    This apartment housing is 5-8 minutes walking to UTSA. 3 minutes to shuttle. I would say its best for its breathtaking view. The new management takes maintenance request seriously and issues usually get solved within a day.

    Skyvue has come a long way in the last couple of years and the management is top notch. Jay and Roel and nice and very friendly and they have helped me with anything Ive needed like moving me and my family into a new unit promptly. The apartments are very nice and modern and due to the location of this complex being so close to UTSA and fairly close to the top of Chase Hill Blvd. some units have a nice view of the surrounding area and even the city. If you are looking for a place to call home, look no further than Skyvue!

    I have been waiting for a bunch of stuff to be taken care of since December 1, 2023. I was dealing with another individual and was given numerous excuses to why they couldn’t be done. I am now only talking with Wuilmer, the actual property manager and my entire list of issues has been resolved. He is truly on top of everything and communicates exceptionally. He is definitely there to make the property pleasant and welcoming and he does so with ease. Wuilmer definitely cares about his tenants!! If it weren’t for him, I would have considered asking to break the lease and move, but I’m content making Skyvue Apartments a cozy home for me and my Service Dog!! Thank you Wuilmer for making this an enjoyable experience.

    I have been leaving in these apartments for a year now, and my experience was mostly positive. The prices that they offer are great, but you get what you pay for. If you dont care about living in an old apartment building with an old design and air duct system, this place is definitely for you! The management is very polite and professional, shout out to property manager Wuilmer!

    Very professional and understanding staff here at Skyvue apartments they are able to work with me and are very accommodating! Lived here since last September and haven’t had any problems. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family looking for affordable and respectful apartments, great management here!

    Heres my story with Skyvue, theyve had their ups and downs. Ive been here long enough to see good management completely ruin this place and do absolutely nothing about the apartments falling apart or issues that needed fixing. At one point, we had a maintenance crew that had one guy and a kid training. It was impossible to get anything done. I also had a leak in my apartment that took longer than 2 months to fix. I stayed because it was cheap and because I REALLY didnt want to move again. Theyre now under a much better management group and theyre actually running this place like a real apartment complex. They did an inspection and found out that whoever changed my smoke detector batteries put them in BACKWARDS. That could have saved my life ya know? Theyre so eager to help you and they WANT to fix all the problems that the other managers left behind or couldnt handle. Every time I walk into the office, theyre so friendly and ready to help. They also dont try to bribe the residents with a free stimulus check or a free tv(if you scroll, youll see the reviews) just to get a better google rating. Theyre really doing an amazing job and I would recommend moving here, its decently priced and at a great location, and NOW I can add that the office staff really brings it all together. This is my last apartment until I make the big girl purchase of buying a house.

    Since the new management took over we have seen great improvement with the complex. Maintenance is so much better and are quick to fix the issues. The pools are no longer green and the grounds are kept clean, the gates are now in working order which makes it feel alot safer. We have been here for over two years and by far the last year has been much better. The management and office staff are wonderful, if there are issues that arise they do everything in their power to take care of it. Definitely a 1000% upgrade.

    First, I would like to thank Roel at the leasing office for making the process quick and informative. He was on top of everything and made it very easy despite my hectic work schedule. The new renovations on the units are beautiful… nice light fixtures , gray ash wood flooring, black on black appliances …overall great place with great amenities. Once I finalized the paperwork I knew I made the right choice to make SkyVue home. They are still in the process of renovating the whole complex and I look forward to seeing the upgrades.

    My family and I have lived here for 3 years now. We have seen ownership change i think 2 or 3 times. The current management of the complex is really doing their best. When I first moved in the gate did not work and stayed that way for 2 years. As soon as this new team came around it was something that was taken care of in a timely manner. After fixing other things in the complex first like parking, water pipes and the grounds in general. This team also responds to you really fast when you need to speak with someone or put in a work order. Over all this team has been amazing and I hope they stick around. Thank you for all the things yall do.

    I recently moved down from Cali and was surprised by how helpful and kind the management is! I met with a lady named Michelle and she gave me the most elaborate tour, so I didn’t simply feel like just another customer. She had me laughing the whole time! It’s great to have such a enjoyable experience, especially for my first apartment away from home. Once my lease is up in my at my apartment back in Thousand Oaks, I’m sure I’ll be just as comfortable here!

    I toured the community this week and they have different types of units to show, both renovated and classic, giving you the option to have a pick at your new home. The office management were very welcoming and informative and make sure they understand what you are looking for. They didnt have any one bedrooms available, but well make sure to come back and lease with them!

    Jay went above and beyond to find an apartment for me at the last minute. The application process was pretty straightforward, a bit vague at other times. It was hard to get someone on the phone but when I finally did, they were helpful.Location is great, like the mature trees. Apt is not brand new, but clean. AC works great, hot water not so much. Overall, pleased with what I could find mainly the location, price point, and timing.

