I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Riverhouse. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was replacing light bulbs or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. You cant beat the location. This is a wonderful renting experience.

I loved living here! The community is great, pool is always fun, and it’s located near so many entertainment options. Theres always resident events that are a lot of fun. We have lived in River House for a little over a year and the staff here is so kind hearted and friendly. They genuinely care about their residents happiness and comfort; responding to all concerns in a timely matter, and interacting with warmth, care and concern. This is hard to come by these days and its beyond appreciated. The community of people here is awesome, the pool area is so much fun and location cant be any better.

We were at this apartment building visiting family. After a week of staying in various nice hotels our favorite leisure time was unexpectedly at an apartment pool! The space is super classy and well maintained, the pool was just the right size and temperature, and this overflow wall and perfect space to lounge while toddlers splash was just right. The River being right there was special and we were tempted to walk back to our hotel downtown along the river if it wasnt so hot.

I am so excited to move into River House! There are a lot of great apartments around the Pearl / Downtown San Antonio area, but I was extremely impressed with River House due to their location, amenities, cleanliness, and most importantly, how comfortably the staff and everybody in the community made me feel. Iliana and JD were extremely welcoming and automatically made me feel at home. The property manager, JD, was phenomenal. Professional but also so inviting and definitely cares for this community. It is evident that the residents truly love the staff here and feel safe and included. Looking forward to moving in and being able to hop right onto the riverwalk while feeling comfortable in my home!

I am a single woman and my kiddos and I have been here for 6 months now. I am not sure if I’ll ever leave. Management is lovely, maintenance is the best, and above all, I feel safe. My kids can run down and check the mail (or pick up our door dash 😆). I can walk my dog alone at night or take him to the dog park and not feel uneasy. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. The amenities are nice and kept up with. I have rented in the area for about 15 years now but this is the first time I’ve been somewhere that checks all the boxes for us.My only real critique (and really it’s not terribly critical) is that we never received a full understanding of how to utilize all amenities like the community office space downstairs. I had some issues with my Internet recently and tried running down to get something done on one of the computers but I couldn’t figure it out and there were no instructions down there. Lol Not a huge deal as I’m sure if the office was open they would have assisted. Overall, we love it here!

I’ve lived at River House for several years now and attest to the excellent customer service I receive. The current management team responds quickly to questions and service requests, and have gone out of their way to assist and problem solve. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They have also made several enhancements to the gardens and outdoor spaces along with a good refresh of the hallways and common areas. I highly recommend RiverHouse!

I lived at the River House apartments for about 6 months while I was living down in SA. Can’t say enough about how great of a place it was. Staff were always very helpful and friendly, the location was excellent, and the unit itself was beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in downtown SA.

My tour was hosted by JD after multiple other tours and I knew immediately that I wanted to lease here. JD and other office staff members I’ve met are engaging and kind. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. Maintenance staff is very helpful, kind, and respectful. Residents who I have met are kind. Area is excellent and very lively. Building still manages to remain very peaceful. As a tenant with no roommates, I still feel very safe. Only downside is that a Grinch stole my fake Christmas tree off my doorstep just after Christmas. Additionally parking without a reserved spot can be tough, but that’s most apartment living. Overall an excellent experience!

I just had to say that the staff here is amazing. I’ve only toured and met a few staff members but I have to say they are absolutely lovely. Alexis is super helpful and so kind. Kerri, their manager even called as a follow up on my search. This never happens, and just shows their service is a hundred steps above others. This is a beautiful location and the high ceilings and tall windows add a wow factor. While I didn’t find something that would work, I will always consider this property.

Let’s start with the staff - great people - friendly, ready to help, understanding, willing to go the extra manager. From the Assistant Manager to the Maintenance team, great people. The location is phenomenal, less than 10 min walk to Pearl and all it has to offer. The common areas are well-kept. You’ll find a good mix of active military, families and singles/couples as your neighbors. Not party central - a good thing - but a friendly place. Very secure behind several gates/doors. Thanks for a great stay.

I have lived here since summer of 2022 and absolutely love it, especially the management and staff! Michelle, JD, Alexis, and and the maintenance staff are always so personable, quick to respond to emails and make a point of getting to know each resident.It is a very pet friendly building and is in close walking distance to so many things (dog parks, the Pearl, restaurants)! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for what I mentioned above!

We love being at Riverhouse. Living in an actively managed and preserved riparian environment satisfies our love for nature, while letting us enjoy all of the wonderful urban cultural experiences that make San Antonio one of the best cities in America. Specifically, Michelle, with her always positive attitude, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is always available, and is quickly responsive to any issues (albeit rare) that we have had. We love living here so much that we are about to sign a new, extended lease to continue to enjoy Riverhouse and it’s proximity to the Pearl, the river, and all of the other fantastic downtown San Antonio attractions that make this such a great place to live!

