Beautiful property, amazing staff, and gorgeous apartments. The prices and move-in specials are the best in Marble Falls. They are pet friendly too- my cat loves it here just as much as I do. Highly recommend! -

Such a smooth and easy application process, with amazing people in the office that are helpful through every step. I just moved in and have been here for a week. I started the process and within 2 days was able to move in and start my lease! Everything about these apartments from the workers in the office to the pool and stainless steel appliances are amazing ! -

Daisey was very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. I was living at a different community originally and through some persuasion and a little of my own research I found Prose Thunder Rock and let me say I could not be happier. The staff in the office is amazing and always kind they will not quit until your problem is solved, you’re always greeted with and smile and it makes going to them with any or all problems very easy- great patience and energy. As far as the property itself, it’s quiet as well as beautiful. The stainless steel appliances are amazing. The granite counters are the perfect look no matter your style and the pool, gym, clubhouse, and business center always keep you entertained. 10/10 love living here would definitely recommend. -

I stopped in a few weeks ago mostly out of curiosity. I was immediately greeted with smiling faces and received literally the best tour I’ve ever had. The community is impeccably maintained and had stunning amenities. The manager, Karlee, gave me her undivided attention and made sure all of my questions were answered. Prose Thunder Rock is a must see! -

Great Experience!I entered Thunder Rock without an appointment and unannounced. The front desk was busy with a client, and I noticed a woman on a call through one of the office windows. I turned to exit the front door and immediately the lady in the office came out, stopped me and interduce herself. Being short on time, Bridget agreed to show me the facility.The complex exceeded all my expectations and more! The open concept of the units is amazing, beautiful pool for relaxing and spending time with family and a top tier gym. (Yes, the gym is amazing) If youre in the market for a new apartment, take the time to tour this facility. Youll feel like you found your new home! -

From the moment I reached out about the brand new community, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to listen and went above and beyond to help me.During my tour, Johannas enthusiasm and passion for the community really stood out. She highlighted all the amazing amenities (the pool, dog park, gym and playground are fantastic!) I recently had a wonderful experience visiting Thunder Rock. When I entered the office, the staff greeted me positively. The two receptionists were helpful and friendly, welcoming me with smiles. It was clear that they enjoyed working at this fantastic property. Karlee, in particular, was very friendly and answered all my questions. -

I recently toured Thunder Rock, and was really impressed by everything! The amenities are awesome, especially the pool which is absolutely gorgeous, and I like that they have a co-working space that can be used if you work from home. I was greeted by Bridget and Daisey when I walked in, and then Karlee gave me a tour of the property. They were all very friendly and inviting, and answered any questions that I had. Convenient location close to 71/281 with easy highway access, and downtown Marble Falls is right around the corner. Property was clean, landscaping was well maintained, and really got an overall great vibe from the team here. I would highly recommend Thunder Rock to anyone looking for a great place to live. -

I have family in these apartments and toured the entire complex. The location is perfect- an open- non-crowded area, yet five minutes from town. The apartments are spacious, modern, and finished to a high standard. The common areas- i.e. gym, game areas, pool, BBQ pits and lounge are all exceptional and finished with five-star brands and materials. I am always happy to visit, and am happy that my family is in such a nice place! -
