    The new property management is AMAZING. Let me start off by saying that the ladies in the front are very nice, personable handled any issues I had with a quickness.The maintenance is quick and efficient, and also super nice.I have not seen any 4/6/8 legged friends in my unit. My building is quiet, I really haven’t had any issues. Moving from out of state I was a ball of nerves but the ladies took care of me.The property manager Melanie is super understanding/ down to earth as so is Olivia. Would recommend

    I recently moved in last week, and I’m very impressed with the wonderful staff. Olga and Melenie made the moving process so easy and straightforward. They promptly answered all my questions and quickly addressed any needs, not just for new tenants but for the entire community. The place is beautifully maintained, and I’m excited to watch it continue to grow!

    The staff are really friendly and super responsive to any needs. Any time you step into the office you get a warm greeting. From start to finish the leasing process was seamless. The apartment is clean and has new appliances and flooring. Would recommend to anyone who works around the area and needs a clean and safe place to live. A++

    Stations 3700 is a perfect complex to move to , I moved in about 2 months ago with the new management they’ve treated me well and my apartment is perfect. The bad reviews are mostly from tenants that don’t want to follow rules or they are not taking care of their unit properly I have not had 1 insect in my unit till this day and I clean normally, also when it comes to noise , this area is quiet you rarely hear anything going on. If your on the first floor your bound to hear your upstairs neighbors here and there…the front office can only do so much. They handle service request in a timely manner and they are very responsive. Don’t listen to the bad reviews they are not what you think.

    Just moved in and they made the process so swift and easy! Olivia was my original agent and she was FANTASTIC! Her and Melanie were beyond helpful & always within an arms reach. The best way to contact them through out the day would probably be by email as they do get to that a little fast than the phone some times. BUT they are on their game either way.! Just moved in so any issues I’ve had they have gotten to it within 24 hours unless office was clothes due to the holidays. They get what’s needed done with no problems! I can see this being a long term thing! Keep up the great work guys 🤗❤️

    Station 3700 would be great a place to live, with my stamp of APPROVAL!!🫡🫡 Melanie, Olga, Olivia, and Madison were absolutely amazing during my transition from house to apartment. It was down to the wire situation....with my move process and the entire staff were so prompt in their responses reassuring me every step of the way. Im happy with my decision to move here. 🤗

    I have decided to move to an apartment to be closer to my job. (10 minutes away @ Frontier Communication in Coppell TX). As I prepare to get everything done with my new apartment. I needed to get a leasing verification for the office at Station 3700. But to my surprise, I walked in the office and a new management team had taken over. I talked to the new manager and the new office young ladies. I explained my urgency of getting my leasing verification done so that I can get the new apartment at great price. The manager gave me her email address and I forwarded her the other new apartment manager information and what was needed. The manager got my requested information over to the new apartment manager. I was able to get the great deal. So thanks to the new manager and her team for being nice and helpful.

    Ive been living at Station 3700 for a few weeks now and couldnt be happier with my experience. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, the staff is incredibly friendly ( Olga & Olivia ) and responsive to any concerns, and the community feels very safe and quiet. The location is perfect for me, close to shops and work making it a great place to call home.

    Let’s face it,, you are going to have issues everywhere but my concerns are the ability to address the issues.! Station 3700 has addressed all my issues in a very timely manner and all the solutions have been satisfactory.! I love them for that. The move in was easy thanks to valet trash, I literally broke down all my boxes and they took them to the trash.! This is the first valet service to ever do that for me.! I did have to take some time to get over some of the features I thought I would have like jetters in the tub and a smart thermostat but there are so many other features I love here like here like the flooring,, huge garden tub, and granite countertops.! I even noticed a whole in the fence by the dog park and although I did not report it,, they quickly boarded it right on up.! I love that.! The entire staff are very sweet and they are always willing to help.! The outside is soooo beautiful at night.! The lights,, sitting areas,, tennis court,, and pool area are absolutely gorgeous.! This is a great place to live and I’m happy I decided to stay here.! I’m happy to call this place my home.!

    I walked into the office to do a tour and saw the leasing agent Olivia and she was wonderful she had a great smile when I walked through the door and her customer service blew my mind. You never see that in a leasingoffice. She blew my mind. I will literally come in and rent five apartments from her.

    When I say this is the best place I have lived, it is. No apartment is perfect. But this year has been tough for me and when I say Alyssa and Payton are MVPS, they are fantastic. They will work with you if your honest. Its more than just a management company. They treat you like family. I can share any concern I have and they respond with urgency. They are in the business of doing right by there residence.Updated: 1/6/2024 Thank you Melanie and staff!!! Management company has since change, and when I say to you that I am so happy, that is an understatement. Times have been hard for everyone. One problem can go in to multiply. I say that to say, that Melanie and the staff have made it there business to work with you as long as your honest and hold your end of the bargain. I have been in some tight situations before and they have made it there business to make me feel comfortable when issues may arise. I do not plan on leaving here for a long time. Every apartment Complex has there good days and bad, but it is people like Melanie and her staff make crazy situations into better. Thank you.

