I have been a resident in this community for about 4 years. The complex is on the smaller side so you don’t have a million neighbors like other communities. I like that it is a quiet place to live and everyone is friendly but stays to themselves and minds their business. The staff is amazing and are super nice. They are always knowledgeable about everything and are helpful about getting you what is needed such as repairs etc. Maintenance is also very friendly and helpful at fixing your home in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment with peace!! 🫶🏼🩷🫶🏼

Drove by these apartments and they are well kept. They are next to a store that is open 24 hours. Great location and office staff Amanda speaks Spanish and was very helpful in answering all my questions. Beautiful and knowledgeable girl!

Came by these apartments and fell in love with them from the inside to outside. Staff Amanda was very helpful and súper nice. Staff was all amazing and speaking español is a plus

Best choice for an affordable and comfortable living situation. Sage Brush is a great option for anyone looking for a spacious, quiet place to live without breaking the bank.Also, the property manager Amanda is very helpful and informative, making the application process fast and easy.Pros: Laundry Room, Pool and Fitness Center.Cons: none to list!

I’ve lived at these apartments for 3 years and I love it they are so Homie and I feel so comfortable their and Amanda in the front office is just so sweet and Debra I just met her she’s nice answers all my questions. Just don’t like that they go up on rent every year when you renew
