    We came in today to look for a place here after seeing all the great reviews and it definitely lives up to it! Sylvia did an amazing job with giving me a tour, helping me with the application process, and explaining the next steps on what needs to be taken. It was around 5pm so we tried to do everything quickly, but Sylvia was still very informative and nice! When we were leaving, the other ladies leaving for the day even gave us a ride on the golfcart to our car since we got lost looking for the leasing office earlier lol! So giving much appreciation to the amazing staff there! I am hoping to hear good news soon and am ready and excited to start living here! :D

    So I have a lot to say about my experience here at The Place at Castle Hills! I withheld my review for a while because I wanted to make sure my reviews and experience was as through as I can make it, so that others who may read this can have a full view.My experience started back in the summer around June, when we first started looking for a place. We came in to ask about quotes, and Dina was amazing! She made sure that my mom and I got exactly what we wanted, and went through several floor plans until I had not only the price that fit my budget and needs, but also my design aesthetic; which was really important to me. We were so impressed with what she presented that we applied for our units the next day! Turn around time was quick and we were in, which I appreciated greatly!All throughout the move in process and the months leading up to the move, Dina, and even the other staff members were super kind, accommodating and attentive! They REALLY went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our units. Words cannot express how grateful I am to them for all that they have done.I also want to say that I am EXTREMELY happy with my apartment. It’s a great first home for me, and it’s super cute, cozy, and nice! The appliances are nice! The place is well sealed, with no cracks or chips, and most importantly no insects! I have truly made myself at home in my place for the first time ever, and I love it! The property itself is well cared for, and is STUNNING!     Dina Rymers office management was fantastic! Very helpful, professional, friendly. From what I have seen the apartments are well maintained and super clean, gatedTo add what already been said; I moved in this month and the apartment is fantastic and management is great. Dina had been so helpful and friendly and professional. Stephanie is very kind and helpful, friendly. Each time with my contact with both of them their demeanor never changes, and the maintenance staff is great they respond right away and friendly as well. The garbage trucks come by frequently and the parking lots are very clean and the lawn is well maintained, pet friendly but what I appreciate is there are spots for pets and dog bags are available for those to pick up dog poop and management enforces be clean with pets. Events here are ongoing which to cool. No bugs or roaches inside my apartment I throughly checked. I give the Place at Castle Hills five stars

    I cannot say enough good things about my experience thus far in this community! Navigating the leasing process virtually was seamless, thanks to the exceptional assistance from the leasing team. A special shoutout goes to Stephanie, who was incredibly patient and thorough in answering all my questions. Even when she wasnt available, other team members stepped in to help with inquiries about amenities and charges, ensuring I was always informed.The team offered me a fantastic deal and honored the listed prices on their website, despite the entire process taking about a week or so to complete. This level of integrity and commitment to their promises is truly commendable.Stephanie, in particular, has been very welcoming, making me feel right at home. The professionalism and responsiveness of the team extend beyond the leasing process. Theyve promptly addressed a few small maintenance requests, which speaks volumes about their dedication to resident satisfaction. One of the standout features for me is their gym facility. It seems brand new, well-maintained, and has all the equipment I need for my workouts. Their Amazon hub facility also seems well maintained and secure.Thus far, I am extremely pleased with my decision to move here and highly recommend The Place at Castle Hills to anyone looking for a new home with plenty of amenities!

    We enjoyed our time at castle hills as our first place here in San Antonio and would recommend to anyone, maintenance team was great always very prompt. The office staff was also amazing we especially enjoyed working with Stephanie ❤️ she does an amazing job, she was a big help when we first moved in we couldn’t have made the transition smoothly without her and we will miss her and all the office staff. Loved living here, life is just pushing us in a different direction.

    Ive lived here for almost a year, and its been an overall great experience!Staff is awesome. Office and maintenance staff have all been incredibly friendly and helpful!Unit (479 sq ft, one bed, un-renovated):- Clean, good condition.- Appliances/AC have worked greatComplex:- Pools/Fitness centers, nice and well kept!- Safe, quiet- Nice areas/layout for dog walking :)- Location super convenient for running errands (grocery/auto/retail/laundry/restaurants all nearby)Difficulties:- PESTS (resolved) there was an extensive roach problem in my unit when I first arrived, and some of my neighbors have expressed similar issues. Office staff was understanding and accommodating and worked quickly to get the issue resolved. After a pest control treatment, I havent had a problem in 8 months!- Maintenance tickets: responses to maintenance tickets has been slow (2-3 weeks or more) but none of my maintenance issues have been top-priority, so this was not a terrible inconvenience.On the whole, the difficult points of my time here do not outweigh the good - this is a great option for a reasonable price!

