I love these apartments and the staff here. We have lived here for a year, and our lease is coming to a close only moving because we are moving to another city.Firstly, we moved here without seeing the apartments since we were moving from out of state. Marie was beyond helpful with answering our questions and helping us get settled in. She has always super friendly and nice.The facilities are well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly. The neighbors are kind.My only qualm is that we did have to do a deep cleaning when we moved in. Im not sure how well or if the apartment was cleaned before we came. Things were promptly addressed by the leasing office and maintenance, though.I would definitely reccomend living here to anyone!

I’m absolutely obsessed with my whole experience and my apartment. I have a two bedroom two bath and Mrs Marie Has been So patient and so kind to me and I love the scenery. I love the layout. I love every inch of St. Martin! I can see myself living here for the next 2-3 years before I have kids!

Great experience so far. Victoria helped me get set up and all of the staff members were helpful and informative with my questions. No major issues that would make me discourage others to come here. However, there is only one first world problem I have. Parking. Finding parking can be a struggle depending on the time you get to your apartment, but if you dont mind walking an extra 2-3 minutes to your apartment, this shouldnt be a problem. Overall, my experience here at St. Marin has been wonderful. The office staff has been great to me and the maintenance team fixed issues in my unit. I would definitely encourage my friends to come to St. Marin.

Been living here for 3 years and we love it. The office staff is wonderful Devin, Marie and Victoria, theyre very friendly and customer service is top tier. The property is very well maintained and they always have some type of appreciation days for their tenants.

Nice apartment! The bathroom doorways are a little small and thats where the washer/dryer hookups are in our unit. Definitely measure yours before trying to get it inside. Its hit or miss getting responses to emails to the front office but that is at most apartment complexes from my experience. Would still definitely recommend it here! Great location close to DFW airport and close to sooo many good restaurants! Oh and really great amenities, especially the pools and gyms.

They were very informative and helpful in my apartment search. They also have beautiful units and the community seems like a great town to raise a family. I really appreciate all the help given in my search. The application process was quick and fast. For the most part they always answered the phone or called me right back. Thanks Devin for helping me & Jared I believe for helping me when Devin was not available.

Apartment is in a great location, the neighbors are quiet and the place is clean. Maintenance is pretty prompt in responding and repairing items. The one drawback to this location is that you can only get AT&T here and only the lowest internet package which adversely impacts usage and connectivity for multiple devices at multiple times. Otherwise, great community

We have loved it here very much! The community events are adorable and the area is so quiet. I couldn’t imagine a better home. Our dogs love the dog park and the trail behind the property. Parking is great and we haven’t had any issues!

St.Marin Apartment Community located in Coppell, Tx. Is a beautiful garden style community with plenty of green grass, trees, courtyards, 2 dog parks, 3 swimming pools, and 2 fitness centers. There is plenty of extra parking at each building and garages ( both attached and detached). The location is great and close to major highways and a variety of shopping. The Office and Maintenance Staff are attentive and wonderful! The floorpans are spacious and offer many options. I always feel safe and the grounds are kept very clean. The Recycle Program is a plus! I have lived here for 8 years and I hope to continue living here.

Great community. Maintenance quick and smooth. Clear communications from management office. Buildings are also very good. Good equipments. No complaints with hvac or drainage. Great location too - 10 mins to all major groceries, 8 mins to Universal Academy coppell (k-12), 5 mins from all major schools. Calm and quiet neighborhood.

I have to edit this review Ive written a couple of months ago. We are living here for 4th month already and things have got so much better now. Their maintenance started working hard and dealing with our issues. They became even quicker with cleaning the pools. I love all the community programs they do for residents. I couldnt be more satisfied.Here is my original review from 4 months ago:Nice apartments and conditions. The pools are nice and clean. Gym is great. Staff is friendly. The only disadvantage is the maintenance which never ever follows back. And the fact that you have to pay for waste away service even if you are not using it is frustrating

I have only lived at St. Marin for about two and a half weeks, but it has been such a great experience! When I first toured the complex, Devin from the office drove us around the complex and gave us all the information we needed to know about St. Marin. She is very knowledgeable and informative, and she answered all of my questions and concerns honestly. The property is very well maintained, but my only issue this far is that no one picks up after their pets, even though there are SEVERAL pet waste stations throughout the complex.There are plenty of parking spaces throughout the complex, which is great if you don’t want to spend the extra money on a garage or covered parking.The maintenance team is wonderful! They are very quick to fix any issues you might have, and they are nice and respectful of your home.Overall, even though I haven’t lived here long, I’ve enjoyed it so far, and can see myself living here for quite a while. I would definitely recommend St. Marin to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!

St. Marin Apartments and staff have been nothing but amazing! We enjoy living here at this community and have had a wonderful experience with the apartments as well as the office staff. The grounds are pretty clean, the 3 pools are very nice and we love the dog parks as well as the gym near the office. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place they call home. 10/10!!

