My family and I have had nothing but a great experience living here so far. With all the food trucks and activities the office provides, Prose Vista West definitely takes the cake. With unobstructed views that are hard to beat too! We would definitely recommend Prose Vista West. -

I had a fantastic experience at Prose Vista West! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers great amenities. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The location is also a huge plus—convenient and close to everything I need.I highly recommend touring with Cynthia—she was amazing! She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed. If you’re looking for a great place to live, definitely check out Prose Vista West! -

Living here has been so refreshing for my family! The staff is kind, theres little noise and drama, and its pretty clean for the most part! We also really love the events and the whole vibe of the pool and clubhouse. -

These apartments are gorgeous and spacious. I’ve had a really positive experience living here so far. There seems to be a lot of car robberies but the apartment is gated and the gates always remain shut. My biggest complaint is that residents don’t clean up after their dogs and there are no systems in place to encourage people to start doing so. I almost gave 5 stars but I just think there are several areas where things could be improved. -

Very spacious units - I have enjoyed my time being a resident here.I can only complain about dog owners not picking up after their dog & there not being anything in place to apply consequences if one does not pick up after their pet OR issue a warning or the like; maybe some kind of poop DNA database where all residents must register their dog to…I’ve seen it at other apartment complexes.Also, if you understand that break ins *can* happen anywhere and understand that there are things out of Management’s control, then you will enjoy being a resident as well. Management hired security to patrol the complex, I believe in response to a small slew of break-ins and stolen rims/tires, which is appropriate action. -

L’m moving out due to a really bad neighbor that l have under my apartment and there have been so much trouble that is just better to part ways, but l want to point out some details about this apartment complex.1. If you have kids please choose a first level unit l would recommend it 100%2. Most of the staff is friendly when it comes down to key events, basis information and complaints.3. There may be some unauthorized people trying to steal like once a month but a cop car is always checking around so this shouldn’t be an issue.4. Environment is really quiet and good to live in5. l would say that there is always activities in the leasing office for free at least once a month -

I am truly having a great experience with the company as a whole and the staff. I couldnt recommend them more! The staff was very professional plus helpful and are just great people to take care of my property as a renter. I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring in every area. The amenities is just a bonus, with having a home gym to go to, it makes it a lot easier to keep myself together. It is very quiet and peaceful, I love it here. -

I moved here with my family from Alaska and when i tell you Carleigh and Lisa made this the most seamless experience EVER!!!! They were beyond helpful even after move in and so sweet! The apartments are clean and kept up very often!. So far best place to live hands down! -

Very lovely amazing apartments to live i, i moved in December of 2023 they gave me very good special deals and Lisa was very helpful the best when walking me through the process! She was very communicative professional. Now i live here 5 months everything is running smooth the management are also professional basic all the workers. I will give my 5-star review because Living here feels like home and safe for me. I will recommend anyone to live here -

Such a beautiful and amazing place. When I say this place is luxury I mean it! It’s quiet, safe, clean, and just a wonderful environment to be in. The apartments are brand new so it’s always nice to be the first person. Christina and Ryan are my favorite people! They are so nice and welcoming. Any question/help that I need they are always there! Even to this day! 100/10 definitely recommend!! -

Very beautiful and amazing apartments to live at ! We moved in November of 2023 and Lisa was hands down the best when walking us through the process! She was very communicative, welcoming & professional! She would always answer any questions I had & followed up with us until our move in date. Half of my 5 star review is because of her and our experience with her ! Living her has been such a joy when coming home it feels very homey and quiet ! -

Brand new apartments available. Nice pool and gym. My apartment is all wood flooring. There are two beach volleyball courts and two dog parks based on little or large dogs. Close to 151 and Loop 410. About 10 minutes away from Sea World. -