    This was my first time getting a tour of the place and Sylvia was beyond helpful. Sylvia greeted me as soon as I came in. I’m on the hunt for my first apartment and she made me feel comfortable and welcomed.     Stephanie saved the day. I needed an apartment in my price range immediately. Stephanie was my leasing agent. She understood how important this was for me and my pet. Because of her concern and diligence, I had my new apartment and only one week. This has been by far, the easiest transition from one home to the next, and my kitty, agrees. Stephanie believes in her product.     Yesterday I visited Castle Hills Apartments in San Antonio, and I wanted to share my positive experience.Dina Rymers the leasing associate gave me the tour. She was informative and professional. I appreciated the tour on the cart, which gave me a good look at the well-maintained grounds, including the beautifully kept trees and neatly trimmed grass.I found the overall environment of the community to be peaceful, secure, and inviting.Overall, my experience at Castle Hills Apartments was overwhelmingly positive.

    The Place @ Castle Hills is a nice, clean, gated community located in a central area of San Antonio. All of the units have been nicely refurbished with granite counters, faucets, ceiling fans, and black appliances. They also come with a washer/dryer. Stephanie Hall in the leasing office was so fun and helpful and worked quickly to get me approved fast. She is a real pro and great to work with! The apartment was spotless. I’ve also met two of my neighbors in my short week here - and they were super friendly and helpful as well. The community is surrounded by oak trees and very well maintained and landscaped. There are nice amenities as well such as a gym, Amazon/UPS lockers, BBQ grills. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Moved in here 2 years ago and it’s been a dream ! Every work order is filled in a timely manner. Everyone at the office is usually very helpful and easy to speak to. I haven’t had any issues with our neighbors either ! Everyone pretty much minds their business but still looks out for one another. I’m very happy here!

    Lived here for a year, and it’s been great! I got a good deal on rent when I moved in, in a quiet part of town. Anything that needs fixed gets addressed quick, as well, the maintenance guy is awesome. My thanks to Sylvia in the leasing office, she helped me get in, and kept me happy by answering any questions I had while being transparent as well.

    I’m not one to leave reviews but I’ve been living here for a little over two months and I love it! The leasing agent i worked with, Dina, was very sweet and helpful and made the whole process easy. Definitely my favorite complex i’ve lived thus far! Also this is the CLEANEST apartment community i’ve lived at!!! This is the first complex i’ve lived at where you aren’t stepping on dog poop every few feet. Community is super quiet and i love the events the office hosts!

    Genevieve was soooooo awesome and helpful! Both my roommate and myself moved from out of the city and she made the process extremely easy. She communicated with us every step of the way and the application process was super easy. We applied monday and had our keys Thursday when we arrived. Our apartment is remodeled and we are very happy. She also went above and beyond giving my mom a tour before we arrived.

    I just moved in about a week ago and am extremely impressed with how on top of things they are here. Stephanie was my leasing agent and she was awesome in helping get me into a new apartment in just 2 weeks! There were a few minor issues with the unit and maintenance came out and fixed them so fast, which was a huge difference from my old apartments!!! The unit is a cozy 694 square ft one bedroom with a fireplace and it already feels like home.

    This apartment complex has set extremely high standards for what I think a place of living should be.While the rent is definitely on the higher end, the location, maintenance team, consistent involvement events, nightly patrol, and the staff—well, it’s all worth it.Though this visit, I would specifically like to thank Ms. Sylvia!     I’ve only been living here for a couple months but my experience so far has been pretty great. If anything is ever wrong, maintenance comes quickly to fix it and the complex itself holds contests and food trucks every now and then which is exciting. The Place at Castle Hills cares about their residents by keeping us updated with whatever is going on, as well as asking for our opinions on certain things.This is my first apartment on my own so I was really grateful to have received such wonderful help, specifically from Sylvia. She did a great job ensuring that I found the perfect apartment suitable for my needs and that worked with the limited time I had to move out of my old place and into my new home.

