I was driving by the area and I seen this beautiful complex. I decided to come in and get info. Sydney was an amazing help!! She accommodated me and gave me so much information, & a tour even though I walked in without an appointment. The staff works tirelessly to keep everything spotless—I haven’t seen a single pest, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. I’m also impressed by how secure the property feels. The rules are actually enforced, which creates a peaceful and safe living environment.Management is incredibly welcoming and approachable, and the community events they organize really add a sense of belonging. It feels more like a home than just a place to live. The maintenance team deserves recognition too—they are so timely, efficient, and helpful. There was an issue with the floor plan on their website which initially caused some confusion, but Latoya was exceptionally supportive and proactive in resolving it. Her kindness and dedication to ensuring tenant satisfaction really stood out to me. I also want to extend a special thanks to Lauren, who was incredibly friendly and quickly arranged necessary initial services like pest control. Just finished our tour here with Jordan! She was very nice and informative and answered all of our questions we had.The apartments are really nice and clean! We looked at the 797sqft apartment which had plenty of room for a couple in a 1 bed & 1 bath! The room came with a nice Long Island that can fit stools and plenty of room for cooking! Bedroom had plenty of space with carpet flooring (can fit a king bed)Bathroom isnt connected but still plenty room with a single sink and tub shower!Now all we have to do is decide!Thanks Jordan!

It’s a brand new facility where so many lucky residents reside! :) Me personally living there but my lucky friends are staying there and got to explore a little of inside and I love the place so if you are looking for a place to stay, I’ll recommend this place plus this place is located in such a convenient place where you can access to so many grocery shops as well as clothing like Ross and targets! Personally, I love the facts that Fiesta 🪅 is near by!Anyways, come and enjoy and live well😉

I moved in when the property was Alta Med Main and under old management. Things have changed but havent had major issues with new management either. The gate is sometimes down, but I do like how they have 24/7 security officers on site. Good location! Loved my actual unit a lot!The real purpose of my review is to give kudos to Mr. Herbert in maintenance. He was incredibly nice and helpful while I was a resident. I recently moved out and he went above and beyond to make sure the movers could access the loading zone/freight elevator after hed already pulled out the trash bins for the garbage collection. He didnt have to do that for me. I appreciate all of his help making my move out really smooth.

I moved into Stadia Med Main this summer and from day 1 Melicia and the front office staff have been great! They are always available to answer questions and make sure any maintenance or property concerns I have are resolved. Also Herb and his team are great at getting things done immediately! The property is clean and the amenities are great for a reasonable price.

I love living here! All the amenities and upkeep are worth it. All the staff is so fun and nice. Mr. Herbert, apart of the service team, is the sweetest and makes sure you are well taken care of. Thank you for all you do Mr. Herbert!Only con (not complex fault) is the lack of care some residents have for their animals. Multiple occasions of people letting their dogs poop on the sidewalk, indoor halls, common areas, and even balconies (then throws it off balcony..) making it easy for someone to step in and/or just look disgusting.

Mr. Herbert just recently came in on his time off due to an emergency here on the property, and I am ever so grateful for Mr. Herbert as he also provided my family and I with water during our water outage. I mean he was on vacation and still answered the call, and provided assistance like no other without complaint. I love this apartment is super nice and always smelling fresh and clean. They have security and all the amenities including the gym and lounges are spacious quiet. Also Herbert Turner the maintenance guy is always helping out. He is very attentive and makes sure maintenance request are filled the same day also anything else needed. This apartment is safe and close to the medical center. There’s also a lot of fast food places on the same street.

This is a beautiful complex! I am a property manager myself(10+ years in), and I had recently came to visit my sister whom is currently a resident of Stadia Med Main. I don’t usually think of leaving reviews but when I read some of the negative comments, I felt the need to post my experience and opinion as a property manager. It seems as if some commenters are not satisfied with the neighborhood, which is something that one typically looks into prior to moving. I felt very safe while visiting and my sister has never had any safety concerns during the whole time she has stayed here. I wouldn’t be able to tell you if the neighborhood was a bad neighborhood, the property didn’t feel as so! No matter how much security a building has, it is impossible to ensure that there will never be an incident. I’m sure we have all seen a vehicle gate operate, it does not close so close to a car to the point nothing can fit in right after. I see a comment where someone took a picture of a piece of garbage in the hallway; another impossible thing is to be able to keep an eye on every part of the property 24/7. My sister gave maintenance a call because we noticed a small mess on the property and they came and took care of it right away! This management company deserves all their stars! There are things that will happen that are out of property management’s control but as long as they acknowledge the issue and take care of it, they are doing exactly what they are supposed to! This is a very nice beautiful property, very modern yet comfy! There are great amenities, beautiful appliances, also good restaurants and the perfect convenient stores in the vicinity of the property. I would recommend to anybody looking to relocate!

Mrs. Melecia, Mrs. Areli, Mrs. Maria, Mr. Loronzo, and the rest of the staff are amazing!!! They are all very kind and attentive. They all try their very best to meet your needs and accommodate you at best. If you need something and they’re not sure they’ll find someone who does. Once you bring something to there attention they hop on it as soon as they can. They have a pretty good turn around time on getting things done and it varies for certain situations, but given the case reasonable turn around with a positive outcome. Mrs. Melecia is very helpful, kind, and makes you feel right at home with her bubbly personality. Mrs. Melecia goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need, and answers all your questions without judgment. Mrs. Areli is also very kind and does an amazing job keeping our property clean, fresh, & safe. I’ve noticed how Mrs. Areli gets to work way ahead of time to start her day, and I feel thats a positive way to start your day. When you start your day in that way you can take your time, clear your mind, and unload. It also helps assist you to properly prepare and give it your best. The maintenance and security do an amazing job as well. I rarely encounter Mrs. Maria & Mr. Loronzo but when I have they have been very helpful, alway’s working and getting things done. They also keep the coffee machine stocked as much as they can. I can say that at first it may have been a bit rocky with transition, but now that I have grown to know them more I am satisfied with the service I receive as well as location. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Not only is it across from nrg, but the area has multiple restaurants nearby. Variety of amenities with a pool that has in-pool lounge chairs with an amazing and clean scenery. Alta Med Main by far is the best community in the Med Center! I mean, wow! The amenities, finishes, the staff! I toured with Dennis and he was amazing and really nice.
