    I have been a resident of Sansom Pointe Senior Apartments for nearly two years now, and I just love my apartment! I would like to give a big shout out to the superior team there. Cindy is the manager, Emily is at the front desk, Dora is our cleaning lady, Matthew is maintenance, and Jeff is the maintenance supervisor. I had a water leak coming from my front window, and Jeff immediately assessed the situation. He went above and beyond, searching for, and fixing the leak. He is experienced, professional, and diligent. Clean-up was thorough and privacy was maintained. He even went as far as putting my curtains and pictures back on the wall with brand new cordless blinds. Thank you Sansom Pointe for taking care of your seniors!

    Emily Gaydos in the front office is what makes this community. She really does care about the residents and will do whatever she can to assist them. I hope the owners will recognize what an integral part of the community she is.I moved from North Carolina to Texas and my apartment was ready when she said it would be and the move-in was a breeze. Thank you Emily!!

    Ive lived here for about 3 years. Emily in the office is always nice and smiling. Matthew and Jeff are always running around working on stuff around the community. Pool is always clean! I will be renewing my lease here!

    Corey at Sansom Pointe Senior from the first day he started working he has been very helpful in my residency here at Sansom Pointe Senior. I can count on him for residency advice, putting in work orders to keep my apartment efficient, maintaining my yearly lease agreement, resolving problems, respecting me as a resident, veteran, and part of this community, I give him a 5 star performance, thanks Cory for all you do with excellence.

    We have lived at Sansom Point Senior apartments for almost 4 years. We have seen several management teams come and go. Most have been so-so up until now. The recent change in management has given us the best team we’ve experienced in our time here. Cindy and her team are getting things organized and updated in ways that make Sansom Point a really great place to live. There will always be some who disagree especially since the rules and guidelines are being enforced for the benefit and security of all. Those who have ignored them don’t like being held accountable for their actions. That being said, the property is really looking great and things are being repaired and updated in ways that have been needed for some time. Praise and congratulations for a job well done. It is very much appreciated and we look forward to living at Sansom Point Senior for some time. We encourage anyone looking for a well-managed, enjoyable senior residence to give serious consideration to Sansom Point Senior apartments. Thanks again for all you do. Ray and Betty Alford

    Everyone is very Nice and Helpful . Cindy ,Emily and Melissa are awesome. Jeff and Matthew are always working hard! The Housekeeper works hard also! Nice place to Reside moving from a big city to retire!

    Cindy, Melissa, Emily, and Jeffrey are an Outstanding team who are performing their property management tasks in a truly exemplary manner !! They are highly professional, efficient, friendly, caring, objective-focused, and very outgoing.My Quality Assessment concludes that they achieve ALL of their Plan Goals, and they are THE BEST Management Team ever !! Life here is complete and enjoyable because of them !

    I feel that Cindy n her staff does an excellent job of giving us a opportunity to follow the rules of my lease agreement. I myself appreciate that she takes the seriousness of our safety here at Sansom Pointe Senior Apts. Ive the of living here going on 3yrs andCindy is the best by far.

    I had to find a place for my brother who is disabled after suffering 2 strokes. He had been living in assisted living facility in Arlington and needed an apartment. The staff at Sansom Pointe, Jana, and Dana, were very involved, attentive and responsive to my brothers needs and situation. They went above and beyond in helping him fill out the proper paperwork and getting him settled. My brother is extremely happy with his new apartment. However it is very disappointing to find that the office staff which was so helpful has been replaced. I hope the new staff can do as good a job as Jana and Dana. This review was revised due to the water issue at this complex. Residents are having to utilize bottled water for drinking due to the water quality or lack thereof. This is something that needs to be addressed by the management or city services.

    Everyone is very friendly. The grounds are nicely kept. Maintenance is very good to respond in a timely manner.

    Love everything about my home!! From the compassionate office staff, who go out of their way to accommodate, to all the amenities, and the closeness to my son, grandkids, and shopping. Peaceful, tranquil setting and awesome neighbors. I also appreciate the extra security.

    I would like to thank Casundra for all the work she had to put in to help me find a home. It took 2 months which seemed forever! Any questions or concerns Casundra immediately responded.I have seen Casundra go out of her way to help residents in other areas than leasing. She really takes a personal interest in the residents. Very plesant. And this is for Brian the maintenance guy who goes beyond to accomplish your needs. This place is more like a family than a business.Thank you both 100%.

    Samson Pointe 55+ Senior Living Apartments are extremely roomy. I was very impressed when I moved in some 16 months ago. The office Staff are excellent. They are most helpful, and are very knowledgeable. They have yet to be caught off guard about any happenings going on within the premisses. They have a little over rambunctiousness Neighborhood Watch. Its to see grandma acting like a cop keeping a close eye on unknown passer byes.No, but really my only complaint would be that the walls, sand cellings are a bit to then. You can hear seems like through the walls and ceilings. Very friendly people that live hear.So my advice is, ,,, dont get come and check them out. P.S. take the tour, or just to compare look, good luck to all, and welcome aboard!

    Fantastic Staff!! The property is pretty awesome too. I would recommend this for anyone over 55. Whomever figured out Active Seniors can have their own space. Is a genius or also over 55!