They were pressure washing an area across the way from us, we asked if they could do ours next and they said yes no problem!     I’ve been a resident here at the Place of Castle Hills for 3 years. I recently renewed my lease, my leasing agent was Sylvia! She was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. She made sure we got me the unit we talked about, which meant the world to me ! Recently I’ve noticed they’re going through remodel- exterior and interior, making the entire property fresh and beautiful! It started sometime in mid 2023. My old unit was not remodeled so when transferring units I wanted to make sure I was getting remodeled unit. The unit is everything I’ve always wanted- and at a great price ! It came with a back splash in the kitchen, granite countertops, fresh white cabinets and drawers with knobs, upgraded faucets and black appliances. I’m so happy with my new home. The outside of the building has also been remodeled with new wood paneling and a fresh coat of paint and building number signs. I looked forward to when they start with the landscaping part, fingers crossed that’s part of the remodel plans. One huge thing that I love about this community is they keep up with their gates. When it goes down they fix it within a reasonable amount of time and it’s back up and running. Allot of communities don’t care to spend the money or time to fix and keep up with their gates, so thanks ! Maintenance is also very responsive and friendly. They handle things fast and have 24/7 emergency maintenance. There was a hiccup with the transfer where I almost got a unit that was not upgraded but, I’m a strong believer that we are all humans and make mistakes! It’s not the mistake that matters, but rather how the company handles it, that truly counts. Sylvia called me before my move in date to do a walk through of a unit we had set up (that was awesome ! She took the time to offer and walk the unit with me before move in day) upon walking in it, it was not the upgraded unit we talked about, an honest mistake. We went back to the office and Sylvia was able to keep any worries I had away. I worked with Carolyn a manager she was very professional, nice, and helped Sylvia and I with the process of getting the upgraded unit. She reached out to me the next day with 30 minutes of them opening and provided an awesome resolution! Thanks Carolyn and Sylvia for y’all’s awesome work and help ! They follow MC Companies mission statement and I felt like I was treated like a real person, they cared and didn’t treat me like number. They followed through and resolved all my concerns. Ultimately I’m a happy resident, I love the community and everyone in the office is so friendly. Sometimes I go in just to say hi and grab a bottle of water on my way to check the mail- that’s how welcoming they are!! I encourage yall to check this community out :) ! I hardly ever rate 5 stars because there’s always room for improvement, but they deserved it and earned it ! Hoping for many more years to come :)

    Stephanie is the absolute best person to go for with help. Lived here for two years and always got excellent care from the front except the manager bianca she’s a horrible person, very rude everytime we spoke. I needed my fob fixed and she just kept saying it needed a new battery when it didnt and i told her that but she talks to you like you’re stupid than when i went back to get it fixed again it was actually never programmed for the gate. I asked her multiple times for my water heater to be fixed because it was almost falling due to water damage and she told me it wasn’t important to her. Would give 5 stars if she wasn’t working there honestly, ive never met such an awful person with every encounter. First time meeting her the first thing she said was “what do you want” no greeting or even a hello. I do not normally write reviews but this has to be fixed.

    I love my apartment, the office staff have been very accommodating, and theyre great with keeping the property informed of any upcoming changes or updates. The maintenance staff are awesome! Respectful, kind, and very knowledgeable in their work. Ive had to call after hours only a couple times leaving a voicemail, I was pleasantly surprised how quick they returned my phone call (within 10-12 min) and fixed what I needed that same day. This property, The Place at Castle Hills is one of the largest properties in SA and Castle Hills area so having a great maintenance staff with a quick turn around time especially during this Texas heat is truly appreciated.

    Lived here for 5 or 6 years. I moved out this year in January and all I can say is that I had a great experience living there. Maintenance was great and staff was on top of things. The Manager was a great help when it came to moving out.If I had any other place to move I’d move back to The Place At Castle Hills.

    If you want friendly staff at the leasing office and a quaint place to lay your head down this is it. Close enough to the city without the hassle of city problems, this complex feels perfect when it comes to finding a place to make your own. Stephanie worked her magic and with charm got me squared away in less time than anyone else could. In addition to that everyone on the maintenance side of the house keeps things moving. Shout-out to Ralph G for getting me back on track with my request its made my fear of making requests all but disappear.

    Christina Morales, is one of the most amazing ladies thats ever worked with me and my child. She is very passionate to keeping us updated and always letting us know the right research to the sources we need to get help. This is my first time here at the apartment and I love everything about them. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful, always working hard! They work with you on everything and look out for the community. When the summer time comes I look forward to the pool because it so fresh and clean, which make me know that its always safe.     My daughter and I have lived here for 3 years and just signed for a 4th. Pretty quiet for such a big complex. Maintenance is responsive and very nice. Kensington has been wonderful in helping us through our in-complex transfer. I feels confident that she will get things done when needed. She is awesome!UPDATE 10/13/22I have to put in a positive review for our maintenance guys. Both Juans have been here to take care of work orders I just put in last night and did a couple of other things that were too little to really bother putting in a work order. Junior has recently taken care of a couple of work orders I put in and the response was fast! I know they are super busy due to this being a large, older complex but they are generally quick to respond, always polite, ready to fix the problem, and answer questions. If something isnt taken care of right away due to the large number I just have to mention it to them or someone at the office and they are on it! Great job guys!

