    I’ve been living at the Starling at Bridgeland apartment complex for a while now, and I have to say, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. I am genuinely surprised by the negative reviews because my time here has been the complete opposite.Amanda, the complex manager, deserves a special mention. She has been incredibly helpful and responsive to any issues that have come up. Her dedication and professionalism are truly commendable. Having worked in facility management myself, I understand the challenges that come with the job. Property management is often at the mercy of nature, supply chain issues, and labor shortages. As soon as one problem is resolved, another one can arise. Despite these challenges, Amanda and her team have always been on top of things, ensuring that residents are well taken care of (or informed when a resolution isnt a quick fix).The staff here are not only efficient but also very pleasant to deal with. They have made my stay here feel like home, which is something I deeply appreciate, especially after having some nightmare experiences in other apartments.If you’re looking for a place where the management truly cares about its residents and works hard to maintain a high standard of living, I highly recommend the Starling at Bridgeland. This place is home for me!

    Starling at Bridgeland is a 5 star property and hands down first class all the way! Management is absolutely the best in the business, they have worked with me and my fiancé every step of the way to start our life together. I highly recommend this property and encourage anyone considering an upscale apartment to move in ASAP. I have read some reviews and understand concerns but I whole heartedly know that if you have any questions or concerns just contact Paige,Vanessa, Karissa, or Kaayla and they will help you with any question or issue that you may have.

    Hey there! Just wanted to share how great things are at the office lately. Vanessa is rocking it as the APM, and I met Page today(the new property manager)- shes awesome! The property has seen lots of improvements since Amanda left, and the atmosphere and communication are so much better now. Feeling really happy and grateful for these positive changes. Love being a part of this community! ❤️

    I recently moved to the area from out of town and was completely overwhelmed with the apartment search process—until I met Vanessa.     This has been a great move for me and my kid, great location from nearby stores and restaurants. Kharissa and kayla worked really hard to make my move in go very smoothly, the ladies are very knowledgeable, and sweet and very helpful when it came to asking questions about the property and amenities.     My kids and I really love living here! We are transferring units and Amanda (manager) and Vanessa have gone above and beyond to help me with this move. I can’t gush on these ladies enough! The property is clean and any maintenance issues are addressed quickly. We love the pool and the gym is also great! Being right down the street from our elementary school is an added bonus. Sure, things happen at large complexes but the management is fantastic and do their very best to address any issues as they arise. Happy resident here!

    I am absolutely obsessed with this apartment complex! We have a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony, the office staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance crew comes in a timely manner to help with anything that needs to be fixed. Our apartment was spotless when we moved in and I have not had any issues with any of the staff. There are plenty of amenities to accommodate families and pet owners with the dog parks, trails, pool, and playground for the kids. The property owner, Yolanda, has welcomed us with open arms since we’ve gotten here and has been very helpful throughout our move in process, really making us feel like members of a tight knit community :) I highly recommend taking a tour and making Starling at Bridgeland your place to call home!

    This has been one of the easiest and best experiences we’ve had when looking for our new place to call home! Beautiful property inside and out. And I can’t say enough great things about Vanessa! She is amazing at what she does! She was super kind and patient with us! She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and concerns. Never once did we feel rushed or unwelcome.     Been living here for over a year now, we renewed without any second guessing. The complex is safe, quiet and has quick access to 99. The dog park is a great amenity for energetic dogs, and the staff is friendly and quick to assist with any issues that come up. Having lived in several dodgy and run down complexes over the years it’s a breath of fresh air to find one where we don’t regret signing the lease after the first month but instead are happy to renew.

    My wife and I are wrapping up our time at Starling, and overall weve had a wonderful experience.During our application process, the staff was helpful, efficient, and made things simple for us coming from out of state. Our move-in was seamless and the staff was available throughout. Each team member has been kind, responsive, and hospitable for our requests, questions, etc.Things weve loved: We have wonderful neighbors, and its nice to live in a community where people are welcoming and friendly. The valet trash service has been very consistent, and the crew gets right to our unit at the same time each day. Living on the first floor with a dog has been a gamechanger, as the small yard makes life easier for us. The access to the walking trails and parks in the neighborhood is a huge perk.There are some unavoidable parts of living in close proximity to others with some of the noise and construction nearby, but some of it is a part of sharing walls and being in an area thats still developing. Starling has been my favorite of the four apartments that Ive lived in. Were going to miss this place and the community here!

