    I visited here on May 16 I was pleasantly surprised by the interior, grounds and pricing.The main pool is beautiful. The tour girl was knowledgeable and personable. This review is for my tour experience..I toured the largest 2 bedroom 2 bath.

    Silver Creek Apartments is the place to be! The management staff is the best. Rene, Leslie, Maxine.... the best. When life happens to you, they are the most caring, compassionate people. They care for you as a person not just a tenant. If you need anything, they do their best to help you get it. Not only that, they are beautiful, dress like models, the office always smells good and is very inviting. They are professional!! I love them and this place. Thanks so much staff🙌❤️💯

    Let me just say, after 3 years of living in this community, Renae (Property Manager) has been the best property manager that I’ve come across in all my years of renting. Her professionalism is top tier! She listens, and not only that, she is a woman of her word! Any issues I might have regarding my stay in this community she hops on top of it immediately. She utilizes all of her resources to benefit the tenants and she has an amazing team working under her. Christina and Leslie (Front office staff) are behind her 100% to ensure that the community stays up to par. I literally love all 3 of these ladies. Thank you Renae and the team for all you guys do!

    My experience with the apartment complex has been spot on since day one. i came in and was welcomed and helped immediately by christina who was incredible. she answered all of my concerns very thoroughly and helped with all of my questions every step of the way

    I’ll give Silver Creek Apartments a 4 star rating, for now. Management is quite difficult to get into contact with, but they are incredibly nice and sincere.Maxine has been the main, and only, person that I have been in contact with to sign off on my apartment and she is incredibly nice and definitely overworked. The only reason this review isn’t a five star is because of the difficulties in contact as well as the fact that I have yet to fully experience the apartment.This review is purely based off the customer service I have received, nothing regarding the actual apartment quite yet. I will do another review at the end of my lease. Thank you, Maxine.

    McKenzi Heath is the best!!!! we came in last min for the tour of our apartment a day before move in and she got us in… shes the best at her job good attitude and very outgoing. Communication was there the entire way through literally didn’t skip a beat. Excited to move in and see what our 13 month lease has to show us so far so good!!!

    I have lived at Silver Creek for the past four years. I have seen a lot of maintenance come and go and a lot of office staff come and go the maintenance team you have now is incredible and very knowledgeable Roberto the Maintenance Lead is amazing. I also work in the Maintenance industry and a person like Robert is highly valued. The office staff and the management is also very helpful and informative.

    I’ve lived here 3 years and now I can say that I’m proud to live here! Today I watched the new Manager literally picking up hundreds of rocks from the parking lot by hand and placing them back in the rock beds. This property has never ever looked this good. He picked up trash and rocks all around this property. I was planning on looking for a new place but now I’m staying right here. Please keep this new guy. He is utterly amazing. He is helpful, kind and does what he promises. He gets 10 stars in my book.

    I just moved here in February 2023 and today marks just about 2 months of living here I just have to say its such a wonderful experience. The maintenance gets the job done when it needs to be. As for the front office man the biggest star goes to Maxine Alvizo she has been a wonderful, smart, respectful, caring woman since me and my significant other got here. She has been super helpful in explaining things to us and taking care of us when we need certain things taken care of. As for Coby he as well took care of us and explain things just as Maxine would. I rate these apartments 5 stars everything is in order and keeps getting better. Love the friendly staff and neighbors.

    Ive lived at the Silver Creek Apt for about 11years now...I call it home. Been very peaceful and safe. My review is centrally on the manager Mrs Nia Keaton....She is extraordinary, very patient, and helpful. She is the reason I just renewed my lease again. She is a perfect addition to the Silver creek community and I STRONGLY hope shes kept here for a long time to come. Thanks! 👍

    Great place to live! My apartment has a fantastic view! I The property is always clean as is the pool! I love the spacious floor plan and although I don’t have any pets I love the fact that it’s pet friendly. The staff is phenomenal Ashley is nothing short of amazing! They honestly care about the residents here! Amazing place to settle!

    Leasing staff is super friendly! A few hiccups in communication, but they are still very helpful! Ty, the assistant manager, is absolutely amazing! She is super friendly and helped me get into my apartment quickly.

