I was recommended Rachel by a friend who recently moved in. Rachel basically took care of all the heavy lifting, and made my end of the process easy. She let me know deadlines ahead of time, and communication was concise, and clear, while also feeling human. Thanks for everything!

Wanted to give a shout out to Nic our maintenance guy. We had an incident happen earlier this week and Nic jumped into action and was on site within minutes to provide help. Cannot thank him enough!!

I have lived at Ranchstone for about a year now and I absolutely love it here. The leasing staff is awesome and responds to maintenance requests thoroughly. The area is beautiful as well as pleasant neighbors. The unit is spacious for the price and very well kept. My kids love it here and have grown accustomed to playing outside because in our old area they could not because of the busy street we lived on. Everything from landscaping to pest control and anything handled by the staff here to make my family living here more pleasant is awesome. I am not planning on leaving here anytime soon.

The units are old but the property manager is very responsive. Units are being updated and maintenance is performed right away. Management communicates frequently with residents and follows up on requests.

I recently moved to Ranchstone and we are really really happy with the move here. The houses and yards are well maintained and always look well kept. The newly painted kitchen makes the house look modern and clean.The only issue that we have had since moving here was that there was a problem with our garage opener, it wasn’t working fully. We reported it to the community manager and were delighted that maintenance had fixed the problem later that day.The manager is very quick to respond to issues / queries that we have, much more than in our previous community.

My wife and I have lived in our duplex at Ranch Stone for the last 2+ years and we just renewed our lease. Is the place perfect, no, but rent is very reasonable, the trees in the neighborhood are gorgeous and while not always perfect, the maintenance staff works hard to address issues in a timely manner. The neighbors are friendly, the yards are great and it is close to anything you could need in north Austin.

Such a wonderful establishment to rent! Cameron and Dalton were super professional and helpful! Maintenance is very efficient and prompt to responses!! Definitely recommend those two!!

Love the location and theyre very spacious, and the Staff is really nice and professional, Also the manager Andrea is really nice too she always cares about her residents.
