Really great community! So many amenities to enjoy. Staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Lino. There’s a dog wash, dog park, so many areas to sit, a nice size pool and many grilling areas.

Toured here last week and was so impressed with the office people and the apartment I was shown. Everyone was so nice, and the place was super clean and price is great! Definitely on my top list of possibilities to make this my new home .

Such a great experience. Truly appreciate all of the staff especially Hailey. She walked with me through the whole process and stayed patient with me in the unique situation I was in. Truly am grateful for that. Love staying here. Everybody is friendly.

I love love love this complex I’ve been here for 6 months now and since I’ve been renting this is by far the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in from the leasing office to the amenities. My neighbors are so friendly and I love of the events they have within the community.

Very pleased with my tour of this amazing property. Beautiful modern buildings. Very friendly and courteous staff. Grounds were nice and clean. Close to the lake and much shopping.

Came from a 55+ community which had a terrible management company running the property. The property management staff here at the Residences at Kingwood were wonderful to work with! Hailey Morphis was outstanding in helping us initially view the property, then answering our many questions and then helping us through the application & lease signing process. Joanna Escobar & Samatha Koening have also been very helpful when Hailey was out. The property has very nice amenities and we love that everything is brand new. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check out the Residences at Kingwood. We have been moved in for just over 1 week now and we are very happy we moved from our old property to a property where the staff seen to care about you and want to help. We rented the one bedroom A2 floor plan and love it.

Me and my husband went to check out the apartments and they were amazing! Everything is brand new, they are dog friendly and have a lot of great amenities. Lino was so nice and answered all of the questions we had. 😊

I recently toured the Residences at Kingwood, and I absolutely loved it! The community is stunning, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. I’m eagerly waiting for my current lease to end so I can make the move.

This is a very nice complex with lots of greenery. Everything is brand new, which is a plus. Thank you to leasing agent Lino for the enjoyable tour. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Cant wait to come live here!

Hailey is the backbone of Residences at Kingwood . EVERY single issue that occurs , she doesn’t heist to go above and beyond for me to ensuring my comfort . I was unsure about this place in the beginning and was considering breaking the lease but thanks to Hailey it’s staring to feel like home .

Great place to call home. I called and scheduled a tour, Joanna Escobar is the leasing agent who helped me. She has been nothing but great, starting from being added to a VIP list, following up with me, keeping me up to date, and my experience has been GREAT! Thank you Joanna for working with us since day one. Katie, the property manager has also been awesome, she was extremely welcoming and very helpful! The community is beautiful and so are the amenities. It is a very peaceful area, there are lots of restaurants and shopping areas near by.I said YES to RESIDENCES AT KINGWOOD. I highly recommend.
