    Great location, near to Galleria, airport, walking to restaurants and amenities. I love connection with all Houston freeways and the building is nice and clean and now under ā€œSODOā€ admin is clean of ā€œsmokersā€ and ā€œgangsā€ This situation was bad in the past but now very good I love my apartment (more than 7 years) windows from top to floor a lot of daylight and great views and amazing sunsets

    Leasing process was detailed but smooth.The Leasing Office staff were helpful and professional.The facilities are well maintained and functioning. I was worried about the elevators breaking down and causing delays going in and out when I was moving in but after several months, this hasnā€™t been an issue. Within the tower, itā€™s generally nice and clean, but the Parking lot can be tidier, especially the elevators.Security is generally good with LE showing up onsite every now and then. But itā€™s important to be vigilant at ALL times since this is Downtown!The Concierge are friendly and helpful.Now for the best part, the views, the view, the viewsā€¦of Downtown are spectacular especially at sunset and late at night when the lights come onā€¦worth every Dollar šŸ‘šŸ¼

    Valentin is a great leasing agent! Heā€™s professional, attentive to detail, and quick to provide answers. His knowledge of downtown and the surrounding area really stood out, he gave me a thorough tour and pointed out some great spots to check out on weekends.I originally had my eye on a specific apartment, but after I explained my priorities like a good view, plenty of living room space, and a large closet. He suggested a unit that was an even better fit. Iā€™m really happy with my choice and excited to move in. Highly recommend working with Valentin!

    Valentin was awesome to work with! He made everything so straightforward and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed.     I love living here at SoDo Main because of its prime location, huge floor to ceiling windows, balcony, and many more such as the rooftop pool and gym plus the concierge service, etc. I like that I get to walk around and get on public transportation. There is always something to see or do around here and places close to here such as Montrose or Midtown. Moreover, this place has diversity!Cons: The apartment and their amenities are not in a 100% brand new condition because of course! So, there are minor wear and tear, here and there. Other than that, if youā€™re looking to live in Downtown, definitely come and check out SoDo Main.

    Valentin and Stu helped me with my move in and weā€™re of great help! Very professional.Yesterday my AC was having issues and within an hour of putting in a ticket, Fredy had it fixed. He was very professional, friendly and did an awesome job.There is a great team here!

    The office staff here are always friendly and make sure residents feel welcome. If assistance is needed theyre incredibly helpful and responsive. The maintenance team responds quickly to service request and ensure that everything is taking care of efficiently. And lets not forget concierge how they are always attentive and friendly!

    My experience with the management so far has been very positive. The whole process from getting the apartment tour, submitting the application, to moving in, everything went smoothly and it only took 3 business days which itā€™s pretty efficient. the leasing team and the concierge are very attentive and helpful.     I have been living here since July. Overall there has been some minor issues with elevators. As of now seems to be fixed. Amenities and appliances are nice. Security is a great, there is a locked garage for your vehicle. Staff is great and has gone through some changes. Maintenance is fast and effective. Walls are thick so I never really have any issues with noisy neighbors. Metrorail is walking distance so location is great. I would recommend if you want a nice city apartment with some good views.

    I just moved in from NYC a few months ago, and my experience here has been excellent. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, apartment quality is great, and I love the luxury amenities I get for a fraction of the cost Iā€™d get in Manhattan. Plus I canā€™t forget about the views!! Living here is almost like being in a hotel šŸ˜†

    SoDo on Main is a nice place to live with a good location.Wether you want the night life , a bite to eat our coffee spots its all walking distance from SoDo.The skydeck and pool has a nice view of downtown.The fitness room has all the equipment you need to get in shape.

    The apartments were really chic and modern. I had an amazing tour with Raul who took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel at ease with the leasing process. Additionally, Raul was thorough with the tour and showed me the very cool gym/rooftop features. The view is SO cool from the rooftop pools. I would 10/10 recommend checking out this complex if you are looking to move downtown. While I sat to review some options I had the delight to meet the property manager Heidi and leasing agent Madison. What a kind and welcoming team!I know how important the management is for the day to day living experience and I know this team really cares. Additionally there is 24/7 concierge and a fully staffed, energized maintenance team. Tour with Raul and you will leave with a smile and possibly a new home :)!

    Very nice complex. Beautiful actually. Upstairs is so awesome. Pool, pool table, fitness room, plenty of space to entertain. Residents are friendly. Staff is friendly. The whole place makes you feel very secure and safe.

    The apartments built well and the views are gorgeous, Gina Damian was a remarkable and truly put forth a lot of dedication as the leasing professional. Her knowledge and expertise made a new resident such as myself feel confident about moving in. The initiative really spoke for itself, as she had stayed back nearly 2 hours after their offices scheduled to close in order to help me in getting the proper form of payment for my keys on my move in date.     Just moved in today! Stay in the south tower. Ken has been absolutely fantastic from the beginning! These apartments are very under market value for what you get! I recommend this place to anyone! Here comes to many years of calling this place home!

    This double skyhouse complex has amazing floor layouts to choose from. It has direct access to engage in the vibrant downtown Houston community.     Tiffany has been super amazing since I toured the place. Iā€™ve had my eye on SoDo for a few years, but after touring with her, I quickly made up my mind. She was super sweet, punctual, and she walked me through all of the steps. After I was approved, she continued to work with me because my job changed my move date.     My experience at SoDo On Main has been excellent! The staff are very welcoming and super helpful, and the views of downtown were amazing. Plus, the amenities are impressive, such as the fitness center and rooftop sky deck. My move-in went smoothly because the loading dock is just a few feet away from the freight elevator, and the concierge is available 24 hours a day. I recommend speaking with Tiffany, Val, Gina, or Stu. They will help you find what youā€™re looking for!

