    I’ve been living at Sage Apartments for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The amenities here are fantastic. There’s a beautiful pool that my kids absolutely love—its perfect for cooling off on hot days. The fitness center is well-equipped, making it easy to stick to my workout routine, and the community lounge is a great place to relax and socialize with neighbors.The apartments themselves are very clean and beautifully maintained.     The management team have been responsive and helpful anytime Ive needed assistance. Kylie was especially welcoming and courteous prior to us moving cross country to Corpus Christi. Move-in processes have been smooth and straightforward. The location is also very convenient, close to shopping, dining, and major transportation routes.Overall, I would recommend Sage to anyone looking for a quality apartment with great amenities and a reasonable price point!

    I am starting my second year here at Sage. The staff in the leasing office are very helpful. We were out of town for a few days and I called and asked if they’d check up on my unit for me which they did and called me back with the news that all was good. The maintenance staff is also polite and prompt. Our fridge experiences icemaker issues from time to time but maintenance fixes it quickly. The units are up to date, AC works great. Clean pool and convenient clubhouse with drinks and gym.Generally a quiet place in my experience. Everyone is polite and keeps the complex friendly and clean! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a smooth apartment/ townhome experience.

    Sage Corpus Christi has been home for my family and me for a couple of years now and we have had no issues. Melissa, Kylie, and Olivia at the front office are hands down the best and are always a phone call away to help with any problems. The maintenance team is fast to respond when I’ve had to call for minor issues and is very professional. The complex has great amenities and a friendly safe environment for all to enjoy. Recommend 10/10.

    Enjoying the new and improved pool. Office and maintenance guys are helpful and offer great costumer service. Mature hardwood trees throughout the complex provide great shade and theres plenty of parking

    I am writing to thank Olivia who manages the front desk for sharing her beautiful smile and sharing communications that help residents know what is happening around the property as well as be alert to care for the grounds successfully. Pet owners are more vigilant because of her vigilant communication and observation of how things look, especially regarding pet waste. The solutions to challenges are happening now because of her effort. Things are looking good.

    The community is amazing, I hope to spend many years here. It is the best apartment complex we could find in the area, the buildings look very well preserved and the areas clean, I loved that they have an assigned place to wash my vehicle. I can really recommend it

    I have lived here for a little over 2 years. My experience has been great and I have really enjoyed my stay. Management is great and always helps when I need it. Vanessa, the manager, and Jackie know me by name and always listen to any concerns I might have. Maintenance takes care of any issues the same day you submit the request. I like the stainless steel appliances, the granite counter tops, and spacious common areas. Family and friends always compliment how elegant and clean everything looks. The complex is very quiet and calm. A lot of families and military members live here, so you dont have to worry about parties or loud music. Super dog friendly and my favorite is meeting new dogs around the complex. I will be renewing again in November. Recommended 10/10.

    I transferred to Corpus for work and needed to find a place to live fairly quick. Sage is everything I had hoped it would be! The property is beautiful, well maintained. The Apartments are beautiful inside! I moved in, site unseen & I am extremely happy with my choice! I absolutely love it here!

    I currently live in this complex and cannot express how awesome living here as been. The best part of living here beside the beautiful apartment and grounds is the staff. Property Manager, Vanessa, as well as Asst. Manager, Taylor, have ALWAYS been on top of any issues or questions. I enjoy popping in after the gym just to see their friendly faces. It has always been a pleasure to deal with them.They are also extremely quick with maintenance issues! The maintenance are professional and go out of their way to take care of apartment needs. I also love the security with this gated community and never had an issue with safety. The pool stays clean and beautiful dog park is the best I have seen by far. We are a family of 4 and all enjoy living in this family friendly community. We feel our money is well spent and have NO complaints!

    I have called Sage apartments home for 5 months now and love this place. The move-in process was easy, all my neighbors are friendly (one of which is a state trooper), the maintenance staff is super quick to respond to work orders, and Lauren and Kiley in the front office are simply the best. Ive never had any trouble getting in touch with them and they have helped me with whatever apartment-related problem I was having.

    I have thoroughly enjoyed living at SAGE so much that we decided to renew our lease!! I have wonderful neighbors and an excellent maintenance team! There are cool gatherings in the clubhouse for residents, and the grounds are well manicured! Hello summer 2023!!

    Best apartment complex in Corpus Christi! My family and I have been residents here for 1 1/2 yr. and we LOVE it! I searched all over Corpus for a luxury apartment that was family, pet friendly, safe and Sage exceeded our expectations. The staff is super helpful and make your feel like family! An example is over the holidays the staff went out of the way to make sure we received our Christmas packages and even hosted a holiday brunch. The previous year, they had an awesome Santa for residents to visit and take pictures. The dog park and surrounding pet areas are always kept clean.

