Ive been a tenant for quite some years now and never had a problem neither with management or maintenance im still very happy at my apartment its a pretty good environment and property well taken care of,I will recommend Spanish creek to people looking for an apartment as we continue to enjoy Spanish creek..thank you Liz for a job we done -

Good place to live, its quiet and peaceful and the manager Elizabeth is a very helpful and very understanding person who helped me diring the pandemic finding rental assistance programs to help with rent, she went above and beyond for me as im sure she has done for many of her tenants..Great Staff -
