The Roots At Boerne has been a wonderful place to live and an overall positive experience. The office staff is always responsive and friendly and has answered any questions I have had quickly. The maintenance staff works very hard and has fixed every issue that Ive needed help. If you end up leasing here Jade in the front office is amazing she is extremely knowledgeable and diligent. You can tell she really cares about making sure all your questions are answered. Great place to live!!

We had the best time at the Summer Luau the staff put on for the apartment community. Angie and her staff go above and beyond to make this community feel like a family and feel like home. Our experience so far has been wonderful! The communication between the front office and our party has been phenomenal. Professionalism, politeness, and patience have all been experienced with the staff. The apartment unit itself is also amazing. All 3 of us have been very comfortable in the household. The neighbors are also extremely kind and have made us feel very welcome here. One of our favorite services here is the dog park, which our dog loves to play in. We have yet to try out the gym and pool, but they look flawless. Overall, our experience here deserves the 5 star review given.

This complex is amazing. I have been coming here for years to visit friends and after moving back to boerne moved in. The management has made everything so easy and has been nothing but amazing and accommodating! Tera has quite honestly helped me more than any other manager I’ve ever had experience with! I am thankful that they have been so welcoming!

Great selection of floor plans based on individual needs. Pet friendly, a large pool and additional amenities. The employees in the Main Office were extremely helpful and their personalities helped us feel at ease.My husband and I look forward to moving in this great community this month!

I was asked to come in to help assess an ultimately resolve damaged units do to acts of nature. Ms. Linda and her staff where amazing. Her composed nature, helpful heart and an etiquette that never faltered. The stress level, understandably should have been unmatched, but not under Ms.Linda care. I enjoyed the professional experience with all of the employees at the Root Of Boerne.Larry

We just moved in today and needed a few loose ends tied up. The maintenance man was prompt in fixing a minor issue and the manager herself came, after work on a Friday, and worked really hard to fix another small issue. She had a great attitude about something that easily could have waited until Monday. As long as the service and promptness doesn’t change, I’d say 5 stars for the office. The apartment itself was super clean and really nice as well. The complex itself also looks really nice.

The roots were my first ever apartment complex and I can not commend them enough for being so accommodating and ready to help. maintenance issues were minimal and were always fixed day of, there was such effective communication between tenants and the leasing office. i highly recommend living here, they do such a good job at making it feel like home :)

The Roots at Boerne is by far my favorite place to live!! The location is perfect, the management is the best I’ve ever had by far and the grounds are always kept up and beautiful!! It’s quiet, close to the highway and town and I just couldn’t be happier here!! Linda and Anjanette are wonderful and have done so much for this community!! Thank you ladies for always going above and beyond for us!!

Highly recommend, Ms. Russell is amazing manager, if it wasn’t for her, this place would not have the rating it has, amazing manager and person all around. Angie and her team provide excellent residential customer service! She and her team take the time to listen to residential needs and act upon either correcting the issues brought to their attention immediately or find a solution to address the issue and correct it.My wife and I have lived in several apartment complexes, and by far the Roots at Boerne is the the best when it comes to customer service. That is directly related to Angie and her team!!

I had to move within a week from my last apartment due to a not so great living situation, and I honestly couldnt be happier! The staff were so great at helping me throughout the process and answering any questions I had. I was surprised that they let me see my unit about a week before I moved in as the last couple places I had lived in just said they were cleaning it and once I moved in it was problem after problem or just obvious signs that they hadnt actually cleaned or fixed anything. Here, it felt like I was moving into a brand new apartment! Everything was cleaned properly, paint was great.The pictures you see on their website are exactly how the property looks in person, same with the units which is not too common these days. I was surprised at the amount of extra storage my unit had as well, I just have a one bedroom but my bathroom has a utility closet in it and then my bedroom has a coat closet in addition to my full size walk in closet. The washer and dryer are on the patio enclosed in their own little room with storage racks above them which is super convenient. The paint is nice and modern, floors are beautiful, kitchen is great especially with the backsplash.After move in, I have no complaints! With a lot of apartment complexes, management and maintenence are rarely reliable but here every concern I had has been treated like a priority. For the first time I genuinely feel that if I have a problem or concern, I can go to the office and they will handle whatever is going on as best as they can and that feeling of confidence in who is managing where youre living is priceless. I had an issue when I moved in with the microwave and maintenence was immediately on it. The part needed took a while to come in which is completely understandable and once it arrived he came in, took about 5 minutes to install it, and was done. Really nice guy too! The only down side Ive had is dealing with my upstairs neighbors since I work from home and they can be...quite loud to say the least. I let the manager know and its significantly decreased so again, knowing the management team has your back and genuinely want to help make living here the best experience possible is just wonderful.Overall, super happy and would recommend the roots to anyone looking to move to Boerne!

I have never been more impressed than what I am now with the management of the property. When they say they are here for you even late sometimes.. they are not kidding..I had a problem retrieving a package that was a very important delivery I called the office and to my surprise Linda the manager was still there she came out and help me retrieve my package at 7 o’clock at night....I was very impressed also with Angie and Christopher they really do want to Improve this property which has not been so good under previous management... The follow-through they give you is very impressive. This is definitely going to be an outstanding property under the new management.

Great place to live!! Linda, Angie and Carmine always go above and beyond to cater to the needs of the residents. Often, you will find the Ladies staying late and working well past business hours.The complex is more maintained and secure, unlike when it was the Vantage. The maintenance staff, Tre and Mario, work really hard to please the residents of anything that might need fixing, as well as walking the grounds every morning picking up scattered trash to keep the complex looking top notch.I have lived at a couple other places here in Boerne in the past, and none can come close in comparison with the Roots.

They really seem to care about their residents. Already a great impression of the staff. Definitely going to be calling this my home for a very long time.

My boyfriend has been living here 6 months and is really enjoying it. He loves that there is a ground floor unit with a yard option for his dog, which gives him such ease of mind when he has to go to work. We are looking for a two bedroom unit for this summer and Christopher was the biggest help. He answered any questions we had and really knows what he’s doing. Any issues you have be sure to speak with him. He’s fab!

My wife and I were looking for a place last summer and we were in a little bit of a hurry. We looked around san Antonio and didnt find much we liked. We happened to stop in boerne on the way home and drove up to the roots. I was in the process of joining the air Force which I am now in and about to get moved to my duty station. The roots has great amenities such as the pool with a kiddie are, the gym, areas for your dogs, and a great neighborly community. When we showed up at the roots the assistant manager, Anjanette, welcomed us in with open arms. She had such a a warm presence and helped us with everything we needed. We signed a lease that day and have enjoyed the experience ever since. The apartment is very nice with hard wood floors in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom and carpet in the bathroom. Very nice cabinets, included washer and dryer, and a great balcony space to enjoy the year round beautiful weather in boerne. Thank you roots at boerne for being a great home to my family.

I’ve lived here since they have been open. Was considering moving when my lease was up because the old management was rude and unhelpful. Stopped by the office today to renew my lease because the new management cares and treats me like they care. The old management treated me like I was just a number. Props to Christopher in the office. He was kind, friendly, and helpful.
