me track down each package. Her patience, kindness, and genuine dedication to solving the problem made all the difference, especially during such a busy time. She even developed a plan to ensure everything was found, which completely eased my worries. I truly can’t thank Peyton enough for her competence and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend her and Tacara at Crosswinds for their outstanding service!

I was in the market for a new apartment and couldnt find anything that I truly loved. I went on many tours and none of them gave me 100% satisfaction. It was crunch time when I toured Tacara at Crosswinds. I booked a tour late on a Friday night with no time given for the complex to confirm. I came in Saturday morning, and Peyton was more than happy to give me a tour of the complex! I fell in love with the complex and applied the same day! Peyton was super helpful during the application and approval process. In my opinion, Peyton is the perfect representation of how a leasing professional should act and treat potential tenants. Move in was a breeze and all issues (very minor) were addressed very quickly! I havent been here that long, but I can say that I love this complex! I love the amenities and the community within the complex. Its practically always peaceful and quiet. Even if there is noise outside, I cant hear it from my apartment which I LOVE since I work from home. I feel safe within the complex being that its gated and theres security that patrols the complex at night. The complex is right next to a school, which I was iffy about, but I rarely hear them and I only hear them if Im outside. The traffic around the complex only gets bad in the mornings and evenings during workdays, but with a little patience its just fine. I was lucky enough to apply and move in during the special for 2 free weeks + 2 hours of movers for free which was truly a blessing! They truly helped to make this move easy and I greatly appreciate Peyton and the rest of the team for their assistance along the way. Id recommend this complex time and time again to anywho who asks!

First impression is a must for me when I look for a space to call home for X amount of time. In that same vein I must give credit where it is due, the leasing team knock it out the park with their individual personalities - delivering on a fun and an equally professional experience. From Peytons fiery humor coupled with her get it done mindset to Alyssas relaxed/warm presence coupled with her running knowledge of processes through the leasing steps really deliver on great experience.The leadership team did a great job bringing in this front office team they seem excited to be at work and happy to help anyone along the way.Additionally, in passing I met one of the maintenance workers while leaving my apartment and mentioned to him a concern (wasp nest close to a high-volume tenant pass through area) and by the time I returned he had resolved the issue. I didnt get his name; however, I appreciate that he handled the problem right away.Obviously, this does not paint the full experience because you only know that when you look back at the end but.... this is the way things should start in any area connected to a new living space. Looking forward to seeing this teams core and doubling back at the end for a final review as for now 4.5/5

I recently toured this apartment complex and was helped by a leasing associate named Dori. Dori was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire visit and very knowledgeably answered all of our questions. She went above and beyond giving us an amazing experience.The apartments are very luxurious and more spacious in person than the photos online suggest. The amenities, especially the pool, are top of the line. We ended up choosing another community primarily based on the location, but if you are looking for a wonderful community in San Antonio at an affordable price this is a great option!

Ive been here since the property was built and i dont regret it. I just renewed my lease again and Junior was a huge help with getting some of my issues situated and he really cares about the residents. Dori also was a big part in helping me too. Had a great experience with the process and very thankful with Junior , after a few little bumps during the process he was able to get us in the door . The amenities are awesome! The location is great , for shopping etc. Easy access to 35, just about 15 mins from the downtown area. For me its an all win situation! Def recommend!

Love Love Love my apartment, the high ceilings, good size walk in closets, along with large balcony continue to feel very spacious .. .... The Staff has continued to be curteous, and helpful even after my move in several weeks ago! .... I placed an online work order for maintenance issue with my oven, and 2 other minor issues; and all were completed quickly and efficiently... The staff member James handled the work orders professionally, yet remained friendly, and had a upbeat attitude about necessary work the entire time.... No place is perfect, but I give the complex a 4.5 stars.. However, I have found all the staff to be a 5 out 5 stars at this time, based on their continued professional , friendly and positive attitude concerning customer service.... I have not been able to enjoyed my balcony, or the beautiful pool , grill and other covered areas at this time due to changes in weather. .. but really am look forward to it!

The staff is the friendliest. I first worked with Dezmien, sweet & informative. She was quick to answer my questions & always so helpful. Junior took me on a tour and you could tell he loves what he does & people. He answered all my questions. Sandra was the one who checked me in move in day, very friendly and informative as well. Greatest staff. The only issue I had was bugs (summertime), but they were quick to schedule the exterminator. All my service issues are handled in a timely manner. The complex is beautiful & love the amenities.

