The staff is always making themselves available to help with whatever request you may have. They never put it to the side and forget they get things done and continue to follow up with you. My stay here as always been so pleasant. I stayed here about 5 years ago and moved and never got the same courtesy so I moved back.

We moved in on 4/1/2024 we love our new home. It’s beautiful the neighbors are super nice. Way better than the unprofessional complex we lived at. Office staff super sweet.

This review is for Phase 2. We love the open concept apartment with stainless steel appliances. Maintenance is always prompt and friendly, and the people in the front office are so friendly and remember my name. Ive never lived in an apartment with such great service. They also spray for bugs regularly so we dont have a problem with that. Not really a complaint, but there is a gap next to the dishwasher. The dishwasher works fine and there are no problems, but just kind of looks weird. The living room could be larger, but we dont expect more for what were paying.My only real complaint is against the other neighbors, but you get that living in an apartment. Some of them are noisy after hours but there is a safety patrol you can call to deal with that. Some dont pick up after their dogs, and thats gross. But management has taken steps to get people to pick up after their pets, including implementing a fine and possible eviction.

I lived in Phase I and then transferred to Phase II and always had a great experience. Work orders were finished in a timely manner and the office staff was great. I did have a problem with people parking in my carport spot that I paid for but it was also resolved when I called the office. I really enjoyed the large fitness center and the pool area.

We have lived here for about 17 months and all things considered, its been nice. Anytime weve had maintenance issues they have been quick to respond and fix whatever was wrong. Alejandro is the maintenance manager and he and his team are really good. The only complaint is weve had some new move-ins to our building (6) and there has been an increase in noise and trash around our building and cigarette butts. But I guess its to be expected when youve got different families and different cultures living in one area. Everybody has different values. I brought it up to management and they sent out notices asking residents to keep area clean and that smoking is only allowed on balconies.We do miss being able to go the office for fresh baked cookies. COVID has really changed a lot of things but I think management at RHR has done its best. I appreciate them.

Absolutely love this place, It has a gym with a sauna and a nice hot tub the community people here are so nice and I submitted a work order for my washer that broke and they were able to fix it in a timely maner replaced it with a brand new model . the 🎾Tennis curt and sand volleyball is nice . It ls also a pet friendly community they also have a dog park.

Lived here for 2 1/2 years, and found it to be a pretty good place to live. Rent was reasonable, and ours didn’t go up for as long as we’ve been there. That mightve change since we moved out right before property taxes got wild.We had a couple snafus with AC or other things, but the maintenance people worked well. Phase 1 seems a little old, since we could tell one side was listing a bit in the kitchen, but we noticed them redoing a lot of places before we left too.My only big complaint would be that the gates and various keycard openers suck. As well as the buildings aren’t well labeled on their sides, so expect to have to run out to get your food delivery every once in a while.

I have lived at Riverhorse phase 1 for about a year now. I have loved my floorplan since day 1, its very spacious and very similar to a house! Everyone in the office is friendly and very responsive, maintenance is great and everything gets done fast. Wendi has managed this property very well. Ashlyn, Brittany and Peter have been great help as well. I will miss this place.

Riverhorse ranch is a good place to live. Apartment building, property and amenities are well maintained and taken care of. The management is friendly and responds to issues/concerns efficiently. The gym is amazing as is the pool. Most people are friendly. There is an online resident portal which makes it easier to communicate with other members of the community and also raise issues with the management. Initially, I faced an issue with people leaving behind dog poop near my apartment entrance which is next to a dog walking area. This was thankfully the only major problem i faced and it has been been solved.

My husband and I lived at Riverhorse for almost 2 years before relocating to Fort Worth at the end of 2020, and we loved our time here! We had a very positive experience with management, and even received a perk for renewing our lease early. Keith and Rachel were very helpful from the start of our leasing experience right until the end. The rent price we paid for the unit was great, the neighborhood was very kid-friendly, the complex was quiet and very clean, near a delicious ethiopian restaurant and other shopping centers, and its close to 35 which was convenient. I like that the complex was tucked away, and the only minor con (which had nothing to do with the complex itself) was that Pflugerville as a city was not within Austin Community College zoning, which led to higher tuition rates. Overall, I had a great experience (and I know others who have as well). Definitely worth visiting if youre looking in the area!

