I have lived on various properties here in Brownsville and out of the valley and this is by far one of THE BEST!! Iβve lived here for over a year already and donβt plan on leaving any time soon. The management is awesome...very friendly and understanding.The transition of property management ran very smoothly and had great communication...yes there have been some changes but everything was communicated in a timely manner. The property itself is very modern, clean and organized and my neighbors have been super friendly. I would highly recommend these apartments!!! Love my cozy home β₯οΈ -

I rarely do reviews but I Recently applied and viewed an apt.They are beautiful!! The staff at the office treated me great ! Very friendly.Hopefully I can be part of their community soon -
