We worked with Erika Christofferson while relocating to Austin from a town in north Texas. We had a very short timeline (2 weeks from when we first contacted her to when we needed to move), and only a couple of days in Austin to check out neighborhoods and view units. We had done some of our own research and hadnt heard of a locator before, so didnt know what to expect.Erika was phenomenal. She paid close attention to details that we didnt think anyone but us would have cared about, like window coverage, finish color, appliance generations, and specific amenity features (think gym equipment requirements -- not every building in Austin has even the same bar plate weights available, even in the same area or price range!). Her early recommendations overlapped almost perfectly with what my research had dug up, so we were happy to take her word on other units without needing to do our own research on the same properties. She was able to send us videos from buildings that we couldnt find a ton of info about online, which was really helpful. And, she was SO responsive -- I honestly texted her after midnight multiple times and occasionally in the early mornings, and she always got back to me way more quickly than I could have reasonably expected. We felt like she was straight with us, which is more than you can expect from most leasing agents.We are both pretty picky about taking recommendations and strongly prefer to do our own research, but had a really great experience with Ericka. We would work with her again, and have recommended her to our friends.