So Ill start with a caveat: Ive only lived here for a couple of months.But this place has been pretty great so far. The pool is beautiful, the little outside spots to chill out...the location, of course, is wonderful, but I think that my favorite part so far has been the staff. Every single member of the staff has been great, but Alan and Nicole have been the two that Ive had the most contact with. Theyre both so friendly and so professional, and they seem to love their job and be concerned about the people who live here. (There are a lot of great activities to foster the sense of community.) And, having come from another nearby complex where the staff turnover was so fast, and the rapport between tenants and staff was thus pretty erratic and felt really anonymous, this is really appreciated. Theyre consistently charming and funny and great to deal with. That adds a lot to the overall experience.The gym is very nice, definitely sufficient, but it could use a few more pieces of equipment (Id take a rowing machine and a barbell besides the Smith machine). And, like anywhere else, youll have a few inconsiderate people who dont pick up their dogs mess - even in the dog park - and dont wipe down machines...but thats inevitable in any complex, I guess, and those people seem to be in the minority. Overall, its a community where people are civil and respectful.

I have been living in The River House Apartments for 3 years. Moved to San Antonio from Dallas without even seeing the property because the management was so quick to respond. Once I got here I loved it. The neighbors are amazing, the location is even better, local bars and the Pearl is within walking distance. I literally drive to work and home…otherwise my car stays parked because I have no reason to leave the area! If you are looking for a close knit community with great location….this is your spot

I absolutely LOVE living here. The apartments are quiet. There is ample outdoor space to walk my dog. Relaxing at the pool and gym is like being at a resort. The neighborhood provides urban quality for suburban pricing. And all my friends are jealous of where I live. But best of all is the staff. They are the hardest working and most generous leasing staff Ive ever encountered. This is one of the best leasing experiences Ive had!

Love living at River House! I am in my second year living there. Directly on the River Walk, nice dog park, excellent gym, friendly staff, timely maintenance. Most importantly they take really good care of the grounds and are always improving. They recently installed solar panels which is really cool. There is also a good online community presence and many fun community events.

Living at the River House has been the highlight of my stay in San Antonio. I lived at the River House for over a year and wish I had found it sooner. If I wasnt moving for work I would still be living there. The pool and amenities are awesome, and the leasing staff is super friendly. Debbie, Nicole, and Leslie are always saying hello and have even brought me ice cream at the pool. I recommend it to all my friends, thats why most my friends now live there. Highly recommend checking it out!

Great spot in a great location. The complex is really well taken care of and the staff is very friendly. The walls are a little thin but thats the case for most apartments. I had to break my lease early, which I was bummed out about having to pay it out, but J.D. worked hard to get a new resident and it saved me almost a grand.

I was so fortunate to have found the River House! This complex features great views and unparalleled convenience. It is located between the Pearl district and downtown (both of which are accessible via the riverwalk just outside your door). The staff is very professional and helpful, and go out of their way to encourage a community atmosphere amongst residents. Overall, this is an incredible find that will be sorely missed when my job takes me elsewhere.

When I’m away on business, I feel my home is always safe and secure with my reserve parking patiently waiting for my return and the warm welcome from staff. The River House Apartments property is a true utopian oasis community for the visceral senses to ever compliment the riverwalk. A coup de grace for the concrete jungle. The property maintenance and staff are hypervigilant in maintaining a pleasing visualspatial atmosphere amenities from the sociolinguistic music to the floral aroma that supplants any blight of traditional urban living.

I have been living at Riverhouse for over a year....and LOVE it! Here is why:Staff: The ladies in the office take care of business with care and a smile. It isnt just business to them though, they treat you like family before AND after you lease...this is one of the main reasons I renewed my lease 2 months ago...I love them!Events: I have gotten a massage (by a professional lol), drank wine/ate cheese, attended a web party, epic 4th of July pool party, and tequila tasting with tacos ...this was all on property. The staff also organized trips to SAMA, b-cycle tours and and an awesome Christmas party with 5 star food and adult beverages.....all of this was free for residents!- there have also been fitness bootcamps and car washes!The pool: if you think the pool looks beautiful in pics...check it in person.--GORGEOUS and CLEAN! Plus Grill some steak and then play shuffleboard in the lounge (next to pool). I spent every weekend with friends and residents this summer at the pool.Residents: I have made so many friends here, everyone I have met has been very cool, friendly and fit in with the family feel of this community.Location: riverwalk is steps away for a jog/walk. Pearl is 10 min walk, Paramour is 5 minutes and GS1221 is within crawling distance. Food trucks at the end of the street are good for dinner....every night lol...or go to Luxury, Sobros, La Gloria, TnT, or anywhere at pearl for great eats. Wanna go DT? Ride a bike or catch a cab (save yourself the parking fees)...or walk if you are healthy, it is less then 1.5 miles.My actual apartment: not cheap, and I dont stay there often because I am out and about...but when I am home it is nice to have modern appliances and fixtures. Remember your rent is going towards the location and service not the sq footage....if you want low $/sq ft, start 10-15 miles from DT/Midtown.After all that, it is not perfect, there are still hiccups due to this being a new living area....nothing major though. The gym could have more weights, but gets me by in a pinch. Dont forget your fob/keys while headed into the garage...you will be locked out! Management or security will have to bail you out...until you have 20 friends who you can bug to hook you up lol.Looking forward to another year here! Dont hesitate to live here...I heard there was a waiting list lol.
