Being a resident at San Miguel has been great. I havent had any issues with the apartment since I moved in and maintenance requests have been completed in a timely manner. Staff has been friendly and very helpful if I have any questions.

This is not my first apartment community, but the first with the best customer service! I love being a resident here. I know they get so busy in the office but whenever I need anything like a work order or a/c filter they get my request handled. Communication with maintenance has been better. I had needed a part for my dryer and they let me know when it it was coming in. The constant communication is great. This was lacking at most of the communities I lived in. The dog park is great and big. The office said the are getting bids to add a sidewalk in. We also have valet trash which is great. It would be nice if the neighbors wouldnt keep the trash out all day. We also have Fetch. I am getting used to it. But instead of shipping to my door, it gets sent to some warehouse and fetch contacts me for a delivery time that I will be home to receive it. Much safer this way as I know packages get stolen. I already pay for this service here so it finally made sense to use it rather than complain. I also like that have resident events here too. The people who host the events are really great. They contacted me about my move in and let me know about the events. I look forward to the events now. They always food and lots of neighbors attend. But overall I know apartment communities are not perfect, but this one does seem to take care of things. I like it here and plan to renew my lease here.

My husband and I moved into San Miguel Apartments this year and have been loving it! The management team have all been so welcoming and helpful. We like them a lot! We’ve met a lot of our neighbors and they’ve all been super nice and cool. Amazing pool and amenities! Also we love the floor plans they had available and feel very much at home. The move in process was very easy. Work orders are resolved very quickly. Over all just a great experience! Would recommend this community to anyone! We feel proud to live here. They also just repainted all the buildings so it looks better than ever!

Nice apartment community! I love the gym and my apartment. The office staff seems very nice. I was able to have everything done online which made it easy to just pick up my keys. I cant wait till it get warmer to use the pool.

Cant say how much I love living at the San Miguel. The girls in the front office really made moving here super simple and stress free and the apartments are so spacious and modern! I fell in love with the farm house sinks and the extra space in the main bedroom

I lived in the San Miguel Apartments for 14 months. The apartment and the staff were very nice. The location is perfect! However, the parking was horrible. Some nights I would have to park out in the street by the apartment entrance. Getting a garage or covered parking is a must! A monthly trash fee is charged in addition to the rent, though the trash will not get picked up Sunday-Thursday the way its supposed too. The actual apartment I loved. It had garden bathtubs and the appliances were nice. The gym was just remodeled, and the pool is beautiful! The grounds are also well maintained. Overall, it was a good living experience.

I have been living here for awhile and have yet to have a bad experience. If you pay your rent and keep your apartment clean there really should be no issues. The pool area is gorgeous and if you have dogs that like to run like mine, this place has a full acre of off leash area where they can run. Most apartments I looked at before this one had a small patch for dogs to potty in and thats it. Staff has always been really accommodating with requests as well.

I have been at the San Miguel for 2 years and honestly its just so homey. Everyone is really good here. Never had any issues with neighbors above or below. The gym is 24/7 which helps when I come home late and I need to workout. The parking lot was expanded and its been a huge plus to the place.

I have been a resident here for one year now. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful which I love! There are no college parties keeping me up at all hours during the night and everyone here is very nice! The pool is one of the nicest pool areas of any of the apartments in the area. I feel like Im at a resort with all of the palm trees and landscaping around it. I like the layout of the apartments much better than the other complexes in the area as well and it is one of the main reasons I chose this apartment. The management is very nice too since the complex came under new management. There is only one thing that I wish would change. I think the gym could be nicer. Nicer cardio equipment and weights that dont have significant wear would make me much happier since I use the gym a lot. If the gym were upgraded I would rate 5 stars!

I have been living in this apartment complex for 6 months now, and really like it. The complex is beautiful and I like the large pool and dog park. My apartment has new appliances, a great built-in desk and bookshelf, and beautiful double-doors that lead to the balcony. Ive heard from others that the management is poor, but I have never had any problems. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is parking. If you come home late, there will not be parking and you will have to park on the street. Even though you have to have a permit to park there, the parking lot just isnt big enough for the complex.

