Usually, apartment hunting is very scary. As what’s promoted is not quite what you will get or experience. I contacted Sandy Creek apartments and received the absolute best correspondence. From start to finish, Shenique made this process extremely seamless. She was very professional, very knowledgeable, very responsive, and most of all very helpful. I was extremely nervous initially however she made me feel very confident about the decisions I was making. The property was very clean, my unit was exceptionally clean, and I was still asked if there was anything else that could be improved to my liking. I’d highly recommend if you’re thinking about renting from this property, to contact Shenique. She will literally hold your hand through the entire process and be as helpful as she can.

The move in process was smooth and easy Thanks to the ladies in the office they are wonderful people. The apartment complex is actually clean. The apartment was super clean already before I moved in. In the pool was clean and warm. Im loving it so far.

I have been living here for almost 2 years now and i dont say it lightly; this Management is just amazing. Dominium did a complete overhaul of the property...top notch rennovations. Their upkeep and on hands approach is admirable. I havent had a single problem since i moved in and on a few occassions i did, their maintenance team lead by Ray was there to take care of it.I cannot say much about people living here but the management has done everything in their power to make their residents life better. You get the best possible living experience here.Since rennovations, they also have started regular check in with the units system to make sure no problem arises in the first place. Shenique and Chala deserve their flowers too for beautifully helping residents through the whole rennovation process.Overall, a very happy resident.

Shenique & Chala are AMAZING ! They are wonderful. The staff is great, attentive, friendly and very professional. They got me through the application & paperwork , the full process very quickly . The apartments are beautiful and very well maintained. I would definitely recommend them. The office staff is wonderful very helpful & polite & made me feel very welcomed & still is making me feel very well welcome . My apartment is beautiful !

Shenique was AMAZING ! In the beginning she told me not to worry, she would take care of me. She did JUST THAT from start to finish. Very professional, prompt and good communication.Now on to the apartment, every appliance in the apartment is brand new including the washer and dryer that it came with. New carpet and blinds also. We are very pleased. No signs of unwanted bugs or rodents.

Ive been a tenant here for a week now and I absolutely love my apartment its clean, spacious and the layout is great. I would highly recommend. Also the staff here is amazing they would work with u with your wants/need and actually take time out there day to make sure your comfortable .Big shouts out to Ms. Shenique and her team in the front office , for just being hard working, dedicated, and constant .They need more people in the world thats driven and focus to help other people, I really appreciate everything.

I love being a tenant at Sandy Creek. One of the best parts about it is the front office and maintenance. Anytime there’s an issue they take care of it in a timely manner. And Chala Green is Awesome. She came in and made a huge difference in the upkeep of the Complex. She always gets the job done. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to reside at Sandy creek.

If you are humble and have a real heart for Bryan as a community, this could be the place for you. Sandy Creek has truly stepped things up from its front office workers, grounds keeping and maintenance. I was honestly skeptical about moving here, but Im so glad I did. Office workers Chala and Chris are helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The maintenance guys are fast and at your service. With an on sight gym and laundry room, Id say you are getting some bang for your buck. Happy apartment hunting.

I have been at Sandy Creek now going on 4 years..I just love it here,,the Staff from the office girls to Maintenance are always on top of stuff...We are all like Family..