    First of all my last apartment was terrible and lets face it, nobody really likes the whole moving experience anyway. But the staff here really made the process so much easier. I started off with Keri but then she left and Justin picked up the ball and ran with it. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for my move in. Which, when dealing with my old place couldnt have been easy yet he made it look effortless. My thanks to Justin for all his help.As for the apartment complex itself, so far Ive really enjoyed my experience. The grounds are well kept, its quiet, the people are friendly and its nice to have a security gate that works.I dont normally leave reviews for anything so that should tell you a lot. So as long as they keep up the good work, i plan on being a resident for a long time.

    Ok so i held off writing my review until I was able to fully share my experience. So I was tenant for 4 years, not consecutively. I started in a 2 bedroom, then a 1 bedroom, moved out then after a year moved back into a 1 bedroom and was there for 2 years. I’ve been in 3 different buildings of the property and never really had any of the issues people in the reviews are commenting about. I kept a clean place so no bug issues, maybe the occasional outside bugs but you can’t control nature. Either way, I would still call for pest control to come spray. Maintenance was good. On average they would respond fairly quickly for them having such a big property to oversee. I can’t speak to the initial process because I believe they had completely different staff at the time, but it went smoothly. The neighborhood was relatively calm. IF there was an incident (i think this happened once when I was there) on the property, management would address/ acknowledge and try to provide solutions. There weren’t any weird fees popping up on my monthly statements, so no issue there. Parking was fine. The only time it was ever an “issue” was when I would work late nights and had to park far from my building but it’s not like I had to park off of the property, it was still within the gates. The move-out process was fine as well. Gave my notice within the time frame. After I turned my keys in I received my deposit within a couple weeks. Overall, the apts were good, not perfect but I would still recommend them to others based on my experience.

    Victoria was amazing and helped me every step of the way. All the staff is amazing! I thought I was moving into a second floor apartment but instead got a first floor which is no big deal to me since it was easier to get my stuff in. Victoria really listened to all my needs and got me an apartment that besides being on the second floor, fit all my needs. It was a little dirty in some places but not ridiculously so. Some repairs here and there but Victoria has been so attentive. The space in the apartment is nice and the neighbors are so friendly. It’s especially nice walking around the neighborhood. I feel safe and am happy to having the amazing staff helping me.

    I’ve lived at The Place at Castle Hills for 4 years now and I can’t say enough great things about these apartments. From the day I was looking for my first apartment ever, Christina made me feel at home and made the move in process so easy. Christina was a leasing agent when I first moved in and now she is one of the property managers. She’s seriously the most accommodating and nicest woman you will ever meet. Any issues I’ve ever had maintenance wise were taken care of right away or within a reasonable time frame. (Even with COVID going on) I’ve became friends with my neighbors over the years and never had any issues with noise or disturbances. I honestly would of lived here until I bought a house, but life had different plans. Even the move out process has made me not want to leave. I strongly recommend these apartments if you are looking for a home, you will not regret it one bit.Edit: I ended up not moving out. Christina made coming back here as easy as can be. (I needed to cancel my notice to vacate) She has also been helping me find something bigger to fit our growing family for the last few months. If you ever need any help while apart of this community, Christina is your go to girl.

    I have lived here for two years now and have no complaints. The staff is super friendly and maintenance is on key, I’ve never had a issue with anything I can think of that wasn’t handled immediately. Just this month I signed another lease agreement to stay here another seven months. Only reason I chose the shorter lease is because I work in Seguin which is a long drive daily from Castle Hills so eventually looking to move closer to work. For now I can manage the long drive daily because I love where I’m at, these apartments are very quiet and provides a comfortable living.

    I recently had an experience with Christina Morales, the Assistant Community manager at The Place at Castle Hills. We had missed the cutoff date to pay our rent without any late fees and I reached out to her to ask if she could please waive the fee since we were just one day late. Without hesitation she said she would gladly do it and within minutes I saw the fee removed from my acct on the resident portal. Not only did she remove the fee but stayed on top of the situation and made sure that our payment was reflected on my account the next day. Kuddos to Christina for providing excellent customer service and actually listening and being sensitive to our needs. Weve been here for 3 years and really enjoy our home and the management staff.

