My personal experience at Regal Parc apartments has always been positive! Working in the Apartment industry I’ve always found that the office staff is always good at communicating and always go above and beyond to help our jobs easier. Edith is a great property manager as she’s always really organized and friendly! The amenities are always well kept and really clean. I recommend Regal Parc apartments for everybody finding a place to live in cedar park!

My husband and I moved to these apartments in February 2024. I really do like these apartments, but there are a couple of things that could use some work. The dog park is pretty small. The wood on the floor has went through my shoe once so would be careful not to hurt yourself out there. (Update: the dog park looks updated and not as much of the wood on the floor. Its nice!)The parking by the dumpsters are horrible. People dump their furniture in the parking spot so it blocks you from being able to park. You can get a garage or pay for carports, though.I am a little concerned about how it will be once we decide to move since I see others have had issues with billing once moving out, but Ill update once that time comes.Other than that, the community is very quiet and pretty clean. The people are nice. Molly at the front office is GREAT! Maintenance is very fast. I love the pool and gym. Easy access to restaurants, shopping centers, parks, and only about a 20-30 minute drive to downtown Austin.I recommend these apartments, but I would maybe choose a phase 2 building as they are more up to date.

Regal Parc was a clean, safe, quiet neighborhood like apartment complex. My family and I had a good experience here and would recommend it to families looking to move to the area. It is conveniently located right off the toll way about 5 minutes from north Austin and 5 minutes from 1890 ranch. The patio spaces on the older section of the community are excellent for entertaining friends or kids. It is also very close to Reed elementary and you can walk your kids to and from school. Check this place out before you make a decision!

This is my 3rd year living here and so far I havent experienced anything that has warranted less than 5 stars. The office staff has always been helpful, sometimes theyre not the most outgoing and friendly but they are helpful which is what ultimately matters.The maintenance team has always been great and friendly, theyre really top notch.The amenities are solid, the pool is nice, the gym is small but adequate, the dog park is a nice little area, and the kids playground is well kept up.The surrounding area has literally anything you can ask for. Great school district. Plenty of variety for coffee shops and restaurants. Close enough to major shopping centers.Parking could certainly be a concern for some folks but I lease two garages so I cant complain, beyond the thoughtless and inconsiderate people who live above my garage and consistently keep dropping stuff on my car (mop bucket water, kids toys, cherry seeds). Ive documented it all and will let management know soon.Overall Ive enjoyed my stay here. These arent the most luxurious apartments in the area but theyve been perfect for me and my family.

I’d recommend this place to anyone who may be considering moving into the area. You don’t find great customer service like this anymore . I 100% Recommend living at Regal Parc! My roommates and I lived in for a year and maintenance was always great and usually came within two days of service request. Staff are super friendly. Special shout out to the property manager Debbie, and especially Natalia, who has excellent customer service! She helped me when I first toured the apartment, up until my very last day! Id live here again in the future!

Ive lived here for about 2 years now and I havent had any issues. Its a nice, quiet place and is located in a convenient area. I feel safe and comfortable here. The office staff is very nice and helpful. Edith, Diana, and Amanda have all been helpful with any questions we have, and they also host fun events for the community. Maintenance, as well, is very friendly. I see them around every day with big smiles. I had an issue with my AC and fridge and they were quick to respond. Overall, I really like the community and enjoy living here.

Living here has been peaceful so far! Maintenance is good about responding to requests and the front office staff are nice. The only thing is theres never enough parking spots if I have even one guest over, guest parking is absurdly far. Also expect to pay extra for a decent spot if you move in, the free spots for residents are so few as to be practically nonexistent when you need them.

Friendly and helpful staff.Excellent community with pool, gym, well maintained apartments and they service requests are resolved pretty fast.Ample parking lots, never had any issues.Walking distance to two schools.Only problem we had that they dont have secured access gates(got my cars catalytic converter stolen and there are no security cams ). Rent a garage if needed to secure it.

Lived here for over 3 years now and it’s great. There is plenty of parking (might have to walk a bit but there is enough), never had problems with the neighbors, they complex looks great, and the maintenance people are fast and really nice. It is kind of expensive but you get what you pay for. Here I’m safe, it looks nice, and problems (if there are any) get solved here.