    My husband and recently moved into these apartments and Perla was a great help to us. The move in process was very smooth and the community is quiet, so far so good. The parking isnt bad where our apartment is located but we also purchased a carport just to be safe. These apartments do an awesome job with communicating back in a timely manner.The apartment is affordable for our floor plan. Its the best 2 bedroom that is worth the cost. Im appreciative of Perlas patience with our application process and I hope the community continues to be a safe and comfortable place to live.

    Staff was friendly and helpful. I cant tell you how long Ive looked endless months for an apartment with a reasonable price, clean environment, and good location. Surprisingly this apartment complex had everything I needed and more. The price was a bargain for a newly renovated unit and I was so surprised on how it looked on the inside. Im very thankful for finding Silver Creek Apartments and would recommend to anyone who wants a bang for theyre buck with a good looking Apartment.

    I am so happy that I found this place to live being new to the Dallas, TX area! I felt welcomed as soon as I came into the leasing office! Ms. Felicia was a great help with everything and she is the sweetest person ever!!! I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice environment with great friendly people and an awesome leasing staff! I appreciate everyone at, MY NEW HOME, Silver Creek apartments.     Lived there for 9 years and a few different groups of property management. Alex & Perla are great and show that they care about the residents. I will also say that over the time I’ve lived there the grounds and landscaping have improved significantly. When it comes to repairs they are completed in a very timely manner. My only one thing that I can think can be improved is visitors parking and having to have get pass and to purchase another for more than one guest. Only reason I moved was because of my job but I’ll miss the community

    Silver Creek Apartments has the best office team EVER!!!Mind you, I have not moved in yet. I move in this weekend and they have already exceeded my expectations so far.This is my first apartment that I have rented on my own, and they have been nothing short of amazing! Bianca, Brianna and Alex are so attentive and caring to all my needs, they have already made me feel at home and I havent even moved in yet!Whoever is responsible for hiring the office staff for this property should be very proud to have such beautiful, kind, hard working women to run this property, You ladies rock!!!!!

    We have lived here going on 1 year my fiance and I. We werent convinced the management change was good but after seeing the improvements we will be renewing our lease. The front doors are to die for, bright Turquoise! We looked at a newer apartment and they look really good. Granite and white, large tile backsplash. Looks fresh- just wish they all had stainless steel but still cute and at a good price.

    I been living at silver creek apartments for 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is amazing and the maintance are great here! I totally recommend this property to my friends and family. Alex has been so helpful from the beginning and the new manager is so awesome. The new leasing girl is super friendly and so helpful also!

    I have been a resident of Silver Creek for 2 years. I have seen a couple of management changes and before the new management was here I was not impressed. Pearla was my old manager and she was horrible. My lease is up in October and I was ready to move, until the new management came aboard. I originally thought I was in for the same ol same ol. To my surprise, I was completely wrong. I went in to the office and met the entire staff the day new management came on board. I had a few maintenance issues that I needed resolved and while they were still unpacking they still fixed all my issues right then. The staff was very nice. Since that day management has made a lot of changes and all of them were good. In particular Angie Edwards was amazing. She made it her duty to resolve any issues I had and she I have no more complaints. She alone deserves five stars for that. There are also two ladies that work in the office and I think there names are Amy and Miranda. They are both awesome. They are very customer oriented and they help you as much as they can. The rates here are good and one of the reasons Ive been here so long. Although my lease ends in October I have decided to stay and only because of the staff. I would advise anyone reading these reviews to give them a try first because I actually live here and I hope this staff is here forever. I would hit 6 stars if it was an option.

    We have been with Silver creek apartments For almost 5 years. I enjoy living here. Everyone is very friendly and our managers are the best. They work with their community when people struggle during this time and they make as feel very comfortable and at home. If You are looking for a good apartment, this is a place to be at.

    Honestly, I was skeptical about this apartment because of what others told me about it. Today is my move in day and it does not seem bad. I love the area and Perla was so helpful. She made the transition very smooth for me and helped with all my concerns. Any apartment will have its negatives and positives. So far, this one is leaning on the positive side. Highly recommending to those looking for an affordable and clean place to stay.

    My expietence has been nothing but pleasant. My leasing agent was Amanda and she was so friendly and personable. Her jokes are actually funny too ! She was accommodating and took her time to ensure I understood my leasing agreement. We toured the place and she spent forever showing me prospective units. Even on the weekend after it was time for her to leave. I’m thoroughly happy with my decision to move to silvercreek !