    Love love love management.Iv lived at multiple apartments under the same management and never had a problem.Iv lived at Morgan manor forTwo years until different management took over .Then i found skyvue apartments and immediately applied. Iv been at sky Vue for 4 months and i honestly had no complaints. They fix maintenance orders fast and are quick to reply . I’m alwaysbusy so i never have time to call however Raul reply’s to my emails ASAP. Lay outs are good size and no carpet is a big plus.Humble and a great place to live !Thank you management !

    I love my apartment! My apartment is nice and spacious. The parking is good and safe. The staff have been very welcoming and helpful. The areas are clean and safe. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Good appliances and a nice place overall. I love it.

    After searching for some time I came across these nice conveniently located apartments. At first it was just a regular walk through, I wasn’t expecting to find a unit that was perfect for me but Eliana made that happen. She was so nice to give me a tour and show me more than a couple units to choose from. Her customer service was great and her whole team was very welcoming. Definitely a place I can see myself living in. The best part is that it is located next to so many places, I don’t have to drive across town to get groceries or find an outfit everything is within 10mins or less. Well we found a unit I loved which is also very affordable & She made the process so easy and made sure to answer all my questions and explain all details. Overall I am completely satisfied with my experience, & proud to be a resident at SkyVue.

    I just moved into Skyvue and can say that the assistant manager, Wuilmer Lopez, made my experience so easy and painless! Moving had been a tough experience and he made sure I had everything I needed and that I was accommodated as soon as possible. Every leasing office needs a Wuilmer!

    Last year I read the reviews for this place and they were not so good. About a month ago I read them again and saw many positive reviews due to the new management so I decided to give them a shot because the location is very close to UTSA. Jay and Roel have been very helpful and respectful, and made my move in experience very smooth and efficient.     Great customer service!!!This feedback is from the whole family also.We want to say that Jay Jurado is the Best !!! We were very impressed the first time we met at the leasing office. He went through all tenant expectations, price, location, took us on a tour, explained the lay of the land, all minute details on first day, first meeting. He is so organized, personable, and pleasant. He is a people person and he always have this ready smile. He has servant leadership, willing, professional, and very helpful in everyway! Thank you so much Jay for making this happen for us. He knew we needed to move in quickly for our daughters school in August.     Since new management took over in September things have been better. They might have to catch up on all work orders but are doing their best. The office staff is very attentive , understanding, helpful .I love my apartment, the view from my balcony over looks the hill country an its beautiful. I can enjoy the fireworks on a nice night coming from 6 flags.Apartments are located in a great area also. I am close to everything stores,restaurants, bars,shopping malls,etc., Thank you!     WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENED!! As soon as my husband and I walked into the leasing office, we felt welcomed. We were assisted by the Leasing Manager, Josie Johnson and I couldnt have asked for better customer service. She was very friendly and answered every question we had without hesitation.     A new company took over at the beginning of the year and its been taking time but they have been working on fixing so many things that were wrong for years. While there are issues that are not totally fixed yet I was happy enough to sign another year lease. When presented issues have been dealt with promptly and answers have been supplied when requested.

    Im so happy im living here at skyvue! At first I thought I couldnt live by myself but this community is very nice!     I just want to speak on the management of SkyVue, they are absolutely amazing. Most importantly Roel Cardenas, From the moment that I took an interest in these apartments he was so helpful. He got me in immediately with no hestitations. He asked me how soon I wanted to move in I literally said “ shoot if I can move in tomorrow I will “ and he made that happen. Thank you Roel!!!!     The new Owner/Managment is doing a great job at brining this place up to a liveable standard. I give them a lot of credit. The maintance men are wonderful. I had on going issues for 2 years, they finaly truely fixed all the issues. No hot water and constance water shut offs are still a problem.But they are working on thoes issues. All in all not a bad place. Just keep up the good work.

    Sky Vue Apartmens took all the stress away from last Minute Relocation situation. Move in Ready units, Recent Remodeling and up to date appliances. Has variety of term length leases available. The Staff In the office offer great customer service and Local Knowledge for anyone not from San Antonio.The only bad thing was the weight I gained from the fresh baked cookies they serve on a daily basis 🤣

    I loooove the manager (Tony)and his team(Sonia) they are super helpful and informative..The property is super affordable and they work really hard and fast to get you in..I needed a place because i had been sleeping in hotels since i got in from Michigan on Thursday and here we are Monday this morning i had a place..Tony didnt have to be so attentive or focused but he was and is and for that i am grateful..The property is also gorgeous and beautifully renovated..I dont think ill ever move!!!!😍😍