Nice looking apartment complex. My issues are- no linen closet in the bathroom, and the walk in closet is next to the bathroom/way on the other side from the bedroom. So, you have to walk through the bathroom, to get to your walk in closet. Thats a deal breaker for me. But, the overall complex is very nice

First off my apartment locator toldMe about these apartments, then Dori was amazing and the ladies in the front office were extremely nice even tho I’ve had a million and one questions lol I work night shift from home and it’s extremely quiet. I’ve had packages already delivered to my door and people around there haven’t taken any. To me there’s a lot of parking available, you just have to walk to your apartment if the one closest is filled up. I don’t hear much of my neighbors upstairs or next door, and if I did I’d just turn on a fan problem solved. It’s sooo beautiful inside and out. The amenities are just wow! It’s beautiful at night as well. I love that they have community events. I highly recommend it here

I want to say how beautiful Tacara Crosswinds is and how well-maintained. When I came to the office, it was very busy, but you could tell that the young girl and gentleman enjoyed working there. I was so ready to lease, but they did not have any three bedrooms available. Junior gave me the best tour and showed me a two-bedroom. The amenities were great and clean. I love the idea of a guest suite when my family visit. I am hoping I am hoping they get a three-bedroom soon. I’m ready to call this home!

Dori, the manager, not only efficiently facilitated my move-in in under a week but also continues to be super sweet and helpful. Although the cost is a bit higher, my positive experience since moving in makes it unquestionably worthwhile.

Moved in on the 22nd of August. Management is great, the office people are spectacular. There is some local crime, but you have to take that with a grain of salt in any larger city. Amenities here are amazing, they respond quickly to my service requests. Beautiful apartment on the inside, as well.

This apartment complex is very clean and well kept up. My husband and I have been here for three months and have not had one bad experience with the complex or staff. Love the amenities - I’m able to relax poolside or go to the gym. The staff respond very quickly and listen to concerns.

Apartment ReviewIve been living in this new apartment complex since December of last year and its really amazing. Ive had a couple of issues with ants and plumbing when I first moved in and when I told the front office their response time was amazing. From the front office staff to the maintenance crew they have been nothing but polite and very quick with work orders. Thank you for making my stay here an amazing one.

It was a beautiful day, and I was driving around, looking for apartments, and I saw Tacara At Crosswinds on my way to an appointment. I stopped by to gather some information, and I was greeted by Junyur, who gave me phenomenal service answered all my questions also toured the amenities and, the model, and the guest suite which I thought was pretty cool, never heard of a get a guest suite and an apartment complex, I’ll be bringing my girlfriend back and tour and hopefully find the right apartment here at Tacara.

Nice and quite area.Very kid and pet friendly.At first there was the gate problem but they fixed it.Pool supplies shortage is everywhere right at the moment. So I understand keeping a pool is based on temperature, weather, how many people using the pool daily and supplies. Sometimes it bad but mostly good.Maintenance is super nice, came to fix my problem within 24 hours.I give it four stars because of the residents… they can’t pick up their dogs bowel movement no matter how many dog bag stations they put out.And a piece of fence missing on the main street, I saw some people come through there and walked around the apartments all sketched and leave (happens mostly at night).

The front office staff, Yunior and Dezi, were very patient and kind. They answered all of our questions knowledgeably and are still accessible to answer all of our questions and listen to our concerns. They come up with quick solutions to any community problems we have brought to light. The complex is clean, quiet, and welcoming to say the least. However, be weary of parking and registering vehicles because they are very strict and will tow vehicles!

Best experience as a renter, ever. The apartments are very up to date with a modern and simple look accented by backlights in the restroom and kitchen cabinets. That seriously was what sold it for me, its just amazing. Now let me tell you about the sick a... Gym ! Up to date with equipment and multiple stations to get a great workout in, and if you just want to lounge around next door is the recreation room where you can have a hot chocolate or cookout while enjoying a drink and a game. All secured by a digital lock and personal key remotes. Recently opened and still havent had a chance to enjoy the pool as it is being worked on. And it is looking fly.... So I aint mad, Im excited to lounge in the poolside beds and wavy 〰️ chairs. Dont miss out.

I had a tour of these apartments last month, and I wanted to take the time to leave a review and say thank you to the team of Tacara at Crosswinds.Although the property is still being built, what is already finished looks fantastic, and I know the complex will look even better when it is completed. Agent Junyur was so nice in showing us around, and the apartment itself was modern and updated. Although I decided not to lease here, it was because I found something closer to work, and no fault of the apartments themselves.

Apartment hunting was so stressful to me but as soon as I saw these apartments, I was sold. I am so glad that we ended up choosing these. Luxer has been a game changer if you have an online shopping addiction. I believe they had mentioned a dog park, I hope that comes soon! & the pool is looking amazing! Office staff have been so kind and maintenance has exceeded my expectations, they are always happy to help even in minor situations and they are so quick! We moved in when our building and building in front was undergoing construction, but overall the noise was tolerable and they finished so quickly!

Im pretty happy with tacara staff. Long story short I forgot to register my car for the parking and got my car towed. While it sucked it was on me for forgetting to register the car. After speaking to one of tacaras guy about my situation he was able to contact the towing place and got the feesDrop. I am thankful.for his help because those fees are not cheap.Lesson learned.
