⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had the pleasure of working with Iris, the manager at Providence Memorial, and I cant speak highly enough of her professionalism and dedication. From the moment I walked in, she made sure I felt heard and understood, addressing all of my concerns with care and attention to detail.Additionally, Melissa, the managers assistant, was equally wonderful. She was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and providing seamless support throughout the process. Its clear that both Iris and Melissa go above and beyond to ensure that their clients receive the best service possible.I highly recommend Providence Memorial, not only for their excellent facilities but also for the exceptional staff like Iris and Melissa. They truly make a difference!

I love the staff at Providence! They speak Spanish and English, which is nice. The apartment came with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. They are clearly working hard to improve the property. Their fountain looks amazing!

Providence is such a great place to live. I love all of the green grass and trees, it makes me feel much more at ease and comfortable. The place was really nice from what I saw. The apartment was pretty and from what I saw which was thumbs up for me was that the washer/dryer was inside not outside, but Im still looking for more options til my lease end

Previous comments & reviews on here, I can understand. Parking, yes, has issues, but after Harvey, there are parking issues everywhere at other apartment complexes. We live in TX, THERE ARE BUGS!!!! We have tons of different roaches. If neighbors do not live clean, in which that is apparent around here due to trash will be on the grounds verses the dumpsters that are provided for everyone here, then yes, you may have a roach issue. Not maintenance or office making this your problem!Old property, there will be issues that need to be addressed-otherwise, go live at a new property where you will still have issues.Ms. Edwards, check your spelling before you try to blast someone for spelling errors! Or learn the difference between your & youre, theyre & there & their. Clearly you as well have blatant spelling errors! There is spell check!Old property & yes a little on the reasonable side in price & as it is known, you get what you pay for.The grounds are cleaned daily and I have noticed that the maintenance more attentive to the trash outside & even the ladies in the office pick up trash when they are outside walking or at least when I have seen them out, they are. Dont know many that will get their hands dirty for others.The dumpsters seem to get full fast, but maintenance gets quick to clearing it up so that it doesnt look like a disaster out there; there is only so much that can be done when its neighbors that do not care about where they live & just trash the property & grounds.I have lived here since 2002 & have been through all the changes with different management companies, office people, maintenance crew & fellow residents and I can say that this office staff seems to care more than the past has & maintenance has really improved!Thank you Minessa & Angela for doing all you try to do & thank you maintenance guys for all you do!You are appreciated by those of us who have been here through it all!THANK YOU!

Went to check these apts out last week and I must say Im impressed. I am looking to downsizing once my divorce is final and I think I found my spot. Its very close to my job. Having a pool to lounge in is a major plus during these hot months coming up. Property looks clean & well kept. Grounds look inviting. Staff was very accommodating and patient with me and my rambunctious 6yr old. I think Ill be making the big move soon! No need to look further.

Its been a while since Ive written a review anywhere. I am living in this apartment building for few months, i am very very happy and Im recommending it to everyone. Best apartment complex,Great amenities, fast turn around time on getting things fixed, quiet neighbors, classy area. I love living here. Its big pool, and landscape are great and the location is very amazing. Very secure, very quite, and office staff very friendly, I will never move out of here, the only thing is important to know about is parking place. It is very big and easy to park any car. There is hardly any availability because nobody wants to leave. Thank you Providence at Memorial.

Totally love living here. The office staff is always so helpful and professional. When you walk into the office they make you feel completely at home and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and I love the floor plan. Everything is super clean and the grounds are very well maintained. I am so happy to call Providence Home!!!

My lady & I moved here in 2016 & we have been pleased since the changes.Minessa has been here as long as we have & she has always been helpful & kind & has made the transition for paying by check to online so easy for me. I would not have been able to do this without her.The new manager that has at least made it longer than a few months has been very kind to us and grateful that there are familiar faces still in the office.Would recommend our apartments if you want an actual community and not just another apartment place to live where you are not known.Great job Minessa & Angela!

I love that Thelma and Veronica are really turning this place around! It looks amazing when I walk the apts with my kiddos! I’ve seen them both stay late and get here early to make sure the property is looking it’s best, after all we are considered memorial so I’d expect nothing less from these amazing ladies! Keep up the awesome job you ladies are doing, I love living here and don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon I’ve already been here 3 yrs!!

POSITIVESI’ve stayed here for about 3 months and I’m content with it. I do feel like some ppl are overreacting a lil with some of the previous comments. First thing first I LOVE Jennifer. She definitely the nicest one of the 3 there. I’ve spoke with all 3 separately before and they all seemed okay and helped me with my issues. Jennifer definitely my fav and the nicest one to me. I try to go to her only just because I do feel like she’s the nicest one. I love her tho! As for Thelma woe lots of bash and negativity on her 💀 I’ve spoke with her and she seemed okay to me I had no issues with her. Katy is super nice too I just didn’t like how she only gave me one parking pass one time I went and I was like what? I don’t wanna keep coming here for visitors parking passes. Little issue no big deal but she was nice. Just try to go to Jennifer I always recommend her nothing against the other 2 hahaRecently I requested an issue on its webpage and they were quick to react and fix it. Literally in a couple hours they fixed my issueThe location is LOVE!!! Love love love the location. I have not seen any crime. Ppl usually arnt even outside after 10. There is a security guard out there too but me personally have not seen any robbies or anything like thatRoaches always a problem with apartments. I know a friend who stays in the Galleria are his apartments literally are 3 years old they NEW and his already has roaches. Even leaving dog food will cause roaches I believe. You just have to clean up but honestly. It’s super rare to find any apartments with no roach issues. I’ve havnt had any roach problem so far at least. I see a lot previous comments about it and it’s not bad at least for my specific apartmentNEGATIVESThese apartments are like 50 years so yeah there might be some wear and tear on em. I really wished they would fix the potholes outside cause lord. Pothole city basicallyAs far as parking sometimes you do have to park on the other side because that’s the only ones available but honestly give me a walk and free parking vs paying for it. I wish you could just park on unreserved for visitor’s (Like my old apartment) because keep going to the office for parking passes can be annoying BUT like I said gimme free parking and a lil hassle vs paying for itOVERALLThere’s other issues they can fix honestly like they can just make the outside more luxury I guess the word to put it but overall I’m content with it. These arnt luxury 5 star apartments so I can’t give em 5 stars but for the price and everything else 4 stars is fair. They are good ppl and it does seem like they trying and THE LOCATION >>>>

I was traveling and in between I visited here a few weeks ago. And I must say that it is a wonderful place and i personally loved it. The cost is reasonable and all the facilities and security is amazing the place itself is mesmerising. I would recommend this apartment to everyone looking for a place to settle down.