    The apartments are nice and updated with quality appliances. I have enjoyed my stay but there a few things that I did not like. The walls are super thin, I can hear my neighbors conversations as I sit in my room. I expected thicker walls, for the price. Be warned, if you live near the pool, you will be hearing lots of music, noise, and kids screaming. There is a constant neighbor that blast music up until 12 am and Sage is aware of this but has yet to take disciplinary actions. When you sign a lease here, they inform you of a courtesy officer and provide you with a number. I have tried calling many times, nobody picks up, and I have yet to witness a police officer on the property. I can hear a person with a leaf blower earlier in the morning until around 2 PM, which can be distracting when Im trying to study. The shower pressure is not great. Overall, the apartment and location is convenient, but for the price, you can tour other apartment complexes and find a better deal.

    This is mine and my husbands first home since getting married and it’s perfect for just us two. The complex is nice, well kept, and quiet. The lady’s in the office are amazing. They are always there to answer questions or help with anything. The maintenance are quick to respond to any request. We definitely love this little area.

    We lived here in 2016, management changed in November. We really liked the new management. They made some great changes when they started. The apartments are nice: marble countertops, kitchen island, laminate wood floors, spacious, and well up-kept. The maintenance crew is very professional and will fix anything. They are very dog friendly and have a great dog park. Probably a little expensive, but they are also one of the nicest complexes in Corpus. The location is also great. You are next to some good stores and a more newly-developed, and cleaner part of Corpus. Our experience here was fantastic!

    This is by far my favorite apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Such a peaceful and friendly environment. I Always get to park in front of my apartment unlike other complexes, and the office staff are amazing! They go out of their way to really make things great here. I Couldn’t be happier...I will definitely be renewing my lease here when it’s up.

    Ive lived at the Sage apartments since may. At first it was pretty bad. Management was horrible and they never got anything done for me. Vanessa is now the manager and my wife and I are very happy with how she stepped up and takes care of the property. I highly recommend these apartments. They are a little expensive but very safe and Im comfortable with my wife and daughter being home alone when Im at work.

    The Sage is the best place to live at in Corpus Christi! I have lived here the past two and a half years and have loved it! I am only leaving due to moving to another city. If I were staying in Corpus Christi, I would definitely continue to live at the Sage. The community is quiet and safe. I have never had any trouble. The management is fantastic! You could not ask for better people! The maintenance is quick and reliable. If you are looking for apartments in Corpus Christi, it would be a mistake to live anywhere else!

    This is a great place to live. It is pricey in comparison to other apartment complexes but you certainly get what you pay for here. It is quiet, even on the weekends and very clean, Ive never seen a single insect inside my unit and certainly no mice or rats. The appliances are very good quality and are all stainless steel. The countertops in the kitchen are thick granit which is a nice touch but Id have to say my favorite part about this place is parking! Even at its fullest I never had to hunt for a spot or park far from my unit. All in all I am very happy with the complex and the property staff members.

    Sage apartment is a great place, quiet, clean, fast maintenance response, and friendly staff! One year living here and I never experienced any issues with insects and other creatures. Location, location, location... Fantastic!! You are a few steps from stores, HEB, restaurants, and many more. Love everything!

    I absolutely love love love these apartments. These apartments are so beautiful inside and out. Management is amazing and the amenities are endless couldn’t ask for anything better. I’ve lived in corpus on and off for a while and these are by far the most cleanest most immaculate apartments I’ve ever lived in.

    When I was first shopping for an apartment during the construction of my new home, was considering two other apartments but I chose Sage because of the helpful actions of Vanessa Quintanilla. She took the time to personally show me the apartment even though it was 5 minutes before closing. I needed an additional garage to house my sports car and other vehicles and Vanessa was able to find me one and get me set up immediately. She answered all of my questions and made me feel confident about choosing Sage Apartments. It has been one of the nicest townhomes/apartments i have stayed in with a very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional management and staff. Being a business owner myself, with over ~850 employees and operations in 3 states, I have moved in employees for temporary work in Corpus Christi at Sage apartments on several occasions. Vanessa Quintanilla has gone out of her way to help me coordinate their relocations in a timely manner and they report a very positive experience at Sage as well.I would highly recommend Sage Corpus Christi if youre looking for a well-kept, well-managed apartment with friendly neighbors and environment. You wont be disappointed.

    I made a call-in maintenance order for my air conditioner on the weekend and had a maintenance member respond in less than 10 minutes. The management is extremely friendly and I always enjoy the free coffee in the office.

    This apartment complex is awesome! The application process was very smooth and the ladies in the office are very nice and very helpful. This complex is very clean and well kept up with and the amenities are very convenient and nice this is definitely a place you want to settle down at.

    Love the cleanliness and homey feel of the complex. Proud to live here, and proud to be bring friends and family over. Love the dog community and don’t think twice about not having a yard for my dog because of the size of the dog park.

    Lived there for a year and loved it. Never had an issue with anything in the apartment and the level of living is top notch. Only thing that stopped me from renewing my lease is the high rent. Just couldnt do it anymore.
