I just recently moved into the apartments, overall, I can say it feels like home with some minor adjustments. Camille was very helpful and made me feel welcome the moment I stepped into the office. She was a blessing to work with. The kids love all of the upgrades and the style of the apartment. The process was easy and stress free. I pray my stay here will stay a positive one!

I lived at Retreat at Riverstone for two years before moving to another state, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The quality of the apartments at such a reasonable price truly surprised me when I first moved in.The area is fantastic—I always felt safe walking around, and there’s a lovely park nearby for outdoor activities. The Administrative Office was consistently welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, especially Jose, who I believe is the manager. Their support made my living experience even betterI highly recommend Retreat at Riverstone to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I usually dont write reviews unless someone goes above and beyond.I am writing this review to express the high level of professionalism Jose the office manager displays when tenants approach him with questions and concerns.Not only does Jose take the time to listen to tenants concerns, he also takes prompt actions to address the issue.Jose does a wonderful job of enforcing the rules whenever necessary using clear communication, while always maintaining a positive attitude. Thank you Jose! Your kindness and professionalism are truly appreciated.

As soon as I walked in the door, I got treated like family and not just a tenant. Camille went above and beyond for my family. The property is beautiful!!!!! The grounds are well kept. The townhomes are very spacious. I was so happy moving in everything worked, freshly painted and the carpet in the rooms were cleaned. I would definitely recommend this property This area has everything you need so close to home. There are a ton of stores, restaurants, beautiful walking trails. I would definitely recommend the retreat to friends and family!!!! I am so happy I chose this property to call home.

I first lived in this apartment when my family moved to the United States. I had been interested in this apartment since I was in Japan. I have lived here for 14 months and I am very satisfied. First, Parus and all the staff members are very kind and respond quickly to any issues. The maintenance staff members are also sociable, and I got along with them very well. I think every apartment complex seems busy all the time. Moreover, it seemed that regular tasks such as plant management, window cleaning, and lawn care within the apartment complex were done thoroughly. There are other comments mentioning that the gate often breaks, and I agree with that. Haha. I also made many friends within the apartment complex and they treated me very well. I recommend this apartment.To the leasing center staff who have been kind to me, the very friendly maintenance staff, and the people at the apartment who made me feel like family, thank you all for everything you have done so far.

I have been actively researching various apartment complexes in my search for the perfect place to move into, and I must say that the majority of them have left me with a rather unwelcoming impression, making communication quite challenging. However, there was a notable exception when I decided to visit The Retreat at Riverstone. During this visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Needless to say, I applied the same day and am looking forward to moving in next month.

This property is beautiful! The location is perfect and the team is wonderful. I especially like the billiard room and clubhouse space. The townhomes are amazing and all have garages. Definitely a beautiful property in the heart of Riverstone.

I had lost my cat this past Sunday. I called the office to ask if there was anything at all they could do and Camille(despite being almost off the clock) put out a feline APB in the complex. Within 5 minutes a resident called me and I got my cat back

We moved in April 2023 and our story is a little unique. Looking for an abode in Houston we were exploring Katy and Sugar Land. After deciding on Sugar Land , finding homes and apartments were the next hurdle. Having gone by Google Reviews of Retreat at Riverstone, it became the last choice for us.But to our surprise, the apartments are large, high ceiling, excellent working equipment, well-maintained campus, great gym and pool and how can I forget the dog park and barbecue gazebos. We have lived for a year, extended our lease for another 15 months recently.If you are looking to live in Sugar Land, Riverstone this is the best choice. Please dont go by Google reviews but do visit the place and then decide.And about the staff, starting with front office, they may come across as impolite people but they are clear, open, transparent and upfront may be just not as diplomatic as one would expect. Some people may find it as a problem but it is not actually. And the maintenance staff is just as wonderful.

The place is very nice and close to all the stores and restaurants on university Blvd and Highway 6 All fortbendisd schools zoned to this area are good. Very quiet the management is very friendly and if you have any problems in apartment they fixed it very fast the respond when you have issues is very fast. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay please come to Retreat at Riverstone apts. This is my second year and am enjoying my stay here

12/13/24:I would like to mention once again how lucky we are to have Balthazar. Any household problem is solved in a matter of minutes. He is friendly, super professional, and such a huge help to all the residents.10/18/24 update:Jose is not only a great manager, but also a very nice person. This morning my car wouldnt start due to battery issues and I panicked, but Jose and Balthazar (another great team member) immediately gave me a helping hand, for which Im extremely grateful to both of them.Well, looks like the longer I live here, the more I like this place. Thank you guys!Another update: I’ve been having problems registering on the Retreat website for several months.I am grateful to Jose and Paris for being so patient with my avalanche of emails and calls, especially since it turns out it was entirely my fault: I incorrectly used the capital M in my username.We are very fortunate to have a professional and helpful management team.Just want to update my previous review. During my stay here three property managers have already changed. Why to bring someone who doesnt know the job or our community, while we have an experienced Assistant Property Manager, Parus Mirani. She is energetic, gets the job done, and whats important: she loves her job. It will only benefit the community if she becomes the Property Manager.I live here a bit more than 2 years, and Im still in love with this complex, which became even more beautiful thanks to Courthnie, the property manager. She is super professional, always polite, friendly and efficient. Thanks to Courthnie and Christine any residents concern is addressed immediately. Also, the maintenance team, Baltazar and Herman, is pretty good.