Very nice apartments. Moving from North Austin to Cedar Park has been an easy, smooth transition. The apartments are spacious and smell/look brand new. Most apartments I looked at had 10-15 years worth of painting and repainting in the walls, making the walls look horrible, old and thick, this apartment isn’t like that. Any repairs needed from the previous tenant was actually done and the whole apartment was scrubbed down and vacuumed and the appliances too were given a deep clean before moving in. Overall, in my experience, this is hands down the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The one thing I will say in regards to the other reviews I’ve seen on here complaining about parking; is the parking optimal? No, after about 7:00pm it’s hard to find an open parking spot directly in front of my apartment number, but is there still parking within the complex? Yes. This apartment complex is in a great area so y’all can stop complaining about having to walk 200 extra feet. If you really cared that much about parking, you knew it could’ve been an issue before you moved in and should’ve purchased a garage or covered parking. The issue doesn’t lie with the complex not having enough spaces, because there’s plenty, the issue lies with people not registering their car when they move in to save on not paying for extra parking, additionally people have friends and family over and those empty parking spots fill up, which isn’t a bad thing, it’s just something you’re going to have to deal with, so, simply put: get over it. If you want to be mad at anyone (which, to be honest, we’re all adults here, I don’t think you even have a reason to get that upset to begin with because of how small of an inconvenience it is) get mad at the people who consistently park here and don’t have a parking pass on their windshield. Plus, for the most part we’re all staying in our home’s because of COVID so when you are forced to walk outside for 60 extra seconds, why don’t you stop, inhale the fresh air, enjoy the lack of noise pollution, experience the beautiful Texas weather and then continue you’re ever-so grueling 1/20th of a mile trek back to your nice, new apartment. Overall 10/10 experience.

This seemed like one of the better apartments in the area. Down-side was there doesnt seem to be much in the way of walkable sidewalks near the apartment. So, if you have a dog, you might have to drive to parks to be able to walk your dog very far.

I am actually a current resident right now. I lived here about a year and a half ago, and moved away with my job. When my company moved me back, I decided to rent from Regal Parc again because of the Manager, Edith. She is very professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any issues I have ever had with my apartment. The maintenance staff is great. Carlos, the maintenance manager, is very quick to respond to any emergency issues.I absolutely recommend this property. Make sure you ask about a garage or carport, as the parking is very limited. The garages are somewhere around $75 per month, so super reasonable for the size.Ask for Edith when you come in. She is very honest and straightforward, so do not be afraid to ask questions. The apartments are a little spendy, however if you get a remodeled apartment, it is well worth it.Thanks Edith for providing world class customer service! As long as you are here, I will continue to lease from this property.Keep up the great work guys!!Marcus

I love my apartment, open floor plan is great. Had an issue with my dishwasher not having water hooked up. It melted my ninja blender. Office staff owned it, and made it right. Everyone I’ve dealt with in the office has been extremely helpful and polite. Move in process was very easy as well. I would recommend this complex.

We LOVE living here! Our neighbors are amazing, all of our maintenance requests and taken care of quickly, management has been helpful. The only down falls are the parking if you dont rent a spot, someone keeps breaking the Cornhole game 😢, and I do agree we jumped through A LOT of hoops to get in, but once we did its been smooth sailing.

My husband and I lived here for a year with our dog, as far as apartments go this was one of the nicest I have been to. The only complaint I have is the lack of parking but the cost of their covered parking isnt too bad. We made lots of good memories here and had a great time playing basketball with all the kids that would hang around. It is a great community full of great people. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member.

Such a beautiful, quiet place. I love how well the community is kept up. Staff has always been attentive and helpful with answering questions and helping with requests. While parking isnt always the best, the office does their best to manage visitors taking up spaces (They have their own designated parking area). Im so happy to call this place my home.

Very nice apartments! Just moved into the new phase and Im very pleased with it so far. The interior style is a very good choice and compliments of lot of my furniture. If youre looking to move anywhere in the Cedar Park area, I highly recommend these. They are super close to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Only thing I have to complain about is the size of the pool in comparison to the amount of apartments. They said they are building another one by my apartment, so we are just waiting on that.

We’ve been here for 2 weeks now and we don’t have any complaints.There were a few things with the apartment that needed maintenance work but when we submitted the request they were attended to really quick!We have 2 dogs and they seem to love the dog park, the park is a little small but it’s enough for them to run around and play ball. Also there is a dog park 5min from here and we’ll be taking them there.

Just toured Regal Parc on my visit to austin. FYI you have to schedule a tour in order to check out an apartment. The girls in the office are super friendly and were able to accommodate my same day visit, which was great since i drove from Utah to do some apartment hunting.They made me feel the southern hospitality everyone raves about down here first hand! I honestly cant wait to move here. another FYI... check out Ginos while youre in the area-so good!!!

Although I didnt choose Regal Parc due to lengthy commute to work, they were my first pick from the beginning because their friendliness was so evident. It was such a pleasure to work with her, she is so sweet, accommodating and cooperative. Not to mention, theyre upgraded rooms are GORGEOUS.
