    I accidentally went into the wrong place but because I was so welcomed by Jaimiah at the front that I ended up missing my appointment at 5pm and stayed for 3 hrs at the wrong location. But it was so worth it. Being the first time renting an apartment and being new to stuff like this he made me very comfortable. I can talk to him and trust him with the place. It’s a bonus for the place being really nice and I love the kitchen they have here perfect for people who love to cook and love space. Definitely going to be moving here 🥺

    I’ve been living here for over a year and just resigned my lease. This is the BEST apartment complex I’ve lived at. The staff does a great job at making sure the residents feel taken care of, amenities are great, and so are the neighbors and dog community here. They do a lot of cute free community activities for the residents to participate in. If you’re military affiliated they are super military friendly here AND the commute to base is beautiful 15-20min tops. So if you’re thinking about where to live I would def recommend Prose Westover Hills!

    I recently moved into my first apartment at Prose Westover Hills and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Chris. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Anytime I had questions about the application process, leasing terms, or the property itself, they were quick to provide clear and detailed answers.They were also very helpful with handling work orders. They ensured everything was addressed promptly and kept me updated throughout the process. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in their work. Also as someone who is in the military, I was very impressed by how military friendly they were. They went above and beyond to accommodate my unique needs, and it made all the difference. Finally, Prose Apartments truly has the best deals in the area. I highly recommend them and suggest starting your process with Chris!

    I absolutely love Prose Westover Hills!!! And more importantly so do my clients. As an apartment locator this is my most leased property because the price per sqft and move in special is unmatched!!! Chris and the rest of the team are amazing and always make sure my clients are taken care of to the fullest. I will continue to send them lots of business because of how amazing this property is! 11/10 recommend

    I went to shop this community and was completely amazed by the pristine presentation of not only the office, community but the team members as well. I was welcomed by Cynthia who made me want to call Prose home immediately. I now completely understand why Prose is such a great up and coming community!

    Moved to be closer to work on 151. Chris and the staff in the office are friendly and easy to work with. They were very competent on setting me up for my lease. Ive only had to call maintenance a few times, but each time they have been extremely prompt and helpful!The apartment itself is new and nice, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Internet is Grande Communications which Ive never used before, but my service through them has been way better than AT&T that I had in Stone Oak. Its Fiber Optic within the community, I get around 600-700 Mbps. Good for WFH or gaming.Parking can be challenging sometimes, but not too bad.Mail room and the Gym is nice. I havent use the pool, yet.If youre looking for a nice place to live with minimal headaches this is a great place to check out. They offered me a very good lease renewal as well.

    Just left Prose Westover Hills after taking a look at my new 1 bedroom apartment. I’m set to move in on Tuesday the 19th and I couldn’t have been happier with this process. Miss Bianca was my leasing agent and was the sweetest. I bugged her 24/7 with phone calls and questions for the past month and she’s been able to help me withe everything! Super excited and super grateful!❤️

    Honestly has the best customer service! We walked in through the front door and were greeted right away by Jaimiah. The energy he had was so positive. My friends were first time renters and we felt like he really took his time with explaining everything and answered all our questions! We got to tour the apartments that they were interested in. The place had high ceilings and everything felt so clean and new.

    I’m about to hit 1 year here at prose next month & honestly i have nothing negative to say! my experience thus far has been nothing but great. jamiah & chris were also super helpful to me recently they answered every question i had as well as solved any problems. they make living here nothing but easy! if you’re looking for an affordable luxury apartment i highly recommend prose. they care for their residents and their property really well! 5 stars across the board :)

    Where do I start?! This past Saturday I went to visit the apartment and get a tour of a floor plan I was interested in. When I arrived the staff was occupied helping new clients, however they acknowledged that they would be with me as soon as possible. I didn’t wait long & Darius helped me. He was very informative and knowledgeable with all the questions I asked him. What I admire the most is he took his time showing me around the complex. Not once did I feel rush.Darius also helped me apply for the apartments. Please keep in mind I felt bad for holding them as the office was already closed. But again him and Amber assured me it was okay and they still patiently helped me.It’s really hard to find workers/staff members that enjoy their job. Especially ones that take care of you. They made this experience very welcoming and smooth!!! Totally would recommend Prose to any friend of family looking for an apartment.Thank you guys for making this experience great for me and I look forward to call this place home !