My opinion may be considered bias because I work here but I love living at Riverhorse. The maintenance staff completes work orders on time and the landscaping always looks good. On top of this, the amenities are amazing. You cant beat a 4300 square foot gym open 24 hours with a sauna and steam room. This would be my third apartment I have lived in my entire life and I have never loved one this much- truly.

I have been living here for 6 months and LOVE it here. The staff is very friendly and when we have a maintenance request, they are very quick! The office staff throws pool parties and has random events going on that tend to the children AND adults. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

Ive lived here for the past year and while its not prefect, its pretty great! The staff are always excited to see you and want to help as best as they can. The maintenance can be a little slow at times but they get you taken care of. The Apartments themselves are great too! walls arent too thin, the gym is awesome, and the pool is a great way to unwind or grill some BBQ. All in all Riverhorse Ranch is a great place to live!Update 2/11/15Just moved out of these wounderfull apartments last month after being there almost 4 years. Didnt want too but needed more space than they could offer. Me and my wife couldnt be happier with the time we spent at RiverHorse Ranch, the staff is always helpful. The new expansion seems to be more of what makes this a great place to live! Only thing I can say is if you stay ANYWHERE near the pool, dont expect to get much sleep. While it is a lovely view some people dont know how loud they can be!

I have lived here for 2 years and I absolutely love it.The management is accommodating, responsive and friendly, the staff is always so hospitable, the maintenance team rocks, as well as the security. With the gym, sauna, steam bath, pools, bbqs, and tennis courts, I felt like we live in a resort. I highly recommend checking out RHH.

Awesome apartments with great newly built buildings. Great amenities such as pool, gym, and business center. The staff are friendly and willing to help. They also have lots of other great perks such as no monthly cost for pets (just an initial deposit) and you can rent washer and dryer for $35 a month or use their laundry facilities which cost $1.25 per load.What about negatives? They put the airconditioning unity in the cealing of the bathroom (at least in the B1 floorplan). The AC unit makes a lot of noise when its on in the bathroom. Also if you are unlucky, and live on the first floor, you may find the compressors for the AC right out side your living room window, I have 3 of them for the 3 floors of the corner of my building unit.Also, parking is very tight spaces. This is aggravated when you have people driving trucks and dont know how to park.. At night you may have to park a short walk away to find space. If you are a heavy set person you may want to rent a garage or a covered carport since I am probably one of the skinniest persons in the entire apartment compound and I have trouble getting in and out of my car some times.However this cons do not detract enough from the pros and the great feeling of living in a modern apartment to justify removing more than one star. Check this place out if you are looking for a place to live for a while and dont mind paying slightly more for great value.

Great place! Clean and comfortable. Definitely great and attentive staff. Safe and sound is minimal. Outside apartments is very clean, Staff is aware of residents and listen to us. Fun events and get togethers. Definitely would like to come back if ever need be in the future.

I have lived here 4 years and do not see us moving anytime soon! Wendi, from the front office, is awesome! The maintenance team is great at immediately handling anything that is needed! The amenities are outstanding! I would definitely recommend RHR to anyone looking for a place to live.

Best apartment complex on the face of the planet! lol The amenities are so, so cool. It has everything a complex could possibly have and for a decent price! The staff are very nice and if you need maintenance they get anything done right away. My husband and I have never been more happy with our living quarters and such great service. :) You will love this place! Def check this place out if you are looking for a great place. This is as great as it gets! I think anyways. :) Phase 1 I think is better because this is where all the amenities are, but both sides of the apts are great Im sure. May God bless yall! :)

I was living there for 9 years and I highly recommend to anyone who is searching for an apartment in the Pflugerville area. Their service is great. The longest is couple of days depending on how much workload they have for the technicians and I never had any problem with that. Only tiny problem I have with the management office is Nichole. She tends to stick with policy and not giving you a chance to compromise. If you are in a situation where you need some flexibility, I go to Miranda. She is very reasonable and will work with you. Unfortunately there is not 4.5 stars for me to rate so I chose 4 instead. 5 star makes me sound like a liar... That is all I have to say about RiverHorse Ranch. Come and check it out.

Ive lived here for the last 6 months and Im loving it. The amenities are great. I love how friendly the staff and neighbors are and how quite everything is. Maintenance is fast too and usually fixes everything within a week of requesting. Great location too.