    This property is so amazing!! I’ve been here for 5+ years and anytime I’ve had an issue, they have arrived the same day to support me. The consistent upgrades to the property makes it a place, that I will cherish forever!The evening games we are able to play with our neighbors in the office each week, allows you to meet/greet your neighbors!     I recently moved to Station 3700 Apartments in Euless, TX and I had the best experience working with the properties leasing agents Alyssa and Peyton. They were both very helpful and kind. They listened to my needs and preferences, and showed me several options that matched my criteria. They also explained the features and amenities of each unit, and answered all of my questions. With the exception that one knew more about lunar eclipses than the other, they were very knowledgeable and professional, and made me feel comfortable and confident.After signing the lease, Alyssa noticed that my expression did not show that I was very excited. And here is where I was really convinced, I made the right choice. From the moment I first met her, I could tell that Alyssa was truly dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction. She went above and beyond to assist me during a challenging situation with my apartment.Alyssa was incredibly patient and understanding as I shared my concerns about the apartment not meeting my expectations.     Crystal is a great rep for this apartment complex. She made me the best ice coffee today. I love the staff. I read some of these reviews and as a resident here. I did not have those experience. Never had roaches or water leaks. Tbh I never had to submit a work order. I’m loving it so far.

    I am honestly SHOCKED at all the bad reviews of Station 3700! I lived here for 2 years and never had one complaint. The only thing I didnt like was living on the 3rd floor, but that wasnt the apartment complexs fault. When I lived here, I worked the night shift at my job, not getting home until about 2:30am, and never ONCE felt unsafe walking alone in the dark. Everyone kept to themselves and I NEVER had bug problems, issues with the front office staff, problems getting a work order fixed, towing, or vandalism! I always paid my rent on time and never was overcharged for a single thing. Pricing was EXTREMELY affordable, even when I renewed. I would easily live here again if my job location ever changed. Dont believe everything you read. Remember that most of the time people dont post reviews unless they are very upset. Im hoping my positive review will make a difference.

    I absolutely love this apartment! Wonderful staff! Wonderful floor plan! Only thing that I HATE is the parking!!!! Its hardly ever anywhere to park! Maintenance is amazing! You put in a work order and right away they are working quickly to fix it for you! Best apartment Ive ever stayed in! Its a wonderful apartment and I recommend!

    My boyfriend and I moved in a month ago. We have loved every second of being here. The office staff has been very friendly, and helpful. The maintenance guy has made sure to take care of every issue we have had since we moved in, and did so very quickly. The complex is quiet, and everyone we have come across here has been so kind.

    I dont usually write reviews ( actually this will be my 1st) but I will say these apartments by far are the BEST apartments I have ever lived in! I am considered a very picky person and they have met my standards all around.. Maintenance is incredible.. Ill call and the next moment they are literally knocking on my door! Faster than Jimmy Johns .. Office staff are very friendly and professional.. Clean and very quiet complex.. I could leave my door open and come back to my stuff still in place.. Neighbors were very welcoming when I moved in.. Just all around great experience.. Not sure what any bad reviews were about but Im sure the management handled it appropriately... I hate that I have to leave and hoping to come back soon...

    I waited to give a review until I had been here a while. So its been 8 months & I love it. Parking can be a challenge sometimes but weve never had to park outside of the gate. Maintenence is the best, 24 hours or less to address any issue. I loved the pool this summer. The train took some getting use to in the beginning but I dont really notice it anymore. I am a light sleeper and it does not bother me. Good job guys. We will be here until we are ready to buy.

    Do you want to know what the problem of this complex is? Generally speaking, the people who are renting here!! Want to know why there are roaches, well for one because people leave trash outside their doors. The reason their vehicles get towed? Well they park their non-running vehicles in the few spaces available as if the parking lot is a storage yard. Expired registration, no license plates, parking in other peoples reserved spots, etc. Thats why they tow!! The residents play loud and vulgar music at night, outside smoking weed all hours, not picking up after their animals and leaving fecal matter on the grass, standing outside in groups throughout the night, loud parties at the pool with numerous people who are from nearby complexes using our pool. That is the residents making this community a place that people dont want to live. In the two years here, there are no complaints except the train, the neighbors and parking. The maintenance is GREAT! The office staff is great. The turnover is not high. Theyve replaced one person in 2 years while the other was promoted to manager. For the most part everyone minds their own business, which is the only good thing I can say about the neighbors. I dont have an issue with bugs at all. The appliances and countertops are outdated, but everything else is up to date. Is this a perfect complex? No, but for the square footage, quality of units and location, the rent is fair compared to nearby apartments. I would have to think that the people complaining are the residents I speak of who continuously disregard policies and live however they please. Pay your rent on time, abide by the community guidelines, and keep to yourself, that makes the stay here that much simpler.

    I’m giving Station 3700 and Sheree a 5 star on the strengthen that a lot of these reviews are false from the moment I drove up it was false. The gates are working and the pools are clean. They actually very professional and nice she showed me the info with no problem in which i already applied before even seeing the reviews .. but that’s so unfair of y’all to say false things . I’m sitting in the parking lot writing this.. thank you again Sheree

    This is only the 2nd apartment Ive lived in but I have no major complaints. Maintenance is top knotch here and actually fix the issues you have instead of putting a bandaid on them. I do notice we get roaches from time to time but imInot sure if thats the consequence of living on the first floor or if there are dirty tenants attracting them. I really wish management/property owner woywolisten to our complaints about the parking situation or that theydttow the vehicles that dont belong here. Overall, itsi a quiet community with a couple of annoying tenants but nothing bad enough to avoid this place. Also, please pick up after your dogs, people.

    Loved his place and it was awesome! This place was good for me and was close to everything in the DFW Metroplex. Rebecca was amazing and very helpful. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.