I myself have lived here now 1 yr. I feel the staff is friendly and the complex is beautiful along with the pool, Beautiful pool it is.... Gym, awesome now that it is open. half of my stay it was under construction but it ok. Its up n running now and never go anyhow :) But it is really nice... I see a lot of complaints on parking and I never have that problem ever!. I did park in a handicap spot when I first moved in with boxes still in the back of my truck and yea believe it or not they had me towed. 200 dollas. YUP! I call that bull on that, I do. The only spot to move from but I understand.... I had a rough first month here I have to admit. My apt got flooded and had to have a dehydrator and blower running in my apt for a whole week. Dried my nose out to a nose bleed. I did ask management if they would compensate me and they did say it shouldnt use that much electricity so I had to just laugh it off and be grateful they did what they had to to fix the problem. Overall the ladies in the office are lovely ladies and the maintanence here is prompt. I live in the back across from dog park area and feel really peaceful here. Now sometimes the new people here I have noticed do not pick up their pets lil dog poops and I find myself doing it for them at times just so my dog dont roll in it when he gets his roll in the grass on. Thank God I have never had any bugs/roaches/fleas or ticks problems here inside nor outside. I love the floorplan of my 1 bedroom. I would of liked to have stayed here for at least another year but they were going up $40. on my rent which I told them I could not afford that much, in writing and they still didnt work with me. The manager said if she did this for me shed have to do it for everyone, so again I had to laugh it off. Even though I have made my every month rent. Pretty disappointing they didnt care to keep my business, being I am a good renter and I pay my monthly rent on time. So I have to make changes to move. Really disappointing but overall my stay was pleasant... I ask that whomever gets my apt 1218 they can feed my lovely birds I feed daily... There is a bluejay that has a lot of babies that depend on me and many beautiful cardinals I will miss that look forward to their food daily... So please someone buy a feeder and feed the birds... I will miss my birds and they will miss me :( Wish me luck... I hate moving.... Just wished they would of worked with me....Please put some compost over the roots showing so the trees can keep flourishing. They are beautiful and one has already died...The true meaning of life is to plant trees under whose shade you do not expect to sit under..THE MAN THAT HAS DONE HIS BEST HAS DONE EVERYTHING...The Important thing is to not stop questioning....COURAGE IS THE POWER TO LET GO OF THE FAMILIAR...Do the things you fear to do and keep doing it...Live in such a way that you would not be ashamed to sell your parrot to the town gossip :)Being a good person is wishing others well....

I have been a locator over 7 years and have referred many of my clients to San Miguel for many reasons1. The community is gorgeous the grounds are always well kept the pool & gym are both one of the nicest in the city!2. The staff is seasoned which is important they know their residents and the community which is critical especially with any maintenance issues.3. San Miguel offers some of the largest square footage for the price in the area. The renovations are modern and sleek!4. Location is amazing right off Ih-10 and 1604, Vance Jackson is a great back street if there is ever any traffic, with easy access to the rim!5. Greystar has managed this community for many years they are the best management to me nationally and internationally they go above and beyond to make their residents happy in their homes and that makes all the difference.I have never had a past client call me with any issues or complaints. Erin & Valerie have always been professional and kind. I hope this helps any future residents God Bless!

When I was apartment shopping for my mom I was extremely impressed with this complex for several reasons. When we walked in the door we were welcomed by the very nice staff and they were very helpful and professional. Secondly, the amenities at this complex were very nice. I was very impressed with the workout room and get quality of the equipment. Lastly, the grounds were very nicely landscaped and clean!

Loved living here never had any issues. I believe I had only one maintenance issue while being there for over a year and they fixed it the next day. The property was always clean and the gym was amazing!! I would definitely live here again

I work with the pest control company eco team and my company services this apartment. Every time I come out here my experience here is nothing less than amazing. I’m always treated with a tremendous amount of respect from management and the leasing agents. Honestly this one of my favorite stops to go to service just because I like the way the office staff treats me. Truly the nicest people I’ve met doing this job and I’m grateful for how awesome they are.

Its a really nice community to be living in. The apartment is big and very clean when we fist go it. If there is an issue the staff is very friendly and they will help you right away, as well I enjoy that they know you by name. The only downside at this moment is that parking is really becoming an issue. If you arrive after 9 pm on weekdays you might not get a parking spot in front of your aparment and during the weekends after 10 pm there is no parking, I had to park outside of the premises in two ocasions now.

Im currently a resident at San Miguel Apartments. I agree with some of the negative feedback to an extent. For e.g. Parking is definitely a major issue which needs to be resolved as, at times, it can be very painful. Also, the management isnt great, but not pathetic either - on the scale 1 to 10, I would say the management is 6.5. In addition, Valet Trash does get on my nerves when they dont show up on Fridays and Saturdays. However, we are adults and we can not possibly find any reasonable apartment just as good as San Miguel at this low rent rate. Furthermore, I would conclude my essay with the thought that security and safety is a big issue in apartment complexes anywhere in any city, and San Miguel has been incredibly great at providing me with a very safe accommodation in San Antonio, TX.

I have lived here for more than 6 months and have yet to have a bad experience. Parking does fill up towards the evenings so i do recommend getting covered parking. The dog park is HUGE! If you like to wash your car yourself, theres a designated car wash station with a water hose and vacuum for residents to use for free! Any of the girls up front are helpful especially chantell. Maintenance is very respectful and kind. Gym and pool area are more than what i could ask for from an apartment complex. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend/colleague/family member. Big shout out to Ashley, Valerie and Chantell!

Ever since theyve come under new management, I like it much more. Friendly and response time to issues is fast! The only complaints I have is the lack of storage in the one bedrooms, and the poor design of the bathroom space. There is one outlet in the bathroom, LOTS of counter top space, but the sink is not centered and the outlet is on the short side of the counter. Lots of wasted space on the other side.Storage: Not even a broom closet. Its rough. Love the pool though. Makes up for it.

I have lived in over 9 apartments all over San Antonio to include the Infamous Eilan Hotel and resort across from the Rim. San Miguel is not only in an awesome location, its very clean, nicely decorated, pool, gym, and recreation areas are always kept up. Best of all the Entire staff is super friendly.
