Awesome management. Lovely community. Before moving into building 6, WARNING there are a bunch of Nosy people. They watch your every move. They all have cameras watching 24/7. Beware! I have a friend living in a nightmare in building 6 but afraid to speak up.

Mary is INCREDIBLE! We had multiple things that needed to be corrected on our application, submitted, approved, etc, and she was so patient and kind with us. She eased all my worries, even if I sent her question after question. She’s amazing. We got approved for our apartment and it is so stinkin’ cute, I’m so excited.

I moved in June 2022 and had a great experience. They have all kinds of events for tenants for holidays and what not. I thought the gym was super nice (I went there a couple of times) the pool is open until 10 which I enjoyed because I liked to go at night whenever no one was there. Any time I ever had any sort of maintenance issue they came very quickly. I even got a new dishwasher whenever I submitted a request because mine was leaking (it continued to leak but I just put a towel down) one time they even fixed my loose lock on the front door! I loved my balcony and closet on my balcony. All my neighbors were pretty nice and it seemed like a very safe environment. No one ever bothered me. If any pest control was needed to be done they put a notice out letting you know like a week ahead I think it was. I definitely recommend Mary to do your lease she’s super super nice. I never had any issues with any of the other managers. They provided dog poop bags and the landscaping was always kept nice. The property is big enough to take a nice long walk and there are ample places to walk your dog. They have pretty strict pet requirements but honestly I noticed a lot of pets that were outside their restrictions. I had no credit whenever I applied and surprisingly I got approved! Nothing but good things to say!!

I just signed my lease on May 22nd, and so far everything seems to be going great. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The office hours are a great convenience for me, considering my work schedule. I moved from another apartment in Sulphur Springs where the management wouldn’t control the noisy neighbors, and I hope this place is nothing like that. The only issue I have so far is the appliances. Hopefully an upgrade will come soon.I will do another review later in the year, and hopefully things are still going great, with the upgrade as well….fingers crossed.

Just moved out about a 3 months ago after living there for almost eleven years and although I did not like it the first half of living there mainly because they of how were ran. Though within these past few years with the assistant manager and manager that they have now who has been there for 6 years now has made it better. They are fair and I have come to see them as really great friends and even family. Even there newest leasing manager who has been there for one your now is very sweet and polite just like the rest of the staff.

I moved in here in September of 2020. And this has been the most amazing community Ive ever lived in. The management works with you. And I couldnt have found a better place to live. 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes.

Really nice town homes here . Very clean ,great bee of the lake if you are on the upper level . Not much of a yard area but the bee really is worth it .
