I want to start by saying I arrived at Sabine Street Lofts after contacting about 30 other properties. From the moment I walked through the door the customer service I was greeted with by Sarah immediately made me want to call Sabine Street Lofts home. She took the time to go over every detail and showed me two units to provide me with a clear understanding of what I could expect in a new home. If you are looking for your next forever home please consider Sabine Street Lofts and ask for Sarah.The photos attached are a small sample of what you can look forward to right across the street from your next home. Cant ask for anything more. Beautiful community, staff and a beautiful view!

I want to give a big thank you to Barbara and David who work in the leasing office. They answered all my questions and made my decision to move forward with the moving process much easier. The leasing office is beautiful and always smells nice, and I really love my apartment.

We recently renewed our lease and are celebrating! My husband and I moved here to reduce the hours and stress of daily commuting. We are immediately loved the building and relaxed style inside, and we pinch ourselves to be having so much fun after 26 years of living in various parts of Houston. What we enjoy here is a laid-back, quiet home on a lovely bend of Buffalo Bayou near the place where Houston began. We can walk across the street to Buffalo Bayou park and enjoy the view from the Sabine bridge every day, and we enjoy food trucks, art exhibits, and other family fun on the weekend, and our parking is included - what a plus! We are close to many entertainment venues, the Theater District and great restaurants, within walking distance of the city’s revitalized Downtown area, as well as being closer to our church in Memorial. The building is quieter than we expected, and our neighbors are friendly and hospitable. We have dogs and so do many people here, and we enjoy the amenities that allow us to thrive with our family pets. Our college children think our loft is cozy and spacious, and we are happy that it is safe and stress-free. Of course, there are usual issues that are common to living in a community, but I commend the staff here for doing all they can to resolve them quickly. The office staff here is friendly, personally helpful, and go the extra mile. We can approach them with any issue, and they respond professionally and quickly. The maintenance crew is knowledgeable and has worked overtime to keep the place in order. We are safe here with a security guard and cameras in key areas. We enjoy our home here and look forward to staying for a long time!

I moved to Sabine Street lofts December 30th of 2023. Great decision that I made. I have liked it here. Whenever I have a complaint of something things have been done. They are cleaning the floors even better now in the hallway and the elevators and they came and cleaned my carpet in my apartment this week which today is September 30th of 2024. My carpet smells wonderful. The people that came and cleaned it they were professional. After they finished cleaning the carpet they moped the floors in the bathroom and going through the hallway going to the door. They were very nice, very clean and I appreciate everything and to my wonderful people in the office. Our new manager Miss Stephanie. Our leaseing Professional Ms.Barbara and to our assistant manager Mr. David. I just like to thank you all. You all have been so great and too the maintenance team Mr. Juan and Will yall have been great whenever I ask for something to be done. It has been done and I just want to thank you all.Brenda Heath

Wow, I have to say that my experience at Sabine Street Lofts was absolutely amazing! The leasing office ladies were incredibly welcoming and had such warm and wonderful personalities. Ms. Sarah assisted me and I couldnt have asked for a better leasing agent. She was extremely kind, informative and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. She gave me a tour of the building, showed me the floorplan and I knew right away that this was the perfect place for me to call home. I didnt want to leave! Overall, my visit to Sabine Street Lofts and meeting Ms. Sarah were superb and I am looking forward to moving in.

Located off Allen Parkway. Dog-friendly and right next to the park. They are not the new lofts but doable. Ive been in some apartments in the area and all but this one had a smell to them. I like their pools.

I was determined to write this review, because they deserve it. I visited the property to view a 2 bedroom, and Crystal was such a fresh of breathe air. Crystal toured me through the entire property, she took her time and explained all the details that would make anyone want to lease on the same day. Not only that, the office manager Sarah, was justas sweet. Together, they made sure that I was able to view multiple units within my price range. I would recommend anyone looking to lease a loft, to most definitely try these out. The reviews are not lying, the hallways, units and elevators are very clean and smell very good too. I give you all 100!

I moved in about three months ago and I love it here. Emily was awesome to work with on me finding the perfect apartment! The apartments are pet friendly and right on the bayou. My dogs love the yard. So far all the people in the leasing center are super helpful and keep this place looking nice. I would definitely recommend these apartments

Super excited to live here. My experience has been a 10/10 so far. Emily, the leasing agent who has been assisting me has been nothing short of amazing from the get-go! The apartments are in a great location, I loved the aesthetic of the building inside and outside, and I really liked the unit I’m moving in to. Overall, I’m excited to live in this great little community. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for an apartment!

