Just moved in and am delighted to be living here! First, Gyema, my leasing agent, was so great during the apartment hunting process. Leasing agents are basically the ambassadors for the apartment complex, and because of how cool she was, I was confident that the building would be awesome as well. The residents are so friendly, creating a real family feel. I noticed that every time Im in the elevator, people are always chatting with each other and seem to genuinely know about each others lives. The concierge is helpful and friendly, and maintenance is prompt, professional, and also very helpful. Im so happy I chose this building! You should definitely put it on your list if youre apartment hunting in the Frisco area.

My company is relocating to Frisco, so I began my apartment search and came across this property. While in town, my husband and I stopped by for a walk-in tour. The apartment itself was beautiful, but unfortunately, everything didn’t align for us.However, one of the highlights of our visit was meeting the concierge, Ameera. From the moment we stepped into the building, she greeted us with a warm smile and a professional demeanor that made us feel instantly welcome. She kindly offered me water and shared general information about the property, making the experience even more pleasant.What stood out most was her attentiveness, she remembered residents’ names, along with details about their children and pets, which speaks volumes about her level of care and dedication. Ameera is truly a gem, and her stellar hospitality made a lasting impression.

Had the most pleasant experience touring with Gyema. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. Definitely the right person for the right job.Regarding the property, it’s quite nice. Amenities and views are top tier. A bit disappointed at the closet spaces for 1 BR apt but everything else has exceeded my expectations.

We recently moved into the Skyhouse Frisco Station and have had a very good experience. Gyema was terrific! She took the time to show us a few different units but we didnt find exactly what we wanted. A few days later, she went and did a video walkthrough of a different floor plan when it came available and sent it to us. This was actually exactly what we wanted. We ended up leasing that unit when one became available. Our move in was easy and organized. We had a small problem with our lease but it was fixed by the leasing office quickly and they honored what was promised. The building is clean and nice and kept up very well. We are really happy in our new home!

I had an great experience touring SkyHouse with Triana Cheeks! I was really early for my appointment so I was very pleased that she was happy to see me as soon as she finished with her previous guests. I was not into the first floor plan we looked at, but Triana remained upbeat and showed me another floor plan that I really loved. As a result of my great experience I brought a friend to visit later that day and ended up applying to become a resident in July!

Move in was super easy, front desk knows me by name, all my friends love coming to visit me. The only problem is the parking. A lot of residents park in the public parking so when I have friends come over they have to park at the star or the complex across the street. We need to have the first 2 levels open to guest and add the gate from there or have additional parking added somewhere.

This property is wonderful, it reminds me of a hidden gem. It has the benefits of being in a small upcoming city while also being close to Dallas. (For reference, its 18 mins from the Galleria mall). I recently toured here and it was amazing. The concierge was helpful on the phone, he directed me to finding my way into the building. The leasing staff was so helpful and gave me so much information. Aside from amazing management, the amenities were great! I loved touring the one bedroom and studio units, great interior features! The views are not too overwhelming and are beautiful as well. Cant wait to lease here this summer. Hopefully the unit i want is still available by that time haha!

The concierge team is amazing - impressive how they remember everyones name AND which floor they live on. I scheduled a tour (don’t know with whom) but I was given a date and time. I phoned prior to my tour to confirm only to find out it was not booked. But Ms. Briana, came through…yessss honey yesssss!!! This young lady was very professional and was willing to hold off on her lunch just to honor the noon appointment. No ma’aam, I wanted her to take her lunch, I can wait. Ms. Briana was amazing and she definitely gets 10 stars….now let’s get intro this apartment building. It was super nice, luxurious, and had a ton of attributes. The Tide laundry drop off, the 24 hour concierge, the VIEWS…..let’s get into those views….EVERY UNIT has an amazing view of city….the horizon is GORGEOUS….not to mention the huge walk in closets. Now, some one bedrooms do not have a walk in closet, but don’t worry, they have several 1 bedroom floor plans that do. I need a soaking tub after a hard work day, so they have those too. Anything to accommodate, Ms Briana will help you find what you want. The Sky House also offers floor to ceiling concrete floors, and peloton bikes in the workout room. But most importantly was the cleanliness of the entire building y’all!! I am definitely looking forward to doing business with Ms. Briana in the up coming months. So, if you’re in the market for a luxurious apartment building (on the east side with a deluxe apartment in the sky) Go visit Sky House in Frisco and please ask for Ms. Briana and tell her the chic from Memphis sent ya!!!! Kudos to Ms. Briana!!! Thank you girl!!