    I’ve lived here for a while; since when it used to be”Amli” and after 10 years of residency, I stop counting. The property ownership changed several times and I’ve watched managements came and go but the current Manager Bianca and her team is the best that happened to this place in a while.Yes, there are, and will be occasional problems that are common to any apartment complex. This present management team did, and are still doing an outstanding job transforming this complex into a place you’ll be glad to call home.

    The process was awesome. The staff went above and beyond to assist my family and myself. Tausha (Manager), Jennifer (Supportive Agent) and Alex (Assistant Manager)are genuinely caring staff.The Spring Creek Management team care for the property and the integrity of the apartments. The staff wants home like setting for all and it shows in the approach toward tenants and potential tenants. Had it not been for Jennifers UPBEAT attitude I would have reconsidered, it was followed up by Alexs engaging approach, and sealed with Ms. Tausha welcoming hand.

    I typically do not leave reviews, however a few of the recent reviews are QUITE misleading...This complex is now under new management and frankly, I feel DEEPLY for the new staff.The previous owners KNIGHTVEST were DEPLORABLE!!! (I would NEVER reside in ANYTHING at any price point they own) They were unresponsive, unreasonable, unprofessional, dragged their feet to handle business and the customer service was non-existent! The new owners have had to come in and LITERALLY pick up the previous owners slack!.My family and I have been residents here for two years and were just now receiving care, empathy, and are experiencing staff with the willingness to take care of business. Everyone from the front office staff all the way up to management has been nothing but RESOURCEFUL! Theyre follow-up and through game is strong!The complaints about parking are more than likely folks who LEGALLY do not belong on the premise. The previous owners didnt care about this su-hosedly being a gated community. Folks were so inconsiderate that they would tamper with the gate! Not giving any cares for the safety of others!Also, I read reviews discussing maintenance issues. TRUST ME: those issues existed PRIOR to the new company taking over. Again, I feel sorry for them. KNIGHTVEST was unreliable, cheap and took shortcuts! We know because weve been living with a peeling bathtub (thats getting resolved by the new company ;-) and all of our other issues have been resolved as well.) since the 2nd week of living here. Do you know they tried to tell us WE had to pay for it?!?! ABSOLUTELY NOT! Maybe if you didnt use cheap supplies and labor this wouldnt be an issue.Overall, the complex has almost done a 180 and I couldnt be happier. Prayerfully, this straightens out some of the madness Ive been reading.

    My experience with Silvercreek was very pleasant. The staff was great .They were professional and nice during my move in process . The grounds are well maintained. I was very satisfied with the handling of my move in. I would recommend this property. Happy to be a part of a professional community .

    I have yet to have any problems or issues since I have moved into Silver Creek. Yes there are a few concerns when it comes to parking however lets keep in mind that the apartment complex may only have 20 -30 buildings and lets also take into account that it is within the city limits of Dallas so there is going to be some higher traffic versus living in the suburbs. I personally like the promptness when ever I need something repaired(which is far and few)Alex is taking care of me along with the rest of the staff. I love the peaceful surroundings in the complex with plenty of trees and yes there are cats (which I believe were purposely put there to keep squirrels and any other crawling critters at bay) so they dont bother me nor do I bother them. I only seen like 3 of them anyways..also keep in mind when people are bitter and not happy about something they will typically complain and act negative but if you live in an apartment community there is always going to be something that someone doesnt like...like case in point there was a previous comment that was made by a older tenant that said he couldnt get parking for his girlfriend, well he couldve given up his covered parking and let her have his and he couldve found another one for himself instead of complaining about it.

    Just moved in. My apartment is renovated and looks great. Open floorpan, and I got a carport right outside of my front door. There are 3 pools, and the complex is like 1 big circle which i think is nice. Office people are nice. 5 stars for me

    Did a tour qith Gina Buentello. Loved her energy and the tour she gave. Gina showed me the property and told me what all they are adding to this community with the fitness center ter and all loved it. I decided not to lease there but I still would like to give this community a 5 star because you can see the work that they are putting in and they seem like some real cool people and would get right on any issues that would have came up. Go check them out and see for your self

    Such a lovely complex, great move in special, and wonderful floor plan! I especially love the kitchen even though a bit small it has beautiful countertops and appliances. The office staff seems very friendly and most helpful.

    I absolutely love my place. It feels clean, the cabinets open and close without getting stuck and it’s a huge step up from my last place. Parking is a little bit of an issue but if you just get a carport there’s no problem.