    We recently just moved in yesterday (03/10) and we absolutely love our little place! This is my first apartment and Keri was so helpful with finding the perfect place for us. The community is so clean. You dont see a cigarette butt anywhere, everyone picks up after their animals and all the porches and patios dont look trashy. This is by far one of the best experiences and I recommend The Place At Castle Hills to anyone who likes a clean, well managed, keep to themselves neighborhood and like to hear the bird chirp in the morning.     Christian is the most on point leasing agent Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I watched him juggle myself and two other potential tenants at the same time and he did it flawlessly. If you need him to take his time explaining options to you and want his honest opinion he will do that for you. If youre like me and just want to get into any apartment asap, he will fill forms out like a mad lunatic and get you in even if it means staying late in the office. Hes easy to get ahold of and very professional during office hours and outside of office hours. Even if you just want some questions answered, I highly recommend contacting Christian.Ive only lived in this apartment for about a week but its been great so far. I have very nice neighbors and when my dogs get excited and bark at them across patios, they just say hi and tell them how pretty they are! (Compliments tend to keep them quiet). Even while walking around the grounds, its pretty clean, well landscaped with a lot of mature trees, has ample dog waste bag stations, and is very quiet! The 5 or so people Ive casually walked by on my walks have all said hi to me and my dogs. Very friendly atmosphere.The insides of apartments vary based on upgrades and size but Christian is happy to show you all sorts of varieties so you get what you want!The rest of the staff has been great as well. The other leasing agents and managers are very dog friendly which I appreciate seeing as though I have two rambunctious pit bulls.I had to put a request in for maintenance once. I was told before move in that my AC had not been worked on yet but if i needed to move in asap to just put a work order in and they would come by around my schedule. Within half an hour of putting the order in, the maintenance team came right to my unit and started work. They didnt even bother me inside until he had an update for me. He was incredibly polite and understanding of me taking a minute to put the dogs away before answering the door. AC was working full blast within the hour of putting the (non-emergency) work order in.

    A decent size master. And closest is big. In the year and one month I was there I didn’t really have any neighbors therefore didn’t really have any noise issues. Maintenance crew is fantastic. Plenty of parking. Never a issue there. Very clean complex and pools are crispy clean also. Tons of squirrels which is a huge plus because seeing a lot of happy animals wild means you have a happy area and clean and fruitful

    Ive lived here since Feb. 2018 in a 2 bedroom and I needed to downsize into a one bedroom apartment. At first I wanted Keri to help me since she was the one who originally helped me into my 2bedroom to begin with...but Keri dropped the ball and basically made me feel like I wasnt important enough to help....I gave her a week to respond back to me and received not a phone call or email...So I insisted on David Gonzales to help me...David WAS GREAT!!! He always kept in touch with me and made sure that I had a easy transfer over to my new apartment!!Im super excited to move in tomorrow!Thank you again to David youre a true blessing!!!     To make a long story short;Maintenance staff is great especially CJ and Jesus.Been here when it was owned by old owners and it was called Lincoln Green, so that should tell you something.Once they hand you the keys, the leasing staff totally forgets about you, there is no follow-up or anything, and work orders dont get done in a timely fashion unless you take it up the chain of command.It seems a bit of lack of communication between leasing staff and maintenance.I feel they need to hire more staff in general the apartment complex is huge.I gave 4 stars because I have been here longer so I have seen good things about this apartment complex.Just to mention lastly everything was taken care of in 2 weeks times.

    Though there were a few issue upon getting the apartment set up, Jorge and Miguel and the Maintenance team were all super responsive and fixed everything in a timely manner. No problems with management and the location is great save for the school traffic and whoevers got race cars that they rev up nearby. Big deal. Also, a little dog poop and a broken Fireball bottle shouldnt warrant a 1 star review and Texas is gonna have bugs. If youve ever lived in a real bad area or apartment complex, youd know what warrants bad reviews and this place is far from that!

    We’ve been at the place at castle hills for more then 10 years now. When we wanted to move into a bigger apartment, still at Castle hills, Kerri made it easy for us to find the bigger apartment in our perfect location and made the transfer process seamless. She responds promptly to any questions and is always available.

    It’s been an great experience living in The Place at Castle Hills . The staff is very friendly. It’s convenient to a lot of places( different stores, restaurants.. etc). The pet policy is really good too. I’ve never had a problem living here. It’s been about 5+ years. Hope to stay 5 more years.