Our move-in was excellent! Our apartment is excellent with just a few minor adjustments that any apartment would have; new or existing. Love the elevator rides getting to meet other tenants, the conceierges are really a added bonus just knowing that there is someone there to monitor traffic. I have not heard a toilet flush or any footsteps above us. We LOVE our unit. Coming from a 3,675 square foot home into a 1,100 square foot apartment was quite an adjustment but we have found that it is so worth it. Maintenance has been great. Cleaning crew is always visible wiping down windows and vaccuuming. Triana Cheeks, our leasing agent, was awesome in getting us started and situated, plus she remembers names! Parking? People dont pay attentioin to HDC parking or guest parking. Residents park in the guest area all the time and park in HDC spaces without HDC cards, so that forces us to go to higher floors to find a HDC. All in all, we are so pleased!!!

Shyli and Triana made my entire living experience at Skyhouse Frisco Station fantastic. Ive spent a year here, and my feedback is overwhelmingly positive. The summer pool activities were a blast, and the amenities provided an excellent living environment. The presence of quiet workspaces added practicality to the place. My apartment was notably peaceful, and the residents were consistently friendly and positive. I wholeheartedly recommend this property, especially for those seeking a city high-rise atmosphere.

I cannot say enough about this property! We came from out of town looking for a great place to rent and the SkyHouse Frisco exceeded all our expectations. We didnt have an appointment (and they were booked solid) but, when we explained our tight schedule, Aly worked us in, showed us several great options and worked with us through the leasing process every step of the way. Shes fantastic at her job!What a gorgeous property and the amenities are wonderful. The Concierge team is beyond helpful (big shout out to Ken for all your assistance). I highly recommend the SkyHouse Frisco!

Been living here about a year now- love the view and the cleanliness of this apartment. Front concierge and the maintenance team are always helpful and friendly, very much respect to them. Only giving 4 stars because there are NO PARKING LOTS for the visitors and the management doesn’t seem to care. It’d be much appreciated by the residents if this could be solved. Please do something! Great place to live otherwise.

SkyHouse Frisco Station is everything I wanted it to be.Ive been living hear for approximately 7 months, and I will say the property is perfect, the views are beautiful and the staff has been amazing to work with.I can honestly say that the staff goes above and beyond each and everyday to make you feel special. As soon as one walks through the front door, the concierge treats you as if you are family.The leasing staff, Alyson, Ceara, Isaac, and Steve dont just lease the apartment to you, but anytime you need help with anything they will make sure that they accommodate your concerns or needs.Every time, I had a problem with anything in my apartment; I would contact Monty who is in charge of Maintenance and the problem was resolved almost immediately.

I thoroughly enjoyed the process of getting a new apartment with Skyhouse . Issac my leasing agent did and amazing job making sure I got everything I wanted in an apartment and he executed . Me and my boyfriend love our new home and wouldn’t have gone anywhere else . The deals they have are amazing and the amenities are just amazing . We have three friends moving in after they saw our place and because of their own experience with working with Issac as well . He is the gem of the staff .

Ok so where do I start , I have been living in Frisco for more then 3 years now and every year I plan to move apartment I go visit more then 20-25 apartments to choose the best one as making a right choice is very important to me when signing a lease for 1 year. So this was the first time I ever felt in my 3 years that I have spoke to one of the most professional and patient staff at the Skyhouse Frisco Station apartment. These apartments are Stunning and I would definitely like everyone to have a look at the apartment before even checking out something else. Apart from the apartments the staff especially leasing agent Isaac Carvajal was so amazing , he was very patient , answered all my questions, showed me all the apartments that fall in my budget and provided excellent customer satisfaction !!. I have visited many apartments where eventhough the apartments are nice the staff lacked customer service skills but here its just a completely a different game. Thank you so much Isaac for such a wonderful support. I would highly recommend these apartments for sure !!!

What can I say about the best place that I have visited this spring? I stopped by to tour this wonderful property in Frisco and found a place of warm and friendly employees and encouraging residents. From the moment I stepped into the front lobby (which smelled so good by the way), and met Deonshay, the Concierge on Duty, to touring with Isaac, I fell in love with this high-rise in Frisco.
