We moved here in end of November move in was pretty smooth, i absolutely love the team they are very helpful and kind, very friendly. Anytime we have a problem and we inform them they get on it immediately and fix the problem. I love the fact they always take the calls and respond to email timely. Amra and her team is the best!! Love the community, they always keep us updated with any issues! So far my experience is really good here!

I am absolutely in love with this apartment! The design is breathtaking, and the amenities are beyond luxurious—everything has been thoughtfully planned to provide both comfort and style. From the spacious layout to the high-end finishes, it truly feels like a dream home. The building offers a range of top-tier amenities, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.Amra at the office was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was not only extremely helpful but also took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the leasing process, making sure I felt confident and informed at every step. Her professionalism and attentiveness made the entire experience seamless.If youre looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend this community. The staff here is worth pointing out. Tonya, Amber, Brian, and everyone else here at Silos Harvest Green are phenomenal. They are truly representative of what great customer service is. The amenities in my apartment truly make it feel like a home. Maintenance staff is extremely professional and prompt. The grounds are always kept clean and the property is very safe and beautiful as well. Very high end amenities like a state of the art gym and co-work space and did I mention a resort style pool and entertainment area? Awesome place 10/10. Do not pass up this Gem.

OMG !! I absolutely love this place ! I worked with Alexa from SmartCity who recommended this place & I fell in love !!! The staff are super nice and they actually ANSWER THE PHONE !! The property is surrounded by everything you may need such as TARGET , H-E-B , Nail shops , restaurants, fast food, hair salon , 24 hour gym and much more ! The area is super nice, quiet and newly developed. The units are phenomenal ! Luxury features and appliances , spacious and very modern . If you’re looking for a two bedroom the LAUREL is absolutely breathtaking!!! I cannot not wait to call this place home and update you guys about my true experience here ! Also shout out to my leasing agent Carly ! She was professional , kind , informative , thorough and very patient with all my questions.

Beautiful place and very well maintained. It was my first time time to Houston and I couldnt ask for a better spot. The apartment layout was fantastic, and the fact that they have a dedicated area for persons who work from home a minature dog park, barbecue pit by the pool just to name a few things, they thought of everything and i highly recommend. Please forgive my first rating, I started to review and never finished the process, so I think the one star was automatically generated. I cant wait to visit again

Property managers Tonya and Amra were also very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect, with plenty of shopping nearby and a brand new Costco just around the corner! Highly recommend!

I LOVE my luxurious space. My garden tub is the perfect envelope to slip into. The ebony framed shower makes me feel like Im in a spa. My food even looks luxurious when I snap pics on the heather grey granite counters. I could go on. The design & layout of my unit is super chic. The gym has the latest equipment and plenty of it for me to get right for the resort style pool. The fact that I can grill and entertain as if Im in a single family home warms my heart. Everything here is everything. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful and patient. They are an awesome team. Thanks SHG!

Her professionalism and affable demeanor left a lasting impression, as she ensured I felt warmly welcomed and thoroughly informed about the property. As I contemplate my leasing options, this property remains at the forefront of my considerations. Particularly noteworthy that Silos is a brand new property the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of both the property and the actual apartment, surpassing my expectations. When I am better organized and prepared to make my move, I intend to reconnect with Amra to proceed with leasing process.

This property blew me away!! The design and layout of the pool gave five star resort energy - loved it! I couldnt stop gushing over the units interior! The photos certainly doesnt do this property justice - you just have to stop by and check it out for yourself! The Assistant Manager Amra made me feel so at home and welcomed. This community is super amazing :) From the actual apartments to the staff (esp. Amra), the pool, to the gym, the work pods, and the clubhouse etc. The space is so spacious and the layouts are well thought out. However, it was Sabree, the leasing agent, who truly exceeded expectations with her exceptional customer service. After touring I must say, the pictures truly fail to capture the true essence of this place! The amenities and appliances provide a top-notch experience similar to a 5-star resort. I went with my husband today to view the property SHG property and we got a tour by Brian. He was professional and thorough but very warm and courteous. He made sure to encourage us to ask questions and he was able to answer all of them completely. The property was beautiful but there are a lot of beautiful properties in this city. Leasing agents are genuine and knowledgeable about the property make the difference. I am 99% sure I want to lease at SHG. The property has everything we were looking for. By the way we visited a second Greystar property immediately afterwards and a sweet gentleman named Anthony was JUST AS AMAZING. Congrats Greystar for getting it right with your staff. These guys were A-1. Thanks Brian and Anthony.