The property is so calm and quiet and the folks who live here are also friendly which is really nice. I loved the unit I saw which was much bigger than I expected. The large windows and actual wood floors are really lovely. This apartment is a find! And the staff are too.

Lived at this location for a year and it was a pretty decent spot. It’s an older building so it required a lot of maintenance requests, but the maintenance team was always very prompt and helpful. The pools are really nice, and it was nice having two. I didn’t love all the events and street closures that happened nearby, but that’s no knock on the apartment complex, just the near-downtown location. If you live here, make sure to check out the coffee cart across the street though! That was the best part

We were soo lucky to have Sarah helping us today, on Saturday afternoon. She guided us through couple units that we just loved, OMG those concrete floors, high ceilings, red brick and huge windows with amazing views throughout. Sarah knows exactly what she is doing, true professional, she explained all the nuances and we had many))The location of the complex is just perfect if you prefer active lifestyle, walks on Buffalo Bayou, dog parks on walking distance.I really hope we get approved and move there in March. Toured with my sister on Saturday at 4:30 pm and love the community and the apartment home! Emily was wonderful and polite even when someone came in yelling at her that they had an appointment at 4:00. She did ask us if we would be okay with touring with them together but realized she was already very angry so we declined. Emily took our feelings into consideration and let them know she would reschedule them but they just laughed and walked out, she was truly the best and super nice!

If you like apartments that are reasonable priced, nearby outdoor (parks and the bayou) and downtown amenities and have beatiful views of the downtown skyline, then you will love living here.I am unfortunately moving out for non-apartment-related issues, but recommend everyone else to check this place out. If you like going for walks or jogging (or your pets do), then youre at the best area. If you like going to work in downtown in with a two-minute drive or 15-minute walk, then youre at the right place. If you like huge windows with a nice view of downtown, then Sabine lofts has loads of options. If you get the chance, I recommend going to the top floor of the garage at night (Best spot in the city for a view). During my stay, the apartments were reasonably priced but have dropped even further when I left (I believe they have partnered with the city of Houston to lower prices, not cheaper as a result of lower quality), so it is an absolute steal. The building is on the older side, but honestly, I would have never realized nor did I care while living here.Lastly, awesome service team with Sarah and Deya. I dont usually leave reviews, but had to for their absolutely great work at the lofts together with the great amenities / environment.

I have been a resident here for several years now. All the interactions I have had with office staff and maintenance have been excellent. The location is great, however, Sabine St itself can be a bit of a nuisance since the promenade across from the apartment building is pretty much always busy. Also, the street gets shut down multiple times a year for various events and it can be difficult to access, even with an event pass. But the apartments do their best to communicate when this will be an issue. Overall, I love living here.

Recently came in here just to see if there was any chance I would find my perfect living space and I found it. The apartments are so beautiful inside and out, very clean and most of all spacious. I was quite hesitant to come to these because they seemed out of my budget but Ms. Rivera was extremely helpful in showing me my options and was really hearing me out on things that I wanted and she fulfilled every box that needed to be checked on my list. She made it feel like home and I will definitely be coming here when my lease ends in June. Not to forget the other staff especially kim she was very welcoming and kept checking in on me if I needed anything. Can’t wait to move in!

Its hard to beat the bayou access, and the building and rooms are kept up with very well. Even if I never saw the staff, I would happily stay in my unit for the foreseeable future, but the fact is the staff is what makes this place special. Kim, Demetra, and Barbara are simply the best. It is like having family just hanging around in the front office all day - you dont have to do anything, but they are going to look out for you nonetheless. I appreciate them big time!

My wife and I moved here two months ago and absolutely love this place! The office staff is outstanding, friendly, and very accommodating to our requests and needs. The location right on Buffalo Bayou Park and proximity to downtown Houston is unbeatable! We have two dogs, and the apartments are very accommodating and make it very easy to have places for them to go outside We were surprised how quiet it is, and the neighbors have been very friendly. The maintenance crew has been outstanding, very friendly and responsive, and we appreciate everything that has been done to make this an enjoyable home for us. We hope to stay for many years!

We have stayed her for about 15 months and loved every minute! You cannot beat the location. Very close to parks and downtown. The manager Derrick is very personable, professional and accommodating. Desmond is super helpful and pleasant to work with. We would have stayed longer but had to move for work.