My husband and I have been here for almost a year. We renew our contract because we love the place. Definitely recommend living here. The only Issued is the gentleman that work as a leasing agent. He is Rude. He talks to you very ugly. Every single time Ive gone to the office he always been very rude. I will definitely recommend to go with Marie or the other young Hispanic lady I forgot her name. But other than that I love the place.

This is absolutely the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The original apartment that we were supposed to have smelled strongly of cigarette smoke because the neighbor heavily smokes in their own apartment. Marie had us upgraded at no additional cost the very same day. Absolutely the sweetest and most accommodating leasing agent. Beautiful grounds, great amenities.

Moved into St. Marin last month and I have loved every second of my stay. The entire staff has been very helpful with the entire process of signing for an apartment and the move-in process was very organized. Maintenance has responded and completed my work orders within 24 hours, which is extremely convenient. The amenities are all top notch and newly renovated. I am thankful to call this place my home.

I lived in three different apartments over the course of 5 years at this complex. As someone who moved every year on the year this place is by far my favorite complex. I am not sure what they have done in the past years, but adding some wood floor options would be a fantastic option rather than only have it in the kitchen.As far as amenities go..... we loved that there were two different gyms and the fact that there was a basketball court available for use at almost all hours of the day was amazing. Not many places offer a court as a perk.

My wife and I enjoyed the three year stay in the St. Marin apartments. It was a quiet, a safe and a well diverse place that I have ever lived. There are plenty of places to walk, ride bikes and trails to explore. Plenty of parking and nice managers. The only problem is nosy neighbors.

St Marin is the best place ever to live in Coppell. Greystar is the best management company ever. St Marin has Excellent staff very professional and friendly, Marie and the guy, I dont remember his name, well he is the only guy in the office very nice people. Been here for 2 years! A pretty good experience all around. Right at the end though they upped our rent from $1500 to $2500 without notice. Completely unresponsive to emails, went to the office and they said they would work something out and call me; they never did. Disappointed it had to end this way. :(EDIT: Called and we worked out a compromise! I really appreciate Karen for being so understanding and working with me. Upped from 2 to 4 stars.

Being here for about 2 months and loving the apartment so far. Jerod was really great and helpful with the whole process from taking a tour to signing the lease and moving in .Taking away 1 star because from what i can see and was told some of the amenities are only open during business hours and that makes no sense. For example the gym is only open (10am-6pm the leasing office hours) who goes to the gym at such time when they are at work? Please come up with a way to have the gym opened longer, there is a back door so not sure why it is a problem. would have been 5 stars otherwise.

St.Marin has been an awesome choice. I went from living with myself, in with 2 roommates. This transition has been more then pleasant. The apartment location is so central between several cities, we have kind neighbors, and the gyms/pools are better then Ive had prior. Staff is on top of their game & as sweet as can be. This felt like home from the time we pulled in.

The apartment is in prefect condition, quiet and comfortable, all the staffs are great, and the environment is elegant and comfortable.The range of activities in the community is wide and safe. The indoor recreational facilities and gym equipment are of high quality, especially the indoor basketball court is worth recommending to everyone.

This is my second year living here and Ive had zero to none complaints. Floor plans and amenities are great. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, management will take care of it the day of, if not the next. Seems like management gets to know their tenants on a personal basis and its been truly a pleasure living. Highly recommend!

St. Marin is a very good apartment in the Coppell area. The apartments are spacious with beautiful floor plans. One can find all the necessary items nearby. Overall it is a good place to live.

St. Marin is an amazing apartment complex. I lived there for a year. The office is very friendly and will work with you. They will hold packages for you since it is a gated community. There are 2 laundry facilities as well as a swimming pool & an excellent fitness center. There is also a grill available for residents to use. Theres a walking trail around the neighborhood, great for strolls with pets. The area is very safe. The maintenance department is quick to respond & efficient. The walls in the apartments are paper thin so you can hear the neighbors, I could even hear phone vibrations. They do pest control on a regular basis, and thus never had a pest problem. They do increase the rent after a year, but reasonable. The apartment complex is close to major highways, there used to be a grocery store next door but that closed. But Walmart is about 10 minutes away, Kroger & CVS is about 5 mins. Lots of culinary options nearby. Overall would definitely recommend St. Marin apts.

Wonderful experience so far. I moved to St. Marin 3 years ago in a one bedroom apartment. Now my family is increasing so we needed to move into a 2 bedroom apartment, We chose St. Marin and didnt want to move anywhere else. We just moved this month and love our new 2 bedroom apartment.

A nice quiet neighborhood. I Just wish I knew that the floors were super hollow. I can hear everything my neighbor and her children do upstairs. It can be a headache when it’s constant running but other than that the neighborhood is nice.