Move in day: My apartment was very clean, fresh paint. Parus and all the leasing staff are so welcoming and helpful. Maintenance responds very quickly and always eager to help. The complex grounds are well maintained; the pool and fitness center are very nice and well kept.My overall opinion of The Retreat is 5 Star, and I am so happy I chose this as my new home!!!!

I cant stop talking about my experience as a tenant at Retreat at Riverstone. Apart from the great amenities and the rental units. The attentive staff was the icing on the cake for me. They were always ready and willing to go above and beyond to assist me with any issues. I have to give special mention to the property manager, Courtnie who lead the team like a true professional. It is so refreshing to see a woman of color handling the responsibilities of such a great property, and doing it with class. I had a great experience because she, along with her staff, ran their operations like a well oiled machine. This is definitely a reflection of her leadership. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the sugar land area.

I just moved in last month, and I absolutely love it. The agents and manager are all wonderful and very helpful. I get a lot of packages in the front office, and any time I have received a really large piece, they always help me get it to my car. Im grateful for that. Nicole especially has gone out of her way to make it a smooth transition for me and makes sure all of my questions are answered. My apartment is clean, quiet, and just overall very nice. My neighbors are friendly, nice people. Another thing I love is the convenience to everything. If I want to get to Highway 59, its a short 10 minute drive down University, then about 10 minutes into the city. In the opposite direction, I can be at Highway 6 in five minutes and there is a Target, Hobby Lobby, Kroger, HEB, Home Depot, Kohls, etc. right there. So...its convenient to the city and everything it has to offer, but far enough off the beaten path where it is quiet and peaceful. Its a great place to live.

We had come to this property in mid-2015 when we were to move here from Hong Kong. For some reason, the transfer didn’t happen and we finally moved to the US 6 months back. For us, the first experience going around with Courtnie on a tour of the property was enough to gauge the quality of service these guys provide. And here we are - 7 years since we first saw this property, we returned here and love almost everything about it. Not only the apartments are beautiful, but the location is also super convenient and safe too!Courtnie and her team will do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as it can get. They are bunch of super helpful people. Keep up the good work guys!

I absolutely love it here. the people that work here are amazing. the maintenance crew is on top of everything, the grass is always cut, the property is always clean, every time I go and pick up a package I never have to remind them what apartment I live in, the girls always know. theyre always smiling always happy and theyre just amazing!! this is absolutely the best apartment Ive ever lived in and I am very happy and satisfied with my residency here.

Ive been here almost 4 years and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE! from the STAFF(leasing agent), maintenance and management to my neighbors. this property is worth living at. I very seldom utilize the amenities, but they are awesome as well!The location is convenient to everything in the area! from trails, to grocery stores. u name it, its in the area. whether you want to walk or drive.Every property has its issues of things, but this one its nothing major or cant be fixed. they are usually on it and let you know everything going on via email or text. actually both!I hope you get the chance to experience AWESOME living at the property. The Retreat at Riverstone was the perfect place for my husband and I to call our first home as a newly married couple. In our 1.5 years of living in these apartments, there was never a day that we felt unsafe. The area was clean, quiet and secluded, and our neighbors were always very friendly. We were never far from amazing restaurants, stores, and necessary resources as the apartments are located on University Blvd and leads to Hwy 6 and U.S. 59. Our apartment was also easily accessible to our friends and family as they were allowed to park anywhere on the property. We greatly benefitted from having a washer/dryer in-unit, valet trash service, as well as access to all community amenities. The Retreat management team did a fabulous job keeping us updated through texts and emails, especially during extreme weather conditions. We are grateful to have been able to begin our journey together at The Retreat at Riverstone, and for the unforgettable memories we made there.

Living experience was nice, but make sure you do the walk through of the apartment before moving out. If not, they will charge you for carpet cleaning and wall painting for small stains from general day to day living. I was charged a repainting fee even though I had no holes or huge scratches in the wall. I was sent pictures of small marks on the wall that were so light you cant even see them from the pictures as justification. Still no explanation for the charges. $115 dollars plus my security deposit of $150. BEWARE! Do not get taken advantage of. From reading other comments I see this is a common issue.

I would like to share my experience living in Retreat at Riverstone. Every morning I enjoy the delightful of drinking a cup of Starbucks coffe served in the lobby area. Then I go to the Gym where I have a variety of exercise machines. In the Afternoon I play Pool in the cozy and relax loung area watching a Football game in the big TV screen. At Night I have the pleasure to Cook a Barbecue Gill with a wonderful view to the swiming pool. Definitely happiness cant be buy, but rent!