We were greeted with friendly eyes and a big smile, from what I could assume underneath a protective mask. Madison was eager to inform and help us as we searched for our new home. She made it a point to listen to what we wanted and tried to accommodate as much as possible, instead of pushing us into a place just to lease it. I really appreciate how communicative she stayed throughout the entire process, updating us play by play and letting us know what (documents) and when we needed to submit - more than once, and still polite, as I failed to pay attention at times.The location is great, the property is clean and secure, and the staff takes COVID safety protocol seriously - which I am all about! Not to mention, the neighbors are pretty friendly, too! Thank you for all your help, Madison! You are THE Best! :)

I have lived here for a year now & just resigned my lease for another year. The location is great. Youre right on Buffalo Bayou with private access to the trail. Youre across the street from the park which frequently hosts fun events. The street can be crowded at times, but its just because of the amazing downtown views! They do close the street from time to time for events that span Allen Parkway, but Derrick & the rest of the staff are sure to give plenty of notice beforehand. Speaking of the staff, Derrick, Desmond & Linda couldnt be nicer. They make it a point to remember everyone, and even which unit theyre in. Its quite impressive! The price is about what youd expect to pay for the area, but comparatively cheaper than surrounding apartment buildings. I definitely recommend Marquis Lofts on Sabine!

Best place to live in Houston. Modern lofts, very spacious and quiet. Great management and quality service 24/7. Nice gym 24/7, valet trash almost everyday, privacy galore and neighbors are very cool and friendly. Best park in the city just footsteps away, skatepark is awesome, Fonde Rec center next door. Outside of downtown, literally on the bayou, aquarium is a 5 minute walk and the biggest events in the city happens monthly. Food spots everywhere, shopping everywhere, beautiful scenery, art everywhere. Its a luxury and a privilege to live here. I will tell my grandkids about living here when Im old.

I dont know from where I should start. This place feels home to me. Ive lived in Sabine Lofts for almost 5 years, and I have gone through so many changes, including the pandemic experience. Kimberly and her team have been very supportive during all these changes. Service requests are solved the same day they are placed. The maintenance team is extremely efficient.

This is without a doubt the best place in Houston to live in my opinion.First is the incredible location. You live in a park , on the most scenic area of Houston. A real park, hiking and biking trails, food trucks, concerts, boating, restaurants rightOutside your door. The Buffalo bayou and everything associated with it literally outside your door .Incredible skylineViews of Houston. You also have the scenic old Sabine street bridge at your doorstep. No neighbors, gas stations, stripCenters.. you litterly live in Central Park like NYC.But that’s not the best of it. The best part is the people here who take care of us residents. Emily Corzo is part of that office staff She does a great Job to take care of the residents here.. She has a friendly disposition and smile and always willing to help. Its a pleasure to visit the office. You need something fixed or done.. its done right now.The service here is best ive seen.The maintenance team here is also first class. I have known these guys for years.. They handle all your requests and needsImmediately all the time and they are friendly and genuinely want to make you happy . Very professional and great attitude.And the last thing that’s important is that they are always taking care of the property and upgrading. As of now they are redoingAll the halls flooring and repainting .. its looking awesome.. they keep the place clean and up to date.I guess the best testimant is that all my friends around houstn are VERY jealous of me and where I live.. incredible downtown skyline view,Park access outside my door and a 10 min walk to theatre disctrict and old town Market square nitelife and bars and restuarants.If you want the best of Houston has to offer with everything at your doorstep and quality living in a park .. Weve been living here for over 2 years now and we adore it. The staff we have here are wonderful - the manager Derrick and the associates Linda and Desmond all really push to make both the units and the amenities work for us. Ive seen them trying to fix the coffee maker on his own when Starbucks is late! The units on the west side have gorgeous views, and while there has been some noise, its usually temporary and hasnt been late at night. The people who live here are friendly, too. Finally, while living on Buffalo Bayou can sometimes mean we cant get the dog walked very far when it floods, the Lofts werent flooded during Harvey, though we were a little island, and we never lost power or water. We recommend the Marquis Lofts highly!

I have been a resident of Marquis Lofts on Sabine for 8 months now and I am absolutely loving it. The office manager Derrick (and staff) are great and go out of their way to make residents happy. Derrick organizes community get-togethers on a regular basis. Fourth of July party was super fun. Its nice to get to know your neighbors, this is definitely the friendliest complex Ive ever lived in.