    After going through multiple loops to get the apartment leased, Sarah, Janet (?), & Amanda all were a significant help on my move in day of 6/21. Amanda even stayed long after business hours just to get me in the doors (my home is 2 hours away and I was loaded down with everything).Everything has been very nice, quiet and clean, and I absolutely love the location and developing areas in the surrounding neighborhood(s)

    We’ve lived here for about 6 months. The area is definitely nice. I have to say, my neighbors who I have around me are so welcoming and kind. I have had no issues with the office and management. They’ve been able to help me with anything we may need. They are helpful, professional and very kind. We do appreciate the events that they have, my kids certainly love it. Our stay here has been very quiet and we are pleased so far.

    Our experience has been very positive since the tour, lease signing and moving in. We had to sign the lease and move in over the holiday weekend, and Isiah Darton was very helpful and accommodating so our family could move in time.Recently, our furnace stopped working and the management team and maintenance crew immediately responded during after hours to ensure we stayed warm.

    This is by far one of the nicest communities Ive seen while looking for a new place. You can tell that the staff really care about the community because of how well-kept it was when I toured. Everyone was very friendly and professional when I arrived for my tour. Delmy helped me and was honestly the BEST and super knowledgeable about the community. She was prompt to answer any questions that I had and if she was not able to answer one, someone else on the staff would help out as well! The manager Yolanda was super pleasant when I called back about a few additional questions. Overall, I had a great experience and decided to lease here!

    Lovely complex all around. Amenities are generous, noise level is low, landscape is maintained, and all in all it’s peaceful living in a high quality complex. The apartments are beautiful and modern, internet is FAST, and we even have a little backyard for our dog- he loves it! There’s plenty of parking and all entry points into the community are secured via access gates that only residents can open. There’s also a dog park for both small and big dogs! Lastly, the location of this complex is perfect; it’s not packed into a tight spot like some others, and it’s less than a 10 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. Best apartments in the area without question.

    We want to start this off by saying Jordan and Phill (when he worked here) were super helpful through everything. We transferred from a one bedroom into a two bedroom In march. We’ve been here since October 2022. When we first discussed the transfer with the leasing office, the staff told us to talk with the manager, Yolanda. They said she would reach out. We went a week and a half calling, emailing and going in person and it was “not a good time”. We were told we would not be charged a transfer fee of $500 due to military service. Sure enough, we get charged $500 transfer fee. We have tried to communicate with them to get everything figured out. The landscaping team threw wet grass patches on my car and I took a picture and brought it to the staff and stated they needed to pay for a car detail ($150) because a basic car wash wasn’t getting it off the clear coat. They told us they would talk with the manager and see what they could do. 2 1/2 months later, nothing. Every time we try to call and talk with them they never answer. Maintenance has walked right in multiple time without knocking or notifying us that they’re coming. As far as the complex goes, it’s a safe community. There are great people living here! Nice units as well as amenities. The complex is very safe and well maintained!Update: We were contacted by Yolanda to sit down and discuss everything. We were all able to come to an end goal and starling was able to make it right in the best way they could! Maintenance has already improved on their communication by email letting us know when they’re coming by.

    When my husband received a new position at a local church, Community of Faith, we knew we wanted to relocate to somewhere closer to the people we would serve. We were so excited to move to Cypress and toured almost every apartment complex in the area. Of all these, Starling at Bridgeland was the most updated and while maintaining an open format! We had 2 things on the top of our list: a big closet and a shower with no tub. Starling was the ONLY one that had both things and more! We couldn’t be happier with our apartment. From the moment we got here the staff were kind and more than happy to help with any questions we had. We’re so glad we found this community and would highly recommend to anyone looking to move to the area.

    I just handed in my keys today haven moved out of here. I felt to update my review. They are a v good professional people and in ALL my dealings with them, they are true professionals and v good people. Its v ok that you will have questions when dealing with them (and indeed anyone) and it is sensible to ask your questions respectfully, maturely. Though I no longer reside here, I still have the utmost highest respects for them all round. I would have loved to continue living here but I am now a home owner hence I moved. Folks, NOTHING goes according to plan (to some people, this is news, lol). When things go wrong, what should you do? Most folks complain but maturity says you ACT (call or visit, strange yes? Lol). Had some issues during my applying and all, calls didnt resolve it hence I visited REPEATEDLY but point is, they ALL got resolved and I am happy, ready to move in. I think most folks should wake up to REALITY before making negative posts, just saying. Will keep yall updated with progress. CheersAs a follow up to my above review, I have been living here since December last year up to this hour. I am very happy, very pleased, perfect imv. My moving in here was and is a v good decision, absolutely zero regrets.