    I cannot speak on what is currently going on but I lived here from early 2015 thru early 2016. I was really happy with it. A few bumps, but nothing outside common problems with apartment complexes. I had the one bedroom floor plan with a fireplace. Price wise, it was a little high, but nothing outrageous. The staff they had when I was there always treated me right. In fact, I can only remember having one problem with one of maintenance guys when my A/C stopped working. His comment was I keep my apartment at 88 degrees and Im fine. Besides that one incident, everything was good.

    Great overall experience. I dealt with Keri King and she answered all my questions promptly. The move-in process went smoothly even though the weather was bad. I’m sure the apartment complex had multiple issues due to that, but still found the time take care of me. Would definitely recommend. Plus I love my view!

    Great staff...friendly and caring... Kerri, Christian and Robert are so helpful.....they are often busy so be prepared to wait. ... Great location close to everything... . Maintenance guys are SUPER MEN...super fast and efficient.... my only real complaint is that my apt door is near a doggie poop station and they dont change the big trash out of it enough and it smells just awful, like a dead body is nearby....especially in the heat of the day.... for MANY MANY days....so might want to avoid that in your apt selection.... I LOVE IT HERE otherwise.....reasonable rent but added fees are not advertised water, trash, pest control, other fees. my advertised rent of 695. is really 730ish...

    I lived here from 2013-2014. Moved away then moved back at the end of 2014-2016.The worst part about living here were the nosey nosey neighbors and the parking.I got animal control called on me because one of my neighbors swore my Husky and chiweenie were out on my patio all day with no water in the heat... I was home and my patio was open so they could walk back in as they pleased.In my time there I never had any issues with management. I payed my rent on time and complied with pest control and fire extinguisher checks. Never had a bug problem and never had a problem with maintenance.I never had mail there I kept it sent to my parents house so I cant speak on the mailbox issue.It was quiet and peaceful living here. I also really loved the gym.

    I have been here for just over a month and I have been more than pleased! The maintenance is quick on big issues, they come out either the day you submit the request or the very next day which is AMAZING! The office staff has been kind, energetic and more than happy to help or even catch up on how the move has gone and how both my dog and I have liked it. I walk my dog at least 3 times a day and not only is the property beautiful and huge but it is also well maintained and peaceful (with plenty of well stocked doggie stops). The gate on my side of the property was not working for the first couple of weeks that I moved in but now it is fixed and I love that you only have access if you have a clicker so not just anyone with a code can get in and steal a spot. All of the neighbors seem quiet and other dog owners are all mindful of when we are walking dogs to give each other space just in case the fur babies dont get along. The only downside I have seen is that the foundation seems to be shifting a little but that is to be expected in an older property especially when it is on a hilly landscape. I am less than 5 miles from my work and never have to hit traffic! Plus the added bonus of being close to 3 different HEBs, Walmart, several different options for food and Phil Hardberger park is just down the road. Overall, I am beyond please with my choice in moving in here and would definitely recommend The Place at Castle Hills to anyone looking for a calm and cozy place to live for them and their fur babies! Oh, and did I forget to mention that they do not have breed restrictions, a weight limit or pet rent!!! That is extremely hard to come by when you have an 85 lbs barking baby!

    If you are looking to rent your fist apartment as a young professional, this is an excellent place. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They recently redid the speedbumps. Its good to see my rent money going to the right upgrades and maintenance around the complex. Beautiful complex and for the most part friendly residents. I live in a one 1 Living room, 1 bathroom 1 bedroom apartment and its fantastic for the price.I had one incident with rent that was caused by the bank with a money order. It took me some time to sort out, but the rental office was helpful in resolving the problem.

    During the TEXAS BLIZZARD of February, 2021, I was amazed at the promptness of the Complex: The Place At Castle Hills.The Manager of the Complex; Carolyn Rowan, ensured that we had garbage picked up as soon as possible, even with traffic delays and the Dumpster Company being backed up.Water was out however, plumbers were promptly at the Apartment Complex and worked from early morning hours, into the evening to get as many apartments back with water.I am very pleased with the way Management and the Team has handled the aftermath following the severe ice storm. Carolyn has an A-Plus from me, along with Keri, who always goes out of her way to ensure that were happy!

    The people in the leasing office are amazing! Especially Victoria, I had to transfer apartments due to a health problem and she couldnt have made it any easier. When ever Ive had an issue that required maintenance, they always got the problem fixed promptly.
