    I’m happy to call Puetro Del Mar my home! The landscape here is always kept up, the flowers are blooming, and the pool is always shining. All of the maintenance people are friendly and kind but my best experience has been with Andrea the district manager! She was extremely understanding, friendly, and funny when helping me deal with a leasing issue I had. She was so helpful with everything I needed. Her and the other employees always had a nice smile and laugh while getting work, that seems like it would be taxing, done. While we waited for certain things to go through, she shared details of her life and asked me about my own in turn. It definitely made me feel more comfortable and welcome here

    I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Alexis at Puerto Delmar Apartments. Her people skills and kindness truly stand out, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes residents feel right at home. I returned to this property after hearing about the new management team, and although there were some bumps during my official move-in, I appreciate how diligently the team worked to address those issues. Now that I’m finally settling in, it feels great to be here. I would also like to acknowledge Lexie, who has been equally helpful. It’s clear that both of them are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, even on their busiest days. Their ability to maintain a positive attitude and assist with any concerns or questions is invaluable. Good staff is essential in any community, and I believe that Alexis deserves recognition for her unwavering commitment to making residents feel welcomed and supported.     I love my apartment. I moved in a year ago. But the maintenance is slow. We have rats and roaches. He came Monday to inquire about the rodents and said we would be right back with glue traps but never did. The water pressure is bad and the shower goes from cold to hot when showering. The ac leaked and ruin some of the floor. The porch light has not worked in over a month. I don’t want to move. I just want to get it all fixed. Thank you.

    I haven’t moved in just yet, but I have been working with Lexie Peña for the past few days now and she has been very informative & answers all questions. Very honest, patient and kind to talk to she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She gives great customer service. Highly recommend working with her she will definitely help you, get you into the apartment you can afford and will be comfortable in .

    So I’ll start by saying the only reason I’m giving this place a 5 start review is because Andrea from the office has been turning things around for me. From the first day I moved in there was issues and they just kept coming. However Andrea has made quite a difference in helping turn my experience around. I’m grateful for her help.     My experience here at Puerto Del Mar apartments has been nothing but the best service and friendly staff!! Ms. Andrea, Sandra, Ellie, Alexis and Nacho, they are ALL so friendly and do helpful with every question answered right away and hassles, no problem at all with that complex or staff. I love it here!!

    Andrea the property manager greatly helped me with an ac issue I had for 30 plus days. I contacted her and she had the issue taken care of within 24 hours. She is the go to per At Puerto Del Mar. Hands up to her!

    Ever since we got under new management everything has been great!!! The girls are so friendly in the office. Alexis who helped me recently helpful!! The maintenance nacho, Mingo came in and took care of my ac in a quick timely manner. Sandra also she is new and so friendly! I will definitely be renewing my lease here.

    There were a few issues getting into the apartment but Morgan has worked hard to get us into our apartment. There are still a few maintenance things to be completed and will upgrade to 5 stars as soon as they are.

    The staff are very friendly and knowledgable with information about a tenants needs. However, recent mouse problem needs to be taken care of AS SOON AS POSSIBLE since I have heard them at night when Im trying to sleep.

Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident as they took the time to tour me around the complex, answering all my questions with a welcoming nature. The application process was surprisingly smooth, and within just 30 minutes, I had finalized everything. Their efficiency is commendable. I highly recommend Puerto Del Mar apartments for anyone seeking a reasonably priced home. The leasing agents, Yolanda and Angie, have truly made this experience enjoyable. Im eagerly anticipating moving into my new apartment in just 2 days. Five stars for their exceptional service!

    Was supposed to move in on the 13th but the apartment wasn’t available because they put me in a unit that wasn’t livable .. thankfully Samantha the am helped me find a good unit and been keeping me updated and helped me so I gave a 5 star for her help . She fixed someone else’s mistake.. thank you Samantha .

    Very nice property. Morgan was very accommodating and answered all my questions and concerns. Showed me a model apartment & walked me thru the application process.After the tour and getting all my info from Morgan. I decided to lease with them. Morgan went over & beyond for me and my kids.     Angie, Yolanda, Morgan and Sara are so helpful and understanding! Any issue I’ve had big or small they are always there to help! Also, Ruben! He is always there with a smile on his face and keeps the grounds clean! Just want to say thank you to the management team and office staff for always putting us first! Highly recommend!

    Lenola was absolutely wonderful and helpful when I came in for my tour. It was like touring with a bestie lol this place is beautiful and I’m so excited to move in. Very tenant friendly: raffles, events, pool parties, pet friendly! I’ve been scouring for apartments for a long time and I finally found my new home!

    This is such a fantastic, quiet, and clean complex. Lots of amenities and AMAZING staff. Jeri truly made my first apartment experience so easy, and she was extremely accommodating to my wants/needs/changes. The girls here are great. The modern updates in the units are the cherry on top as well. Thank you PDM for making us feel like valued customers.This is a very peaceful area as well. Privacy is well felt, especially with the privacy type fencing on the porches.I am with the understanding that this is fairly new management. They are doing so many great things here and I look forward to my residence here at Puerto Del Mar Apartments.

    Very nice apartments! Firstly, living in a safe apartment complex was my main priority when looking for a place to live and I was so relieved to find that here! The apartment was very clean upon moving in and I didn’t run into many issues while living there. For the few minor issues I ran into, maintenance was quick to respond to my request and fix the issue. The staff working in the office was always friendly and easy to communicate with, they did everything they could to help me find the right apartment. In my experience, there was nothing worth complaining about while living there, wish I never had to move!

    I had a great tour with Morgan last week. I really liked the dog park and the size of the 2br I saw. The price is good for the area and the extras like the gym, pool, laundry room, and covered parking spots. Ill be doing my app this week so I can move in before the holidays.

    I moved out March 24 after being there over 10 years lol a very long time. Just like any apartments it came with ups and downs good and bad. Were they perfect? Ofcourse not, but No apartment complex is. I had issues but they were taken care of in a timely manner Everyone in the office was always respectful. And tried to fix any issues I had through the years, I moved because it was a time for a change thats all. I do reccomend there apartments they arent horrible , nice floor plans, good prices. The gates never work lol but still I didnt mind living there as long as I did. Ruebrn in maintance very nice man. I didnt know the latest workers in office to well but I didnt have problems. I cleaned my apartment very good when I moved but I knew I wouldnt get my deposit. And thats ok Ive moved on with no bitterness. I didnt give a 5 because again gates Never work and the road is horrible my poor tires lol it needed better amnimities also, but with that said its still a decent place to live.

    I I had a lot of back and forth with the office about fixing things and have had to really struggle to get things done or across. But everyone has had a really good attitude. It was still very frustrating to get things done. Randy really helped out and helped advocate for what needed to be done with the appliances in my apartment. Very friendly and helpful and told me what was wrong with everything. Glad to see that someone who takes initiative and has the best interest for the residents living here.

    I just moved into Puerto Del Mar apts on March 1st. I would like to say thank you very much to Geri. I was in a time crunch and even though the apartment that I wanted was not going to be ready within the time I needed Geri went above and beyond to find me something suitable to move in by the 1st. There has been a couple of issues since I moved in but Geri and maintenance has worked quickly to resolve. I also would like to thank the rest of the staff that helped me while Geri was off.

    Puerto Del Mar is a great home for me and my family. Josephine is the best leasing agent I have ever had the experience of working with in geting my new home.
