I worked with Calvin Zhang on a difficult case assisting a family of clients. Calvin was absolutely incredible and I cannot recommend his services enough. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and which places would fit our difficult parameters, compassionate to the situation, and extremely responsive and attentive to our case. He was able to leverage personal contacts to help us out at some lovely buildings. He tirelessly called again and again to these buildings to ask our particular questions, assist when we messed up application documents, and never once lost patience or gave up his kind, upbeat demeanor over days and days of applications. Calvin is great at his job and we did successfully rent an apartment, but he is also a very kind person who will help you with whatever your housing needs are. I will absolutely use Calvins services in the future if the need arises, and I suggest you do the same!

Lauren Ranney was my apartment locator, and I truly have no idea what I would have done without her. She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process to find me my perfect, new home. She found complexes to tour within my desired locations, she researched what deals the complexes were offering, and she would send a list of available units that fit my criteria at each complex before my tours so that myself and the apartment leasing agent were already set up with units for me to look at. She even checked on me throughout my progress with signing my lease, my move, and after I moved in to make sure that I was happy and didn’t need anything else. Absolutely above and beyond. I’ve used apartment locators and realtors before, and I’ve never had the experience that I had with Lauren. I felt like I had a friend to support and help me throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about Lauren!