    Great experience here at Prose.My husband came to do a last minute tour today. Darius was our Leasing Expert, and if I could provide 10 stars just for the tour itself I would. Very informative, very respectful, very attentive not just to us but all whom was in the building or arriving.If I did not have another scheduled tour elsewhere today it would have been a yes right then and there. All of the staff are helpful, the Manager Natalie is highly involved with everything happening in the office, very attentive, welcoming and reassuring that Prose is the place to be.Ask for Darius if you come by. You won’t regret calling this place home.

    From start to finish Darius was so helpful! I would absolutely recommend requesting him for assistance.     The BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX AND STAFF IN SAN ANTONIO! They have fun nights by the pool for the kids, socializing events in the business office for everyone and are always willing to support your needs. The staff is knowledgeable, helping and easy to talk to! Spacious and modern apartments, a dog park, volleyball court, nice pool with a grilling area and covered seating, cornhole, and a superb gym! They also have an 24 hour business office with wifi and they provide refreshments when available! They are hands down the best apartment complex and they ran by great people!

    I had such a wonderful time visiting the property. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. The property was clean and so beautifully done. Our tour guide was Darius H and he helped us fall in love with the property. He was so very considerate and kept us entertained the entire time. The property was AMAZING but the staff was even better!

    Well, let me just start by saying I am an apartment locator been doing this 10 years and when this property popped up just like any other new property that pops up they come market to the agents because they want us to know about the property and start filling them upI have moved in 10 people in the last year to this apartment complex not one has had an issue let me tell you the pros to living at Pros :)An amazing manager that is on top of every lease and all the new construction that has been going on three of the most amazing Leasing Agent taht I’ve worked very closely with who are super friendly, and make it extremely easy process, when my clients go in there to do a tour and apply that’s always a bonus when I have clients go to an apartment complex and they don’t get along with the leasing staff. It doesn’t feel like home here at Pros. You will feel like you’re at home.This property is brand new and has an amazing maintenance staff as well. Every time I go to the property with a client everybody’s working it’s not a property where people do not care about the residence.When looking in the Seaworld Northwest area, you want to find something that fits your budget price range in square footage and this property definitely has some of the most competitive rates for that location plus let’s not forget they have an amazing move-in special going on if you’re lucky enough to catch it :)

    First off I just want to say that Kelsey and Natalie are the top reason we leased here! Yes the community is beautiful (and this is unfinished so I can only imagine when it’s done), but Kelsey and Natalie had a way of making us feel like we were home. We had never felt so welcomed while touring a community! I’ve been searching for over a month and have walked out of places for leasing agents making us feel like an inconvenience. Just walking up to the Prose we were welcomed with open arms! Not only was their customer service stellar, they also created a connection with us that felt like we had known them forever but it had only been a few minutes! I am SO excited that my family will get to call the Prose home.I have actually leased with grey star before as well and they never let you down! They keep up with their properties and go above and beyond for their residents!Some of the perks: the mail room is inside, volleyball, very spacious layouts, plenty of storage, farmhouse sink(my favorite), keyless entry, package delivery, great location, plus the backsplash in the shower is gorgeousThank you Kelsey and Natalie for everything you have done to make this leasing process so easy! Can’t wait to move in!

    UPDATE: My wife car was stolen from this complex 2 months ago and now today my car has been stolen. Both times the leasing office has been nonchalant about it and arent willing to show any camera footage that may help. The complex called us and is trying to help the best they know how. I know that it is not the apartments fault for stolen vehicles, and it was nice of them to at least show that they care by reaching out to us about the situation.

    Great new place ! Awesome pool crystal clear water and the fitness center has everything i need for a nice quick workout , i highly recommend this property !!! The apartment has lots of space and extra closets for extra storage that i really needed , and i love the fancy granite counter tops in the kitchen and restrooms, my last apartment they had only faux counters . Also i love the location i can go out to eat to many places and lots of stores in the area and a quick 5 min drive to Seaworld San Antonio one of my favorite places to go ! The office staff is very nice and sweet and makes sure everything is taken care of ! By far this is the best apartment ive had in San Antonio :)
