Absolutely love it here, I can’t wait to move in tomorrow! After apartment shopping in dallas I noticed many leasing agents were vague and never made me feel ultimately comfortable to make that decision to move to that community. Natalie and Kerrie are shining stars and are just on it! As stressful as moving can be, both these gals made the move in process smooth for me. The community is absolutely beautiful. I’m moving into the ‘joy’ floor plan which is a 3b2b and has such a big living/kitchen area which I can’t wait to entertain in. Thank you ladies for such a good experience and see you soon!

Travelled from out of state to tour this new community and others being built. I met Natalie and Kerrie they were both extremely friendly and provided all the info needed for leasing, shops and places for activities they even gave recommendations for events that are held throughout the state, this community is also partnering with a local bike trail to hold events something I’m definitely looking forward to. I got to tour a couple of homes that were all very beautiful Hands down one of the best touring experiences I’ve had because of how well these ladies treat you with just the touring experience alone.I hope you ladies stay at this community for a long time because you are a huge part of the reason why we are choosing this community.Thank you Natalie for the snacks,YA’ll areAWESOME !😀

Wow just wow! I have been so impressed with my experience!! The team here has made the leasing process so easy! Kerrie, the manager, has been so incredibly helpful from the start. Even without seeing anything firsthand, (since it is still so new) she explained the entire process throughly and addressed all of my concerns. And when a problem has arisen, she gets out in front of it by offering solutions instead of just informing me of issues.While it is in a less developed area, I think that actually has its advantages. You get the convenience of living near a metropolitan area, while also enjoying the benefits of living somewhere quiet. I definitely will be recommending this place to my friends and family who are looking to move! I cannot wait to get settled in my new home!
