One of my favorite things about this community is the pool. It’s always sparkling clean and perfectly maintained—such a relaxing spot to unwind after a long day. Whether youre swimming or just lounging by the water, its like your own little getaway.Michelle and her team are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly, and they’re always friendly and helpful whenever you need anything. You can tell they really care about the residents and take pride in keeping the community in top shape. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I really love it. Every thing is new, down to the shelves in the closet and all the electrical outlets are new. Freshly painted, new laminated floors and carpet. Very bright and sunny. I am even enjoying cooking. My husband seems comfortable here also. I know we made a good choice. Still have some things to decorate and the TV box to work, these are what needs tackled next. So far everything and everyone is great. We love the staff.

Sage is a beautiful property. The community is so welcoming and there are so many activities. My mother-in-law loved all the amenities it offers. The staff was super nice and the place was so well maintained you can tell the staff take proud in their community.

I have been a resident at Sage for about a year and a half. I love my 1 bedroom + den apartment, with a view of neighboring homes. The management has been very responsive to maintenance issues in my apartment, and overall the complex is clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The best part of living at Sage, however, is my fellow residents. There is a wonderful, caring community here that makes life a joy to live. No place is perfect this side of heaven, but I am thankful to live at Sage.

I recently visited my grandma and I was welcomed by the leasing staff. They were so kind and my grandma is very happy and excited about her new home. Everyone is so nice and her home is so clean. I love the environment, the office staff makes the environment so welcoming, Ive never been to an apartment community like this before. I look forward to hearing more stories from my grandma about her new friends. Thank you Sage so much for all you do.

My father has lived here for 7 months he is very comfortable and happy with his apt along with the incredible amenities. The office team is great. They are always hosting events and very involved with their residents. Karla has been so helpful with my father’s transition and management is so kind and caring.

Unlike the non-resident who posted a 5 star review, I am a current resident of Sage Stone Oak Apartments. I love my apartment-it is beautiful. I have also met some wonderful people and enjoy the social activities. However, there are several issues that need to be addressed by management. This is probably true of most new communities. The recreational complainers have a right to have their concerns acknowledged and problems they have resolved. People are just frustrated. We all want to make this community a place we can be proud to call home.UPDATE: I have changed my review to 4 stars. We have had a management change since my original review in 2021. The new management has worked to make needed changes. They are a great group of caring people and are a pleasure to work with!

I really love it here and it feels like home. I love the beautiful things the office staff does for the residents and when something needs to be repaired they repair it. I feel like everyone here is so friendly and you dont have that anywhere else. I want to thank everybody here for making me feel so wonderful.

We were looking for a place to live( seniors 55+) and after several sites searched, we did find at Sage Stone Oak the place we needed, 😍really all: beautiful, clean, and full of amenities 👏👏 but , what really convinced us to sign a lease was the attitude, knowledge,professionalism and disposition of helping of Miss Karla Barba (Lease department agent) .People like that, you won’t find very often in the business world. I have lived here for a year and a half and I am very pleased with my apartment and the office staff. Work requests are handled promptly. Its a good senior gated community with lots of amenities and activities if you want to join in.

Weve been at SAGE Stone Oak for 11 months. We love it! This Community is exactly what we were looking for after selling a wonderful home in the Rogers Ranch area. The complex is new, beautiful, bright, and open, with modern decor and designed for great use of space. The staff is very kind and professional. As with any new community, there were a few hiccups in the beginning, but overall we are immensely satisfied with our home here! SAGE is located close to shopping, groceries, and restaurants.

The staff at Sage Stone Oak are amazing in every way! No matter how big or small my questions or issues are, they are always so quick to help. I am very happy here at Sage. They also bring everyone together with the beautiful events they do for us and always have a smile and friendly energy. You feel like you have family here.

There is not one thing about Sage that deserves a one star review. My mom was among the first residents. We are DELIGHTED with the situation thus far. It is still under construction. There have been some management changes. I am willing to let them have time to get their sea legs, but we have no legitimate complaints at this point. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, aside from a few who enjoy recreational complaining.

I have lived in a lot of places, But this one is by far the best place I have ever live in, the ladys in the office makes you feel welcome, and easy to talk, I have been here for one month and this place is so clean, the maintenance stuff is so amazing, they fixed all my problems asap, and very respectful,