    Iā€™ve lived here for 3 years now and management has changed a few times. In short, the amenities and building are awesome. I canā€™t give five stars because the increased security has been a detriment to my experience and Iā€™ve had a few negative experiences with management. But overall this is a very solid place to live, so you wonā€™t go wrong checking it out.Pro Tip: try to get an apartment that faces the skyline downtown. My view is awesome.

    I have been a resident of SoDo on Main for the past several months and am so thankful we chose to live on this luxury property in the middle of Downtown Houston. The amenities are top notch and the property is excellently maintained. The concierge and security service, which most residential buildings in Houston do not have, are present 24/7. This is a huge bonus of living at this location. The buldings are also super dog friendly in case you have any pups! The management offices are fully staffed with friendly and attentive teams who are always most helpful. If youre worried about parking Downtown, the garages offer safe and cost-effective options located right off the light rail and Downtown Transit Center. By public transportation and rideshare, youre just 10 minutes away from the Theatre and Museum Districts, Montrose, and Midtown. The community is diverse, friendly and respectful. We live on the 5th floor and the views of the city are stunning, especially at night (the rooftop decks even better)!

    Clean, cute apartments with hardwood floors. Great place to land between sale of house and new build. Everyone else here is young, hip and ripped. I understand that it can be extremely difficult managing a community as big as SoDo and she does it with so much grace!Original Review: Iā€™ve lived here for 3 months now and I honestly love it! The security is great, concierge is nice, apartments are nice, most of the leasing agents are as well. Unfortunately I can only give 2 stars because Iā€™m a firm believer in how you treat people. Even if itā€™s only 1 person, it represents the entire company. I just hope that the individual learns how to approach people and talk to people with grace.There was an incident where I did something that I wasnā€™t aware was ā€œnot allowed.ā€ I was not bothering anyone, it was not written in my lease, and another agent also told me that it was fine. Well today I was confronted in a very nasty and embarrassing way in front of my friend. Iā€™m not sure if the agent expected me to argue with her but I just have a polite ā€œokā€ because clearly sheā€™s going through something and Iā€™ll be praying for her. If I could paint a picture of what happened, it would be a white lady going off on two black girls while a group of white people were meeting in the next room. I was in disbelief and found it unacceptable. I hope this can be addressed, however I still wish her nothing but peace and love! (It was Mary)

    I have absolutely loved living here at SoDo on Main, I was moving out of my old apartment and needed to find somewhere to move into in a short amount of time. I was worried that I was going to have to downgrade into a place that was not as nice as where I was staying before.Fortunately, for me SoDo on Main has one of the best management teams around town! Trust me this is not an easy title to obtain.In December I experienced amazing support and flexibility when Mary was able to arrange for me to get a tour and sign my lease all with only two weeks to get things arranged.Now here in August I experienced exceptional compassion and understanding when Ashley was able to help me waive a late fee I accidentally acquired weā€™re not paying close enough attention to how I had my auto pay set up. She took the time to explain it to me and helped me correct the issue without penalizing me.Not only does SoDo on main offer luxury living, great amenities, a high level of security with a ridiculously convenient location in the heart of Houston, the management team here is unbeatable. You will not find this kind of professionalism and kindness any where guaranteed.

    Odilia made this process so so so smooth it was a long one for me but she was really nice and understanding and I really appreciate her!!!update: I have been living here for 2 months now and i can confidently say I love it here. Iā€™ve never liked my previous apartments but this is the first one I can say I really love. Everyone here is friendly I have no complaints and I look forward to coming home everyday.

    I recently had to move Houston from Seattle. It was a very sudden unexpected move and this is my first apartment of my very own! My leasing agent Loretta has been absolutely amazing through the entire process! Not only has she kept me in the loop through the application process she has been so thorough in the entire process ensuring I understand and know what is going on. Couldnā€™t be happier thank you!

    This has been the best experience ever, Loretta made this journey effortlessly easy. She was very responsive and accommodating. The Staff and concierge are also very nice. I think they need 7 stars honestly.I cant relate to any of these negative reviews and i recommend this place 100%.

    The concierge (Josh) was more than helpful with a car tow situation. He provided all of the necessary info for future parking circumstances, and even went so far as to help try to locate the car and where it was being held. His attempt to prevent the tow failed but the effort is more than admirable. From start to finish, the ownership & leadership in this display is what any company should want to see from an employee.. and it should also be rewarded with a raise AND promotion

    Marlene is absolutely amazing! My partner and I were shopping around a few lofts with our apartment locator and fell in love with SoDo! We were informed that scheduling to get in for a tour was difficult, but knew this was where we wanted to be, especially after reading the reviews about the beautiful views, 24hr security, and how the area is developing. The reviews said they were hard to get in contact with, but rightly so! They are always out showing property and speaking with clients. Marlene was soooo detailed with us and went over and beyond our expectations! She took her time showing us properties in both the N and S buildings, and crunching numbers! She even spent time with us after 5 to make sure we left happy! I couldnā€™t have asked for a better management team!

    I emailed inquiring about the apartment end of November and they responded within minutes to set up a tour. On the day of the tour the staff was friendly. Odelia was the person assisting me with the tour. She was awesome she was friendly, knowledgable, and super helpful. After the tour she gave me all the info I need to apply and I was approved to move in March.
